本發明係有關一種代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療用組成物者。更詳而言之,係有關一種含有胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療用組成物者。
對於胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137,已知具有預防感冒等各種機能(專利文獻1至6及非專利文獻1至10),惟對於胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療的機能毫無了解而無任何建議。

本發明者等發現含有胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之組成物係可用於代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療,進一步重複研討,遂而完成本發明。
亦即,本發明係如以下所述。
[1]一種代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療用組成物,其含有胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137。
[2]如上述[1]所述之組成物,其係用於肥胖抑制、糖或脂質代謝異常改善及發炎抑制所成組群選擇1種以上者。
[3]如上述[1]或[2]所述之組成物,其係用以抑制因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的體重、脂肪組織重量、及/或肝臟重量的增加。
[4]如上述[1]至[3]中任一項所述之組成物,其係用以抑制血糖值、血中膽固醇值、血中胰島素值、及/或血中瘦素值的升高。
[5]如上述[1]至[4]中任一項所述之組成物,其係用以抑制血中AST(天門冬胺酸轉胺酶)值、或/及ALT(丙胺酸轉胺酶)值的升高、或/及脂肪組織的發炎相關基因的表現之升高。

本發明之組成物較佳可具有下述效果選擇1個以上的效果:(1)預防或改善代謝症候群之效果、(2)抑制肥胖之效果、(3)改善糖或脂質代謝異常的效果、(4)抑制發炎之效果,更佳者係抑制全身或脂肪組織的發炎之效果、(5)抑制例如因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的體重增加之效果、(6)抑制脂肪組織重量之增加的效果、(7)抑制肝臟等內臟器官的重量增加的效果、(8)抑制血中膽固醇值的升高之效果、(9)抑制血中胰島素值的升高之效果、(10)抑制血中瘦素值的升高之效果、(11)抑制血中AST值的升高之效果、(12)抑制血中ALT值的升高之效果、(13)抑制脂肪組織的發炎相關基因(例如:MCP-1、F4/80、TNF-α等)的表現升高之效果、(14)改善脂質代謝之效果、(15)促進基礎代謝之效果、(16)減少體重之效果、(17)減低肥胖者或超重者的體脂肪之效果、(18)減少內臟脂肪或皮下脂肪之效果、(19)具有瘦身功效之效果、(20)可用於肥胖的預防、治療或症狀的改善之效果、以及(21)有助於減低超重者的體重及腹部脂肪(內臟脂肪與皮下脂肪)及腰圍(waist size)的效 果。
本發明之較佳效果係即使有效成分之投予量少,亦可得到本發明之效果。
第1圖係呈示試驗期間的體重變化之圖。
第2圖係呈示餵食8週及12週後的睪丸週邊脂肪組織重量之圖。而且,第2圖中,相同週齡者在不同符號之群組間有顯著差異。例如,a與b為不同符號,其它(a與ab、b與ab等)非為不同符號。第3至5、8及9圖所示之顯著差異的有無所呈示之記號(a、b及ab),亦與上述相同。

本發明提供一種含有胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療用組成物。
本發明之組成物係含有胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137。胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137係以寄存編號FERM BP-08607(由平成7年11月30日寄存的FERM P-15317號移轉)寄存於獨立行政法人產業技術綜合研究所之專利生物寄存中心(現為獨立行政法人製品評價技術基盤機構 專利生物寄存中心)寄存。另外,胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137即使為變異株,具備胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之特徵者亦在胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之範疇。
