Description

發光二極體導光燈具
本新型是有關於一種導光燈具,特別是指一種發光二極體導光燈具。
近年來,由於發光二極體(Light-Emitting Diode,簡稱LED)的技術逐漸成熟,且其具有效率高、壽命長、不易破損、反應速度快、可靠性高等傳統光源不及的優點,因此開始被普遍應用在各種照明器具上。
然而,發光二極體本身為一種點光源,所以具有出光角度較小的問題,且在高功率下使用時,炫光的情形相當嚴重,不能直接裸露當作燈具使用。
參閱圖1,習知之發光二極體導光燈具包含一基座11、複數發光二極體12,及一遮罩該等發光二極體12的光罩13。
習知技術中,藉由使用霧面的該光罩13,不僅可緩和該等發光二極體12的炫光情形,亦可使光線在經過該光罩13的折射後,變得更加均勻而柔和,並可加大出光角度。
然而,由於發光二極體12本身出光角度小的限制,為了避免沒有設置發光二極體12的位置與其他位置的亮度差異過大,而產生亮度不均勻的問題,必須在燈具上均勻密佈發光二極體12,而導致使用的發光二極體12數量較多,並產生發熱度高的問題。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種可以使用較少的發光二極體達到均勻照明的發光二極體導光燈具。
於是,本新型發光二極體導光燈具,包含一基座、一設置於該基座的驅動電路、一發光模組、一導光板,及一反射層。
該發光模組具有複數電連接該驅動電路且環狀設置的發光二極體。
該導光板為可透光材質,對應該等發光二極體呈環狀設置於該基座,並包括一接收該等發光二極體之光線的接收端,及一遠離該接收端的發散端。
該反射層用以反射該等發光二極體之光線,包括一設置於該導光板內側的反射部,及一由該反射部延伸並設置於該發散端的阻擋部。
有關本新型之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之一個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
參閱圖2與圖3,本新型發光二極體導光燈具之較佳實施例包含一基座2、一設置於該基座2的驅動電路3、一發光模組4、一導光板5,及一反射層6。
該發光模組4具有複數電連接該驅動電路3且環狀設置的發光二極體41。
參閱圖2、圖4與圖5,該導光板5為可透光材質,對應該等發光二極體41呈環狀設置於該基座2,並包括一接 收該等發光二極體41之光線的接收端51,及一遠離該接收端51的發散端52,該接收端51底端形成複數凹槽511,該等凹槽511用以容納該等發光二極體41,可增加導光效果,並用以固定位置而不會隨意轉動。
於本實施例中,該導光板5呈截頭圓錐狀,其周徑由該發散端52往設置於該基座2的該接收端51漸縮,但該導光板5之外型亦可為其他實施樣態。
該反射層6用以反射該等發光二極體41之光線,包括一設置於該導光板5內側的反射部61,及一由該反射部61延伸並設置於該發散端52的阻擋部62。
於本實施例中,該反射層6為塑膠材質,且顏色為白色,但亦可為其他可反射光線的材質及顏色。
本實施例可用在燈泡用途,插在燈泡座上,但並不限於此,亦可使用在情境燈具或小夜燈等用途。
經由以上的說明,可將本實施例的優點歸納如下:
藉由該導光板5導引該等發光二極體41的光線,並藉由該反射層6將光線向外反射,可以改善眩光,並將點光源均勻轉換為面光源,可用以增加環境的氣氛,作為情境燈使用,相較於習知技術,可在使用較少數量的該等發光二極體41情況下,避免了亮度不均勻的問題,因此可減輕燈具的發熱情形,亦降低了散熱上的需求及成本。
而由於該等發光二極體41出光角度小,會傾向由該導光板5的接收端51沿該導光板5前進並由該發散端52發散,為了避免光線集中由該發散端52發散而無法均勻反射 ,故需藉由該阻擋部62將光線阻擋,再經該反射層6反射向外,以達到均勻散出的目的,搭配該導光板5之周徑由該發散端52至該接收端51漸縮,可使光線被更平均地反射,產生更均勻柔和的照明光線。
綜上所述,本新型不僅可使用較少的該等發光二極體41達到均勻照明,將點光源轉為面光源,亦可降低燈具的發熱情形,故確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍及新型說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種發光二極體導光燈具,包含:一基座;一驅動電路,設置於該基座;一發光模組,具有複數電連接該驅動電路且環狀設置的發光二極體;一導光板,為可透光材質,對應該等發光二極體呈環狀設置於該基座,並包括一接收該等發光二極體之光線的接收端,及一遠離該接收端的發散端;及一反射層,用以反射該等發光二極體之光線,包括一設置於該導光板內側的反射部,及一由該反射部延伸並設置於該發散端的阻擋部。
  2. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體導光燈具,其中,該導光板之周徑由該發散端至該接收端漸縮,且該接收端設置於該基座。
  3. 根據申請專利範圍第2項所述之發光二極體導光燈具,其中,該導光板實質上呈截頭圓錐狀。
  4. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體導光燈具,其中,該導光板的該接收端形成複數凹槽。
  5. 根據申請專利範圍第4項所述之發光二極體導光燈具,其中,該等凹槽用以容納該等發光二極體。
  6. 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之發光二極體導光燈具,其中,該反射層為塑膠材質,且顏色為白色。
