Abstract

This invention relates to a folding nursing bed with wear-resistant blocks. It comprises a bed frame and three mattresses, which are hinged in sequence and can slide relative to multiple sets of rollers. The third mattress has a pair of wear-resistant blocks, each with a positioning portion. These massage blocks enable stable, wear-resistant sliding relative to the rollers. The positioning portions secure the third mattress relative to any two of the multiple sets of rollers. This design combines the advantages of smooth sliding wear-resistant blocks with the modularity of the independent wear blocks.

Description

Nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks

The present invention is a nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks that has the advantages of maintaining smooth sliding and a modular structure with independent wear-resistant blocks.

Referring to Figures 7 to 10, a conventional folding nursing bed includes a bed frame 81 having a main pad 811, a pair of slide rails 812, and a plurality of rollers 813. The pair of slide rails 812 extend from both sides of the main pad 811, and the plurality of rollers 813 are mounted on the pair of slide rails 812.

A first mattress 82 is mounted on the pair of slide rails 812. The first mattress 82 has a first front pivot end 821, a first rear pivot end 822, and a pair of first side ends 823. The first front pivot end 821 allows the first mattress 82 to be pivotally connected to the main mattress 811, allowing the first rear pivot end 822 to rotate relative to the main mattress 811. The pair of first side ends 823 allow the first mattress 82 to be mounted on the pair of slide rails 812.

A second mattress 83 is mounted on the pair of slide rails 812. The second mattress 83 has a second front pivot end 831, a second rear pivot end 832, and a pair of second side ends 833. The second front pivot end 831 allows the second mattress 83 to be pivoted to the first rear pivot end 822. The pair of second side ends 833 allow the second mattress 83 to be mounted on the pair of slide rails 812 and to slide relative to the plurality of rollers 813.

A third mattress 84 is pivotally connected to the second rear pivot end 832. The third mattress 84 has a third front pivot end 841, a third rear end 842, a pair of third side ends 843, and a pair of contact friction portions 844. The third front pivot end 841 is used to pivot the third mattress 84 to the second rear pivot end 832. The pair of contact friction portions 844 (i.e., the edge layer and the protective layer for the purpose of combining the edge and finishing between the outer surface and the bottom surface of the folding bed) are respectively provided below the pair of third side ends 843, thereby allowing the third mattress 84 and the plurality of rollers 813 to slide relative to each other, and making the contact friction portion 844 bear the force of frequent and repeated contact, friction, sliding (or even collision) with the plurality of rollers 813. Therefore, over a long period of time, it is very easy to become a cracked and deformed area 84 due to repeated friction, sliding, and collision. A (as shown in Figure 10), particularly in the area near the third rear end 842, is the most severely affected, affecting smooth sliding and even damaging the mattress. In this case, the third mattress 84 must be replaced. Furthermore, since the third mattress 84 may have been used for some time, the color difference between the replaced third mattress 84 and the first and second mattresses 82 and 83 will affect the overall aesthetics of the folding nursing bed, creating a negative impression for the user. This may even necessitate a complete replacement of the folding nursing bed, resulting in additional equipment costs. This issue warrants improvement.

Therefore, designing a device that can slide smoothly for a long period of time is a topic that the relevant industry needs to research.

The present invention is a nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks that has the advantages of maintaining smooth sliding and a modular structure with independent wear-resistant blocks.

The present invention provides a nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks, which includes:

A bed frame comprises a main pad, a pair of rails, and a plurality of rollers. The rails extend from two sides of the main pad, and the plurality of rollers are mounted on the rails.

A first mattress is mounted on the pair of slide rails. The first mattress has a first front pivot end, a first rear pivot end, and a pair of first side ends. The first front pivot end is used to pivot the first mattress to the main mattress, allowing the first rear pivot end to swing relative to the main mattress. The pair of first side ends are used to mount the first mattress on the pair of slide rails.

A second mattress is mounted on the pair of slide rails, the second mattress having a second front pivot end, a second rear pivot end, and a pair of second side ends; the second front pivot end allows the second mattress to be pivoted to the first rear pivot end, and the pair of second side ends allow the second mattress to be mounted on the pair of slide rails and to slide relative to the plurality of roller sets; and

A third mattress is pivoted to the second rear pivot end. The third mattress comprises a third front pivot end, a third rear end, a pair of third side ends, a pair of wear blocks, and a support portion. The third front pivot end allows the third mattress to pivot to the second rear pivot end. The pair of wear blocks are fixed to the pair of third side ends and adjacent to the third rear end. Each wear block in the pair of wear blocks has a positioning portion. The pair of wear blocks provide for stable, wear-resistant relative sliding between the third mattress and the plurality of roller sets. The pair of positioning portions allow the third mattress to be fixed relative to any two of the plurality of roller sets. The support portion supports the third mattress.

Referring to Figures 1 to 6, the present invention is a folding nursing bed with wear-resistant blocks, comprising a bed frame 10 having a main pad 11, a pair of rails 12, and a plurality of rollers 13. The rails 12 extend from both sides of the main pad 11, and the plurality of rollers 13 are mounted on the rails 12.