本發明之組成物係除了胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137,亦可含有其以外的成分。只要該成分無損本發明之效果,則無特別限定,例如,可使用在醫藥、藥學、食品等領域中已知的任意成分。本發明的一態樣中,胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137以外的成分係以與胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137菌體親和性高者、或可與胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137結合者等者為佳。如此成分方面,例如可列舉:脂質、固醇、植物油、礦物油、卵磷脂類等。
本發明之組成物中,只要可發揮本發明之效果,胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之含量並無特別限定,組成物100質量%中,例如,可在約0.001質量%至100質量%之範圍。
胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之培養係可依據習知方法、本身的習知方法或遵照該等方法進行。胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137係可藉由在例如,天然培養基、合成培養基或半合成培養基等培養基中培養而獲得。培養基方面,宜使用含有氮源及/或碳源者。上述氮源方面,例如可列舉:肉萃取物、蛋白腖、麩質、酪蛋白、酵母萃取物、胺基酸等。上述碳源方面,例如可列舉:葡萄糖、木糖、果糖、肌醇、麥芽糖、澱粉糖漿、麴汁、澱粉、蔗渣、麩、糖蜜、甘油等。該等可單獨使用或組合2種以上使用。
上述培養基中,除了上述氮源及/或碳源,另外,可添加作為無機物質之例如硫酸銨、磷酸鉀、氯化鎂、食鹽、鐵、錳、鉬或各種維生素等單獨或2種以上之組合。
本發明的一態樣中,上述胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之培養溫度,例如一般約為25至40℃左右,較佳者係約為27至35℃左右。
本發明之一態樣中,上述胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之培養時間約為12至48小時左右,可通氣搖晃。而且,本發明之一態樣中,胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之培養可藉由通氣搖晃而實施。而且,培養基之pH並無特別限定,惟一般約為pH3至6,以約pH4至6為佳。
胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之菌體可為活菌體,亦可為死菌體,惟從安定性及操作容易性等之觀點而言,以 使用死菌體者為佳。
培養結束後,採集菌體之後,可調製加熱死菌體,或者,亦可自培養液非將菌體一次分離,而是將培養液中的菌體作成加熱死菌體,並採集該加熱死菌體。採集菌體之方法方面,係有例如在培養液中加入蒸餾水,藉由離心等手段去除上清液,再依所需而重複該操作,藉由離心及過濾等而採集菌體之方法。
胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之加熱死菌體,係可使各經採集之活菌或含活菌之培養液藉由加熱處理而失活,再經過噴霧乾燥、冷凍乾燥等適當的手段進行乾燥而獲得。加熱溫度一般約為60至100℃,以約70至90℃為佳。加熱手段方面,可為使用加熱器的習知手段。加熱時間係達到所要的溫度時,一般約為5至40分鐘,以約10至30分鐘為佳。
如上述操作所得之上述死菌體係可進一步磨碎、粉碎或進行冷凍乾燥處理等而作為死菌體處理物。本發明中,上述死菌體處理物亦可作為死菌體使用。
而且,本發明中,亦可使用胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之萃取物以取代胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137菌體,或與菌體一起使用。上述萃取物的萃取方法並無特別限定,可按照習知方法、本身習知方法或符合該等之方法進行。具體而言,可列舉例如將胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之活菌體或死菌體,(i)在常壓或加壓下,加入室溫或加溫之萃取溶媒中,一邊浸漬及攪拌一邊萃取之方法,(ii)在萃取溶媒中一邊回 流一邊萃取之方法等。萃取溫度、萃取時間、所使用之萃取溶媒的種類係可依照萃取條件而適當地選擇。
