Abstract
本發明為一種具復歸功能超流閥,其包括:閥體,其包括進氣部、出氣部、洩壓部,進氣部包括有出氣口;洩壓閥,其設置於洩壓部;超流裝置,其設置於進氣部,超流裝置包括有止流件,止流件承受超出設定之流體推力時會阻塞於出氣口;復歸裝置,其設置於洩壓閥,復歸裝置包括有推桿,推桿受力位移時,其一端朝向止流件阻塞於出氣口時的位置位移,而本發明之推桿的一端會對應於止流件阻塞於出氣口時的位置,因此在異常排除後,只要操作推桿讓推桿推動止流件,便可解除止流件的止擋,使用者欲解除超流裝置對於流體的阻擋僅需操作復歸裝置即可。
Description
本發明是關於一種具復歸功能超流閥,一般是設置於燃氣儲存裝置(例如:瓦斯桶、燃氣桶),具當意外發生能阻止燃氣繼續外洩之作用,並能夠在意外解除時簡易操作復歸。
燃氣,是指可以做為燃料的氣體(例如:天燃氣、瓦斯、煤氣),其燃燒後能產生大量的熱能,因此廣泛的應用於生活之中,例如熱水器、瓦斯爐等就是生活中常用以燃燒燃氣為動能的設備。
而為了避免燃氣儲存裝置使用上時會產生的一些危險,因此市面上販售有相當多種燃氣安全遮斷器以供消費者選用,例如說超流閥就是一種相當常見的閥體,其是安裝於輸送燃氣的管路上,若燃氣流量過大,可遮斷燃氣之流動,要知道輸送燃氣的管路若是發生破裂,其管路內會瞬間產生一股很強的氣壓,如此一來本發明便會作動進行遮斷,同樣此一特徵也能避免其他狀況導致管路內氣壓過強進而損壞燃氣設備的狀況發生。
然而目前市面上的超流閥其遮斷流體的機制啟動後,除非將超流閥由燃氣儲存裝置上整個卸下否則無法解除其對於流體的遮斷,此種解除超流閥對於流體的遮斷的方式,對於使用者而言會造成很大的麻煩,若是操作不當是有可能造成燃氣儲存裝置內部的燃氣大量外洩,因此往往在異常解除時還須請專業人員協助解除超流閥對於流體的遮斷。
本發明於閥體的洩壓閥增設有復歸裝置, 而復歸裝置包括有一推桿,一般而言超流裝置會因為流經的流體,其推力超過設定值,進而啟動遮斷機制,以使止流件阻塞於出氣口,此一來便可完成流體的遮斷效果,而本發明之推桿的一端會對應於止流件阻塞於出氣口時的位置,因此在異常排除後,只要操作推桿讓推桿推動止流件,便可解除止流件的止擋,如此一來使用者欲解除超流裝置對於流體的阻擋僅需操作復歸裝置即可,無須如傳統產品一般,需要將其由燃氣儲存裝置上拆卸下來才能解除超流裝置對於流體的阻擋,本發明確實改善傳統產品所存在的問題,實具有新穎性、進步性。
為達成上述目的與功效,本發明提供一種具復歸功能超流閥,其包括:一閥體,其包括一進氣部、一出氣部、一洩壓部,該進氣部包括有一出氣口;一洩壓閥,其設置於該洩壓部;一超流裝置,其設置於該進氣部,該超流裝置包括有一止流件,該止流件承受超出設定之流體推力時會阻塞於該出氣口;一復歸裝置,其設置於該洩壓閥,該復歸裝置包括有一推桿,該推桿受力位移時,其一端朝向該止流件阻塞於該出氣口時的位置位移。
進一步,其中該進氣部與該洩壓部之間有一頸部,該頸部具有一通道,該洩壓閥包括有一擋件、一彈性件、一閥門件,該擋件固定於該進氣部並包括有一第一穿孔,該彈性件位於該擋件與該閥門件之間,該閥門件彈抵於該頸部並包括有一第二穿孔,該推桿穿設於該第一穿孔、該第二穿孔、該通道。
進一步,其中該推桿包括相連之一桿體、一操作鈕,該桿體部分穿設於該第二穿孔、該通道,該桿體周圍具有一防脫肋,該防脫肋位於該閥門件朝向該進氣部的一側,該防脫肋無法通過該第二穿孔,該操作鈕穿設於該第一穿孔,該復歸裝置包括有一彈簧,該彈簧彈抵於該操作鈕與該閥門件之間。
進一步,其中該操作鈕呈現喇叭之樣態。
進一步,其中該閥門件彈抵於該頸部的部位為一彈性墊圈。
為更加詳細了解本發明之實施方式還請搭配圖式進行觀看,如第一圖至第三圖所呈現,本發明提供一種具復歸功能超流閥,其包括:一閥體1,其包括一進氣部11、一出氣部12、一洩壓部13,該進氣部11包括有一出氣口111;一洩壓閥2,其設置於該洩壓部13;一超流裝置3,其設置於該進氣部11,該超流裝置3包括有一止流件31,該止流件31承受超出設定之流體推力時會阻塞於該出氣口111;一復歸裝置4,其設置於該洩壓閥2,該復歸裝置4包括有一推桿41,該推桿41受力位移時,其一端朝向該止流件31阻塞於該出氣口111時的位置位移。
