M343111 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作主要係關於一種可提供多數LED光源模組裝設,進以 產生具較大有效照明區域面積、以及該有效區域照度均勻、和具 高亮度之高功率led路燈之燈座光學角度分佈配置案。 【先前技術】 由於’近年來相關LED的亮度不斷的被開發提昇,相對的也 大幅擴展了它的應用範圍,並且被集結以串併聯的陣列技術配合 光學角度設計,使群組的led足以產生大功率的照明效能。 以大陸專利申請號:200710043662· 7「大功率LED路燈」為 例,該案主要技術特徵:係設有提供多數LED光源模組裝設之基 體,該基體整體上朝大功率LED路燈出光方向凸伸設置,且在其 朝大功率LED路燈出光方向設有多數供LED光源模組承載之承載 面’所述各承載面的端面以基體端面中心對稱,所述承載面中緊 鄰基體端面中心設置的第一承載面與基體端面中心面形成的夾角 為76°〜86°,所述承載面中緊鄰第一承載面設置的第二承載面與 基體端面中心面形成的夾角為49。〜59。,所述承載面中緊鄰第二 承載面設置的第三承載面與基體端面中心面形成的夹角為37。〜 47。者。 上述結構之基體,將其多數承載面以外凸弧段的階梯形態排 列’此設計雖可提供多數LED光源模組之出光方向呈放射狀態, 達到增加其照明區域之功能。 惟,該案基體提供LED光源模組設置的配光角設計,即多數 M343111 承載面相對於基體的整體式樣形態,以及多數承載面彼此間相對 的分配職’能否具備最佳的配纽果,翁待商榷的。主要係 因該案基體將呈外凸之承載面,財錢置對稱方式,在兩第三 承載面之出光法向線最大總夾角介於12『的範_區隔成六個承 载面,有各相鄰承載面夾角過大,易造成各承载面所装置之⑽ 光源模_外邮光方向彼此間交無域過少,有絲區域亮度 不均的光形缺陷。 此外,另-相關具大功率效能之LED路燈結構,如本國專利 證案第:M32543「LED路燈裝置」,其包括:一燈座,内部具有一 向内凹陷所形成之燈槽’該燈槽長邊之前後端向㈣折而呈傾斜 狀;以及複數燈組,各燈_皆設有複數發光二極體,該此燈組 係沿著燈難邊__成三排,左右排之燈__燈槽内緣 面而向内傾斜,且設於同排同後端之燈組亦向内傾斜。
上揭本國專利案,為一將燈座設計成具向内凹陷燈槽,該燈 槽主要設定,在其長邊前後端、以及短邊呈向喃斜狀^ ’亚且限定麵内之短邊共可減三排驗,前鱗—排燈組皆 係由多數單一燈組構成。 且’、 前述結構技術利用在燈座設立呈凹陷形態的燈槽,進以使組 没在燈槽内的三驗組呈現以燈射雜置社斜間排燈組, 向兩側對财傾斜角度之側排燈組,此—提供光源照射的二學角 =計’雜可料三排燈_出光方向產生交疊伽,以有效 提昇其光照區域的㈣效果;然,該燈座結構尚有如下待改進處 M343111 如該案圖示’燈座提供三排燈組裝設,係以位在中間排燈組 所投射的照明區域為主,兩側排燈組則具辅助作用,所投射的光 線區域主要係重疊在中間排燈組的照明區域内,以提昇中間排燈 組產生之照明區域更具高亮度的效能;然,若以整體之rLED路燈 裝置」觀之,則該兩側排燈組之光源投射區域(如該圖虛線所示 )’位在「LED路燈裝置」的最外側照明區域明顯沒有受到其他排 燈組的投射重疊,是以,整體產生的有效照明區域内,有中間照 明區域輝度過強,外圍照明區域呈現光暈狀態之不良配光設計。 有鑑於此,本案創作人乃針對上述兩案個別之基體和燈座存 在之缺點,加以改良創新,經潛心鑽研不斷求新求變,遂在充分 完善的構思下,經過多次之試作、實驗,終於完成本創作並提出 本案之新型專利申請。 