上述萃取溶媒方面,並無特別限定,可使用例如水、有機溶媒或該等之任意比例的混合溶媒。上述有機溶媒方面,並無特別限定,惟可列舉例如低級醇(例如,甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、異丙醇及正丁醇等)、多元醇(例如,1,3-丁二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇等)等室溫中為液體之醇類;醚類(例如,乙醚、丙醚等);酯類(例如,乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯等);酮類(例如,丙酮、乙基甲基酮等);烴類(例如,己烷、二甲苯、甲苯等);氯仿等。該等可單獨使用或組合2種以上使用。上述有機溶媒中,從對操作性及環境之影響等觀點,以使用室溫中為液體的醇類,例如,碳數1至4之低級醇為佳,從殘留溶媒之安全性的觀點,以使用乙醇更佳。
本發明係可將藉由上述萃取操作而得的萃取液及包含殘渣之混合物依所需進行過濾或離心等,去除殘渣之固形成分,並將所得之萃取液直接使用在本發明之組成物的調製中,亦可將上述萃取液藉由濃縮、冷凍乾燥或噴霧乾燥等方法進行乾燥、粉末化而使用。
胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137菌體之大小可為1至10μm左右。
本發明之組成物的投予途徑並無特別限定,例如可為以經口或非經口之任一途徑投予至哺乳動物。
在經口或注射投予時,胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之攝取量係可根據攝取者的年齡及體重、症狀、投予時間、劑型、投予方法及藥物之組合等而決定。例如,對於每個成年人(約60公斤),設定每天所攝取之胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137的乾燥死菌體,以約0.5至200mg為佳,以約1至100mg更佳,以約2至50mg又更佳。或者,對於每個成年人(約60公斤),設定每天所攝取之胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137換算成活菌,以約(5×108)至(2×1011)cfu(Colony forming unit:菌落形成單位)為佳,以約(1×109)至(1×1011)cfu更佳。攝取次數可為1天1次或分成複數次進行。
或者,在外用塗佈時,胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之塗佈量係可依據所施用的皮膚面積而適當地選擇,一般而言,對施用部位之面積約10cm2,該塗佈量係每天以約為0.01至2.5mg為佳,以約為0.02至1mg更佳。上述投予用量係可每天施用1次或分成數次使用。
本發明之優點係即使以較少的胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137之投予量亦可得到本發明之效果。
本發明之組成物在經口投予時,可為散劑、顆粒劑、丸劑、錠劑、膠囊劑等固形製劑,亦可為糖漿劑等液體製劑。在製造該等製劑時,可使用依據該製劑型態之載體或添加劑。載體或添加劑方面,可列舉例如,賦形劑(聚丙烯酸鈉、聚丙烯酸鈣、羧甲基纖維素、乳糖、糊精、玉米澱粉、結晶纖維素、白糖、氯化鈉、葡萄糖、尿素、澱粉、碳酸鈣、高嶺土、矽酸、磷酸鉀等)、潤滑劑(硬脂 酸鎂、蔗糖脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、精製滑石、聚乙二醇等)、崩解劑(羧甲基纖維素鈣、無水磷酸氫鈣、羧甲基纖維素鈉、低取代度羥基丙基纖維素、乾燥澱粉、海藻酸鈉、洋菜粉末、碳酸氫鈉、碳酸鈣等)、黏合劑(羥基丙基纖維素、阿拉伯膠液、水、乙醇、丙醇、單糖漿、葡萄糖液、澱粉液、明膠溶液、羧甲基纖維素、甲基纖維素、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等)、助溶劑(阿拉伯膠、聚山梨醇酯80等)、吸收促進劑(月桂基硫酸鈉等)、緩衝劑(磷酸緩衝液、乙酸緩衝液、硼酸緩衝液、碳酸緩衝液、檸檬酸緩衝液、托立斯緩衝液(Tris buffer)等)、保存劑(對羥基苯甲酸甲酯、對羥基苯甲酸乙酯、對羥基苯甲酸丙酯、對羥基苯甲酸丁酯、氯丁醇、苯甲醇、氯化烷基二甲基苄基銨、去水醋酸鈉、依地酸鈉等)、增稠劑(丙二醇、丙三醇、羥基乙基纖維素、羥基丙基纖維素、聚乙烯醇、聚乙二醇等)、安定化劑(亞硫酸氫鈉、硫代硫酸鈉、依地酸鈉、檸檬酸鈉、抗壞血酸、二丁基羥基甲苯等)或pH調整劑(鹽酸、氫氧化鈉、磷酸、乙酸等)。可依所需以塗覆劑(白糖、明膠、羥基丙基纖維素、羥基丙基甲基纖維素鄰苯二甲酸酯等)被覆,並可用2層以上之層被覆。