A first mattress 20 is mounted on the pair of slide rails 12. The first mattress 20 has a first front pivot end 21, a first rear pivot end 22, and a pair of first side ends 23. The first front pivot end 21 allows the first mattress 20 to be pivoted to the main mattress 11, allowing the first rear pivot end 22 to rotate relative to the main mattress 11. The pair of first side ends 23 allow the first mattress 20 to be mounted on the pair of slide rails 12.

A second mattress 30 is mounted on the pair of rails 12. The second mattress 30 has a second front pivot end 31, a second rear pivot end 32, and a pair of second side ends 33. The second front pivot end 31 allows the second mattress 30 to be pivoted to the first rear pivot end 22. The pair of second side ends 33 allow the second mattress 30 to be mounted on the pair of rails 12 and to slide relative to the plurality of roller sets 13.

A third mattress 40 is pivotally connected to the second rear pivot end 32 . The third mattress 40 has a third front pivot end 41 , a third rear end 42 , a pair of third side ends 43 , a pair of wear blocks 44 , and a support portion 45 . The third front pivot end 41 allows the third mattress 40 to pivot at the second rear pivot end 32. The pair of wear-resistant blocks 44 are fixed to the pair of third side ends 43, adjacent to the third rear end 42. Each wear-resistant block 44 has a positioning portion 441. The pair of wear-resistant blocks 44 enable stable, wear-resistant relative sliding between the third mattress 40 and the plurality of roller sets 13 (as shown in FIG5). The pair of positioning portions 441 allow the third mattress 40 to be fixed relative to any two of the plurality of roller sets 13 (as shown in FIG6). The support portion 45 is used to support the third mattress 40.

In practice, the nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks may further include an auxiliary pull member 50. The auxiliary pull member 50 is fixed to at least one of the first rear pivot end 22 and the second front pivot end 31 to assist in pulling and lifting the first rear pivot end 22 and the second front pivot end 31.

It is important to note here that the folding nursing bed is a very common bed structure.

It can change between an unfolded position P1 (as shown in the first figure) and a folded position P2 (as shown in the second and fourth figures). The key point is that during the position change process, the pair of third side ends 43 are in contact with (or even collide with) the plurality of rollers 13 at a position adjacent to the third rear end 42, and then at least one of the pair of second side ends 33 and the pair of third side ends 43 allows at least one of the second mattress 30 and the third mattress 40 to slide relative to the plurality of rollers. To address this issue, in addition to providing the pair of wear-resistant blocks 44, the wear-resistant blocks 44 are also fixed to the pair of third side ends 43, adjacent to the third rear end 42. This allows them to withstand the forces of contact (or even collision) with the multiple sets of rollers 13 while still allowing for smooth, relative sliding after repeated contact with the multiple sets of rollers 13.

The pair of wear-resistant blocks 44 are independent modular structures that can be added to existing nursing folding beds as needed, providing a wide range of applications.

This invention has the following advantages and effects:

[1] Wear-resistant blocks ensure smooth sliding. In this case, the pair of wear-resistant blocks are located on the third side ends, adjacent to the third rear end, to withstand the force of contact (or even collision) with the plurality of roller sets, while still maintaining smooth contact with the plurality of roller sets and sliding relative to them. Therefore, the wear-resistant blocks ensure smooth sliding.

[2] The wear-resistant blocks are independent modular structures. This pair of wear-resistant blocks is an independent modular structure that can be added to existing nursing folding beds as needed, with a wide range of applications.

Claims (2)

A nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks comprises: a bed frame having a main pad, a pair of slide rails and a plurality of rollers; the pair of slide rails extend from two sides of the main pad, and the plurality of rollers are respectively mounted on the pair of slide rails; a first mattress is mounted on the pair of slide rails, and the first mattress has a first front pivot end, a first rear pivot end and a pair of first side ends; the first front pivot end The first mattress is pivoted to the main mattress at the connecting end so that the first rear pivot end can swing relative to the main mattress. The first side ends are for the first mattress to be mounted on the pair of slide rails. A second mattress is mounted on the pair of slide rails. The second mattress has a second front pivot end, a second rear pivot end and a pair of second side ends. The second front pivot end is for the second mattress to be pivoted to the first rear pivot end. The second mattress is provided with a second side end for mounting on the pair of slide rails and can slide relative to the plurality of rollers; and a third mattress is pivotally connected to the second rear pivot end. The third mattress has a third front pivot end, a third rear end, a pair of third side ends, a pair of wear-resistant blocks and a support portion; the third front pivot end is provided for pivotally connecting the third mattress to the second rear pivot end. The wear blocks are fixed to the pair of third side ends, adjacent to the third rear end. Each wear block in the pair of wear blocks has a positioning portion. The pair of wear blocks provides a structure that allows for stable, wear-resistant relative sliding between the third mattress and the plurality of roller sets. The pair of positioning portions allows the third mattress to be fixed relative to any two rollers in the plurality of roller sets. The support portion supports the third mattress. The nursing folding bed with wear-resistant blocks as described in claim 1 further includes an auxiliary pull member fixed to at least one of the first rear pivot end and the second front pivot end to assist in pulling and lifting the first rear pivot end and the second front pivot end.