接續上述內容進一步詳述本發明之實施方式,首先如第四圖所呈現,本實施例是以進氣部11安裝於燃氣儲存裝置6、出氣部12連結有管路5為例,本發明於閥體1的洩壓閥2增設有復歸裝置4,而復歸裝置4包括有一推桿41,一般而言超流裝置3會因為流經的流體,其推力超過設定值,進而啟動遮斷機制,以使止流件31阻塞於出氣口111,此一來便可完成流體的遮斷效果,而本實施例當中復歸裝置4常態時是以磁鐵32固定止流件31的類型為例,前述的設定值則是由磁鐵32的磁力強弱來決定,如第五圖所呈現,當意外發生時(例如:管路5破裂),由於流體流經止流件31的推力會瞬間增強,而使得磁鐵32不能夠吸住止流件31,以至於止流件31阻塞於出氣口111來阻斷燃氣外洩,接續如第六圖所呈現,本發明推桿41的一端會對應於止流件31阻塞於出氣口111時的位置,因此在異常排除後(管路5完成修復),只要操作推桿41讓推桿41推動止流件31,便可解除止流件31的止擋,以使止流件31吸附回磁鐵32完成超流裝置3的復歸。
綜上所述可以得知,使用本發明時,使用者欲解除超流裝置3對於流體的阻擋僅需操作復歸裝置4即可,無須如傳統產品一般,需要將其由燃氣儲存裝置上拆卸下來才能解除超流裝置對於流體的阻擋,本發明確實改善傳統產品所存在的問題,實具有新穎性、進步性。
如第一圖至第六圖所呈現,提供一種復歸裝置4設置於洩壓閥2的實施例,其中該進氣部11與該洩壓部13之間有一頸部14,該頸部14具有一通道141,該洩壓閥2包括有一擋件21、一彈性件22、一閥門件23,該擋件21固定於該進氣部11並包括有一第一穿孔211,該彈性件22位於該擋件21與該閥門件23之間,該閥門件23彈抵於該頸部14並包括有一第二穿孔231,該推桿41穿設於該第一穿孔211、該第二穿孔231、該通道141,其中該推桿41包括相連之一桿體411、一操作鈕412,該桿體411部分穿設於該第二穿孔231、該通道141,該桿體411周圍具有一防脫肋4111,該防脫肋4111位於該閥門件23朝向該進氣部11的一側,該防脫肋4111無法通過該第二穿孔231,該操作鈕412穿設於該第一穿孔211,該復歸裝置4包括有一彈簧42,該彈簧42彈抵於該操作鈕412與該閥門件23之間。
其中該操作鈕412可以呈現喇叭之樣態,此結構相比圓柱體尾端能有更大的面積,以利使用者施力操作。
進一步,其中該閥門件23彈抵於該頸部14的部位為一彈性墊圈232,以提升閥門件23的密封效果。
另如第七圖所呈現,當閥體1內部壓力過高時,閥門件23會受壓力而向外位移以脫離與頸部14的緊貼,而復歸裝置4的設置並不影響洩壓閥2順利作動。
由上所述者僅為用以解釋本發明之較佳實施例,並非企圖據以對本發明做任何形式上之限制,是以,凡有在相同之發明精神下所做有關本發明之任何修飾或變更者,為其他可據以實施之型態且具有相同效果者,皆仍應包括在本發明意圖保護之範疇內。
綜上所述,本發明「具復歸功能超流閥」,其實用性及成本效益上,確實是完全符合產業上發展所需,且所揭露之結構發明亦是具有前所未有的創新構造,所以其具有「新穎性」應無疑慮,又本發明可較習用之結構更具功效之增進,因此亦具有「進步性」,其完全符合我國專利法有關發明專利之申請要件的規定,乃依法提起專利申請,並敬請鈞局早日審查,並給予肯定。

Claims (5)
- 一種具復歸功能超流閥,其包括: 一閥體,其包括一進氣部、一出氣部、一洩壓部,該進氣部包括有一出氣口; 一洩壓閥,其設置於該洩壓部; 一超流裝置,其設置於該進氣部,該超流裝置包括有一止流件,該止流件承受超出設定之流體推力時會阻塞於該出氣口; 一復歸裝置,其設置於該洩壓閥,該復歸裝置包括有一推桿,該推桿受力位移時,其一端朝向該止流件阻塞於該出氣口時的位置位移。
- 如請求項1所述之具復歸功能超流閥,其中該進氣部與該洩壓部之間有一頸部,該頸部具有一通道,該洩壓閥包括有一擋件、一彈性件、一閥門件,該擋件固定於該進氣部並包括有一第一穿孔,該彈性件位於該擋件與該閥門件之間,該閥門件彈抵於該頸部並包括有一第二穿孔,該推桿穿設於該第一穿孔、該第二穿孔、該通道。
- 如請求項2所述之具復歸功能超流閥,其中該推桿包括相連之一桿體、一操作鈕,該桿體部分穿設於該第二穿孔、該通道,該桿體周圍具有一防脫肋,該防脫肋位於該閥門件朝向該進氣部的一側,該防脫肋無法通過該第二穿孔,該操作鈕穿設於該第一穿孔,該復歸裝置包括有一彈簧,該彈簧彈抵於該操作鈕與該閥門件之間。
- 如請求項3所述之具復歸功能超流閥,其中該操作鈕呈現喇叭之樣態。
- 如請求項2所述之具復歸功能超流閥,其中該閥門件彈抵於該頸部的部位為一彈性墊圈。