本發明之組成物並無特別限定,可為例如,飲食品、飼料、食品添加劑、飼料添加劑、醫藥品或化妝品等,以飲食品等為佳。
含有本發明之組成物的飲食品係可添加一般飲食品中使用的食品添加劑,例如甜味料、著色劑、防 腐劑、增稠安定劑、抗氧化劑、著色劑、漂白劑、防黴劑、膠基、苦味劑、酵素、增亮劑、酸味劑、調味料、乳化劑、增強劑、製造劑、香料及辛香料萃取物。而且,飲食品中包含機能性展示食品,特定保健用食品,健康食品,病患用食品。
本發明之理想的飲食品並無特別限定。具體上可列舉例如,所謂的營養補充食品(補充劑)之錠劑、顆粒劑、散劑、飲品劑等。此外,可列舉例如,茶飲料、清涼飲料、碳酸飲料、營養飲料、果汁飲料、乳酸飲料等飲料;蕎麥麵、烏龍麵、中式麵條、即食麵等麵類;飴、糖果、口香糖、巧克力、零食小吃、餅乾、果凍、果醬、克林姆、烘焙糕點、麵包等糕點及麵包類;魚糕、火腿、香腸等水產/畜產加工食品;加工乳、發酵乳等乳製品;沙拉油、天婦羅油、人造奶油、美乃滋、酥油、泡沫奶油、沙拉醬等油脂及油脂加工食品;醬汁、醬料等調味料;咖哩、燉肉、丼飯、粥、雜燴等殺菌袋裝食品;冰淇淋、冰沙、刨冰等冰甜點等。
本發明之組成物調製成飲食品型態時,在該飲食品、所附帶的說明書或包裝盒等中,鑒於本發明之組成物的作用,可呈示由下述選擇1種或1種以上之重點:(1)預防或改善代謝症候群的重點、(2)抑制肥胖的重點、(3)改善糖或脂質代謝異常的重點、(4)抑制發炎的重點,更佳者係抑制全身或脂肪組織的發炎之重點、(5)抑制例如因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的體重增加之重點、(6)抑制脂肪組 織重量的增加之重點、(7)抑制肝臟等臟器的重量增加之重點、(8)抑制血中膽固醇值的升高之重點、(9)抑制血中胰島素值的升高之重點、(10)抑制血中瘦素值的升高之重點、(11)抑制血中AST值的升高之重點、(12)抑制血中ALT值的升高之重點、(13)抑制脂肪組織的發炎相關基因(例如,MCP-1(Monocyte chemotactic protein 1)、F4/80(Anti-EGF-Like Module-Containing Mucin-Like Receptor 1)、TNF-α(Tumor necrosis factor-alpha)等)的表現升高之重點、(14)改善脂質代謝之重點、(15)促進基礎代謝之重點、(16)減少體重之重點、(17)減低肥胖者或超重者的體脂肪之重點、(18)減少內臟脂肪或皮下脂肪之重點、(19)具有瘦身功效之重點、(20)可用於肥胖的預防、治療或症狀的改善的重點、(21)有助於減低超重者的體重及腹部脂肪(內臟脂肪與皮下脂肪)及腰圍(waist size)之重點、以及(22)適用於在意體脂肪、腹圍(waist size)、體重、BMI及腹部脂肪(內臟脂肪與皮下脂肪)的人之重點。
而且,高脂肪飲食係指例如脂質能量比為30%以上(以30至60%為佳)的食品組成物、或每100g的食品組成物之脂肪含量為10g以上(以20至100g為佳,以30至100g更佳,以40至100g又更佳,以50至100g再更佳,以60至100g最佳)的食品組成物。
脂質能量比係可依下述式求出。
脂質能量比(%)={脂質量(g)×9kcal/總能量(kcal)}×100
高脂肪飲食可列舉例如:牛前胸肉、牛肉(沙朗)、豬 五花肉、培根、沙拉米香腸、維也納香腸、鵝肝、法蘭克福香腸等肉類;鮟鱇魚肝、鮪魚肚、沙丁魚(油醃)、秋刀魚、鮪魚、蒲燒鰻魚、鰤魚(青甘)幼魚的生魚片、鰤魚、銀鱈、魚卵、鮭魚卵等魚貝類;可頌麵包、丹麥麵包、杯麵等穀類;蛋黃、鮮奶油、奶油起司、加工起司、奶油、冰淇淋等蛋/奶製品;炸豆皮、黃豆粉等豆類;澳洲堅果、松子、核桃、芝麻、杏仁、花生、腰果等堅果類;酪梨、炸薯條等蔬菜/芋類;椰奶等飲料;薯片、巧克力、餅乾、爆米花等零食類;或美乃滋、法式沙拉醬、橄欖油、辣油、花生醬等調味料;或者以該等作為原料之食品等。