【新型内容】 本創作之主要目的,係提供一種供LED燈陣列模組裝設可產 生最佳配光效能,進而具大幅增加有效照明區域範圍、提昇該有 效照明區域高亮度、以及該照明區域發光勻稱度佳之高功率LED 路燈之燈座。 為達到上述目的,本創作提供一種高功率LED路燈之燈座, 該燈座,具有一端為開放端之多邊形内凹容置室,該多邊形内凹 容置室以截面中心線為基準,單側邊皆至少設有四個或四個以上 的長形平面,各長形平面以平行狀態採接序串連方式排列圍繞而 成,且以燈座中心為基準,位在該多邊形内凹容置室相對最外侧 M343111 之兩長形平面之垂直方向線交毅角,係介設在6G。至權。為最 佳光學角度’而其他以燈座中心為基準之各相對稱長形平面之垂 直方向線係呈現不同的交集位置,據以當在各長形平面組設LED 燈陣列模組後’可藉由前述兩最外側長形平面提供之光學角度設 计’令相對位置組設之LED燈陣列模纽可產生最大有效照明區域 ' 面積之效能’並且配合介置在㈣位置之錄長料面各以彼此 •相異的垂直方向性,提供在其相對位置組設之各LED燈陣列模組, • 各自以不同交集的光學角度重疊投射於前述有效照明區域,進而 使該有效㈣(I域絲投射肖度分佈均勻、照明亮度提昇、以及 照明勻稱度高之效益者。 【實施方式】 餘下’祕配合本創作較佳實施例之圖式進—步說明如后, 以期能使熟悉本__技術之人士,得依本酬書之陳述^以 實施。 鲁首先,敬請配合參閱第一至三圖所示,係本創作一種高功率 LED路燈之燈座1〇 ’前述燈座1〇主要於底部具有一開放端,豆内 ,部為—多邊_凹容置室1卜可供組料數高功率⑽燈陣列模 組20 (如第四至六圖所示),該多邊形内凹容置室n以截面中心 線為基準,單側邊皆至少設有四個或四個以上的長形平面⑴,各 長形平面111以平行狀態採接序串連方式排列圍繞而成,且位在 多邊形内凹容置室U之底部内框緣形成有一框環槽112,可供嵌 套膠質彈性環(圖中未示)’以便在前述底部内框封套透光燈單50 後(如第七、八圖所示),可藉由透光燈罩50相對端面以框環式 M343111 =密抵觸膠質彈性環,達到令多邊形内凹容置室u内部與外部 11“具防止雨水、露水姐蟲進人(誤人)多邊糊凹容置室 位,而影響内部其他裝置之效能;又,如第七、八圖所示, 、燈座1〇底部外圍一相對側底面設有多數相互對稱鎖孔12,且 ^孔12内設立有可__榫⑵,雜轉可將透光燈 一口疋紐座之開放端’將該開放端予以完全封閉;此外在燈座 目鄰设有鎖孔12之侧壁至少設有一個或一個以上之穿孔 供屯源線(圖中未示)穿套連接; 俾以構成高功率led路燈之燈座10,在其多邊形内凹容置室 11内部多數長形平面ηι各組設上高功率led燈陣列模植 可藉崎佳光學角度設計的多數長形平&111,使各高功率⑽燈 陣列模組2〇得以經由相互交集後再照射而出(如第三圖所示), 以達到具有增加擴大其有效照域之魏,以及該各高功率· 燈陣列模組20光源投射角度在該有效照明區域内分佈均勻、且照 明亮度提昇及照明勻稱度高之效益者。

率LED燈陣列模組20所產生之熱源,可經由散熱模組4〇快速散 發熱能者;而前述該散熱模組40,於本較佳實施例係採用多數等 間距平行排列之散熱鰭片41,利用複數導熱管42予以串連成一體 所組成,更且為使燈座10與散熱模組40具有絕對性穩固的連結 關係’本實施例係採用焊接方式令燈座10與散熱模組4〇組合成 一體;此並非限制本案燈座10與散熱模組之連結方式,舉凡 可達到令燈座10與散熱模組40牢固組成一體之各種連結方式, 當應歸納為本案之等效技術者。
