M323375 八、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 筒 本創作翁_-糊賴,更具_之,鑛指有關於 -種可驅動工作物聊的_耗或受損之正反向施力穩定之防滑套 【先前技術】 按,習用-般扳手之驅動螺帽或螺栓頭部,通常都會先在該扳手 上套上-套筒,錢再將該套合在剌帽鱗栓頭部上,如 用者轉動該扳手令雜手帶_套筒,在套筒隨扳手轉動的同時,該 套筒即會-同旋動該螺帽或螺栓頭部進行鎖緊或鬆開之作業,誠缺操 作上有其便槪,頗具實崎性,但是若遇職物或螺栓頭部的邊 角角隅有雜或受損情料,—㈣套筒騎無料力,因此後來乃 出現一種特殊的套筒,如第卜2圖所示,該套筒1係在其-端的套入 孔11對應螺帽或螺栓頭部2各侧中央處設有向内呈漸縮斜度之卡抵ς 凸12 ’该套筒1藉該卡抵斜凸12卡制於該螺帽或螺栓頭部2各側中 央處’即可帶動該職或螺栓頭部2轉動,惟值得注4的是,由於該 套筒1與該簡朗栓聊2的接觸鶴_接_已,也就是彼此 間細的面積·紐’目此能解雜___部2鎖緊或鬆 開的力量較為不足,經常可發現仍有很多的螺帽或螺检是無法帶動者。 有鑑於此,本案創作人乃經詳思細索,並積多年從事手工具及其 各項組件之研究、開發與販f之經驗,幾輯製與試作,終而得創作 出一種正反向施力穩定之防滑套筒。 5 M323375 【新型内容】 本創作之首要目的,是在於提供一種正反向施力穩定之防滑套 筒,其除可供正常驅動螺帽或螺栓頭部等工作物使用外,當該螺帽或 螺栓頭部的角隅磨耗或受損狀態下,其仍然可發揮適用,藉助面與面 接觸的型態,發揮無論正反向均可容易地驅動該螺帽或螺拴頭部,絕 對不會有發生相對於該螺帽或螺栓頭部打滑的情形者。 本創作之次一目的,是在於提供一種正反向施力穩定之防滑套 •筒,由於套筒之套合孔係設計成沿軸向由上而下傾斜孔徑漸大者,因 此可發揮適用範圍廣之優點,對於大小尺寸之螺帽或螺栓皆可適用。 緣疋,依據本創作所提供之一種正反向施力穩定之防滑套筒,係 於該套筒一端設置有一六邊形的套合孔供驅動工作物頭部之用,而另 一端則設置有接合孔供工具之驅動部卡合之用,其改良在於·· 該套筒之套合孔係在至少三個邊的内壁中央處沿軸向均成型有一 矩形卡合部,使得該各矩形卡合部可同時與該工作物頭部之周圍表面 •呈面對面之接合型態。 【實施方式】 針對本創作所採用的技術、手段及其效果,茲舉一較佳可行5於 例並配合圖式詳細說明如下,期使貴審查委員對本創作能有更^知 瞭解與認識。 本創作正反向施力穩定之防滑套筒,如第3至6所示,其係在 套筒3 -端設置有-六邊形的套合孔31供驅動螺帽或螺栓頭部*等工 作物之用,而另一端則設置有接合孔(圖上未示)供工具之驅動立工 6 M323375 合之用’其特徵係在於,該套筒3之套合孔31係在至少三個邊的内壁 中央處沿軸向均成型有一矩形卡合部3n (如第6圖所示),使得該各 矩形卡合部可同時與該螺帽或螺栓頭部4等工作物之周圍表面呈 面對面之接合型態。 值得注意的是’為確實_完全的㈣者,本創作其中該套筒3 之套合孔31也可以是在任意四、五_壁上沿軸向触财一矩形卡 合部31卜當然也可以是在所以的六個内壁(如第34、$圖所示) 上沿轴向均成型有-矩形卡合部3U,藉助多個矩形卡合部犯的接 =或螺栓頭部4等工作物,接觸面積的增加將有助於提高彼此 的摩擦力,如此將更祕帶動賴帽或螺栓頭部4等工作物之轉動 者0