含有本發明之組成物的飼料方面,可列舉例如,牛、馬、豬等家畜用飼料;雞等家禽用飼料;狗、貓等寵物用飼料等。除了飼料中添加本發明之組成物以外,本發明之飼料亦可使用一般的飼料之製造方法加工製造。
本發明之組成物亦可調配在醫藥品中使用。醫藥品係可將胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137與習知的醫藥品添加劑等進行調配製造。
而且,本發明之組成物亦可調配在化妝品中使用。化妝品方面,可列舉例如沐浴清潔劑、洗手清潔劑、洗面清潔劑等清潔劑類;化妝水、乳液、乳霜等基礎化妝料;粉底、妝前化妝料、白粉等化妝料等的化妝料劑型等。
本發明之組成物的較佳者係可實現選自下述的1種或1種以上之效果:(1)預防或改善代謝症候群的效果、(2)抑制肥胖的效果、(3)改善糖或脂質代謝異常的效 果、(4)抑制發炎的效果,更佳者係抑制全身或脂肪組織的發炎之效果、(5)抑制例如因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的體重增加之效果、(6)抑制脂肪組織重量的增加之效果、(7)抑制肝臟等臟器的重量增加之效果、(8)抑制血中膽固醇值的升高之效果、(9)抑制血中胰島素值的升高之效果、(10)抑制血中瘦素值的升高之效果、(11)抑制血中AST值的升高之效果、(12)抑制血中ALT值的升高之效果、(13)抑制脂肪組織的發炎相關基因(例如:MCP-1、F4/80、TNF-α等)的表現升高之效果、(14)改善脂質代謝之效果、(15)促進基礎代謝之效果、(16)減少體重之效果、(17)減低肥胖者或超重者的體脂肪之效果、(18)減少內臟脂肪或皮下脂肪之效果、(19)具有瘦身功效之效果、(20)可用於肥胖的預防、治療或症狀的改善的效果,以及(21)有助於減低超重者的體重及腹部脂肪(內臟脂肪與皮下脂肪)及腰圍(waist size)之效果。
肥胖抑制效果係指抑制例如因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的體重、脂肪組織重量及/或肝臟等臟器的重量增加等。由於因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的肝臟等之重量增加會伴隨著脂肪肝,因而亦可期待藉由抑制增加來改善脂肪肝。
糖代謝異常改善效果係指例如抑制血糖值或胰島素值的升高之效果等。
脂質代謝異常改善效果係指例如抑制血中膽固醇值及瘦素值的升高之效果等。
發炎抑制效果係指例如抑制血中的AST值或/及ALT值的升高,或/及脂肪組織的發炎相關基因(例如:MCP-1、F4/80或TNF-α等)的表現升高等。發炎抑制效果係可為對全身性發炎者,亦可為對脂肪組織發炎者。
以下列舉實施例及試驗例以進一步詳加說明本發明,惟本發明並不限於該等。
將購自日本Charles River股份有限公司的C57BL/6J小鼠(雄性,6週齡),以CE-2馴化7天。隨後,以平均體重幾乎相同之方式分群為每群25隻,在20週間使攝取作為試驗飲食之正常飲食(AIN-93G;參照表1)、60%高脂肪飲食(cal%;卡路里%)(參照表2),與使其含有胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137(Lactobacillus prantarum)L-137加熱死菌體(HK L-137)0.002質量%之HK L-137的60%高脂肪飲食(cal%)(參照表2)。
PS:CE-2為小鼠的餵食物
試驗中,亮-暗週期(light-dark cycle)係以12小時,在室溫23±3℃之環境下,各別豢養在籠子中,以自由喝水、自由攝取飼養,每週進行體重測定。
在攝取4週之群中,從各群選出代表的五隻(平均體重、標準偏差SD與全體幾乎相同)。在不禁食下用 醚麻醉該等小鼠,然後使用經肝素化處理之注射器從大靜脈採血,並採集睪丸週邊脂肪組織、肝臟,進行重量測定。
所採集之血液進行離心(2000×g為20分鐘)而得到血漿,使用市售套件(Glucose CII-Test Wako、Cholesterol E-Test Wako、Trans Amylase CII-Test Wako:和光純藥,小鼠胰島素測定套件、小鼠/大鼠瘦素測定套件:Morinaga)測定血糖值、血中總膽固醇值、血中AST值、血中ALT值、血中胰島素值、血中瘦素值。
將睪丸週邊脂肪組織浸漬在RNAlater(Thermo Fisher Scientific)並在-80℃保存,解凍後,進行RNA萃取(Rneasy Lipid Tissue Mini Kit、QIAGEN)。所萃取之RNA係使用以下之酵素與機器(One Step SYBR PrimeScript RT-PCR Kit II:Takara,Thermal Cycler Dice TP 800:Takara),測定發炎相關基因(Monocyte chemotactic protein 1(MCP1),Anti-EGF-like Module-Containing Mucin-Like Receptor 1(F4/80),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α))、與內部標準基因(β-肌動蛋白)(對於引子請參照表3),求出用內部標準基因校正的發炎基因的表現量。
分別將試驗期間之體重變化呈示於表4及第1圖、餵食8週及12週後之睪丸週邊脂肪組織重量呈示於表5及第2圖、餵食16週及20週後之肝臟重量呈示於表6及第3圖。
由該等結果而證實胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137抑制因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的體重增加、脂肪組織的重量增加及肝臟的重量增加。
分別將餵食8週後之血糖值呈示於表7及第4圖、餵食4週及8週後之總膽固醇值呈示於表8及第5圖、餵食20週後之血中胰島素值呈示於表9及第6圖、餵食8週及12週後之血中瘦素值呈示於表10及第7圖。
由該等結果而證實胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137顯著地抑制因 攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起之血糖值的升高、血中總膽固醇值的升高、血中胰島素值的升高。而且,證實胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137有抑制因攝取高脂肪飲食等所引起的瘦素值的升高之傾向。
分別將餵食20週後之血中AST值呈示於表11及第8圖、餵食16週及20週後之血中ALT值呈示於表12及第9圖、餵食8週後之MCPI基因之相對表現量呈示於表13及第10圖、餵食12週後之F4/80基因之相對表現量呈示於表13及第11圖、餵食12週後之TNF-α基因之相對表現量呈示於表13及第12圖。
由該等結果而證實胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137可抑制因攝取高脂肪飲食所引起之血中AST值的升高、血中ALT值的升高、脂肪組織發炎相關基因表現的增加。
由該等結果顯示胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137可用於代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療。
本發明之組成物係可使用作為瘦身、肥胖的預防或改善,進一步以糖尿病、高中性血脂症、高膽固醇血症或動脈硬化症等成為原因之代謝症候群的預防、改善或治療為目的飲食品、醫藥品、飼料等。

Claims (6)
- 一種胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137的死菌體之用途,係用以製造抑制體重、血糖值及血中膽固醇值的增加或升高的醫藥,其中使用對象係攝取高脂肪飲食。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用途,其中,該胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137係更用以抑制脂肪組織重量、肝臟重量、血中胰島素值、血中瘦素值、血中AST(天門冬胺酸轉胺酶)值、及/或ALT(丙胺酸轉胺酶)值的增加或升高。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用途,其中,該胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137係更用以抑制發炎相關基因在脂肪組織中的表現之升高,前述發炎相關基因係MCP-1(Monocyte chemotactic protein 1)、F4/80(Anti-EGF-Like Module-Containing Mucin-Like Receptor 1)或TNF-α(Tumor necrosis factor-alpha)。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之用途,其中,該胚芽乳酸桿菌L-137係包含在飲食品。
