一種攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法,特別係指一種鍘刀型的攜車連桿所使用的活動擋片,透過沖壓裝置將將活動擋板的外型成形,並在對應定位彈簧的位置設置有一強化區,進而提升攜車連桿強度與降低製造成本之結構者。

Description

攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法與其運用之攜車連桿
本發明關於一種攜車連桿用品設備領域,特別係指一種鍘刀型的攜車連桿所使用的活動擋片,透過沖壓裝置將將活動擋板的外型成形,並在對應定位彈簧的位置設置有一強化區,進而提升攜車連桿強度與降低製造成本之結構者。
按,女性用自行車(以下簡稱淑女車)因缺少一橫桿,因此,當要搭配攜車架運送時,會如第一圖所示,在龍頭601與座管602之間設置一攜車連桿603,如此一來,能讓淑女車被攜車架的固定桿連接。
本案主要針對鍘刀型的攜車連桿進行說明。如圖2所示,攜車連桿603包含有可伸縮的管體6031、設置在管體6031兩端呈J字形的固定鎖片6032、以及與該固定鎖片6032連接的活動擋片6033所構成。
如第二圖所示,使用時先調整管體6031的長度,接著旋動該活動擋片6033後,將龍頭601或者座管602置入該固定擋片6032 內,最後,將活動擋片6033推回,並利用一定位彈簧6034將該活動擋片6033定位。
上述產品已經使用相當多年,受到市場上歡迎,但是,這類型的攜車連桿603有下列的缺失:
1.活動擋片6033基本上是透過機械切削加工所製造而成,加工業者需要準備刀具、治具加工,製作時間長而且成本高。
2.活動擋片6033的外型類似「ㄣ」形的金屬板,在轉軸端上設有用於連接螺絲的穿孔6035、以及提供該定位彈簧6034固定之定位孔6036,由於穿孔6035與定位孔6036恰落在轉折處,而在運送淑女車時不斷產生震動會造成剪應力,最後可能沿著穿孔6035或者定位孔6036而斷裂。
3.為了讓定位彈簧6034容易按壓,因此,會在定位孔6036處利用加工機械切削,使得定位孔6036厚度較薄,但是缺點在於成本較高。
本發明的主要目的即在於提供一種攜車連桿的活動擋片的製造方法,可以改善習用活動擋片加工成本高、加工時間長的缺點。
本發明的次要目的即在於提供一種攜車連桿的活動擋片結構,可以改善習用活動擋片容易斷裂、結構強度較差的缺點。
緣此,本發明的製造方法包含有: 步驟一:準備一長條狀的金屬板材;步驟二:將前述的金屬板材置放在一第一沖壓模具中,接著透過沖床加壓成型,形成一第一半成品,該第一半成品包含有:一長圓形的前段、一具有彎折的中段、以及一長圓形的後段;該前段設有一連接孔,該中段設有一定位孔,以及該後段設置一軸孔;步驟三:準備一第二沖壓模具,該第二沖壓模具設有一對應該中段之圓槽,將該第一半成品置放在該第二沖壓模具中,透過沖床加壓成型構成一第二半成品,藉由該第二沖壓模具,對該第一半成品沖壓,該中段透過該第二沖壓模具之圓槽,形成一上、下增厚的圓弧狀的補強部,並且以該定位孔為中心,形成一圓形並凹陷的按壓區;同時對該定位孔沖壓,形成一錐形的定位孔,並將該連接孔、該定位孔以及該軸孔在步驟二所產生的毛邊加以去除;步驟四:將該第二半成品放入一塑膠模具中,透過該塑膠模具射出塑料包覆於該前段以及該連接孔,形成L形的止擋片,即可獲得一活動擋片。
在本發明的實施例中,前述的步驟三與步驟四之間,將該第二半成品進行表面處理。
一種攜車連桿結構,其包含有二組以前述製造方法所製作的活動擋片、一可伸縮的管體、二組外形呈J字形的固定鎖片所構成;該管體的兩端分別設一軸接孔以及一組裝孔,將一第一鉚釘穿入該固定鎖片、該軸接孔後,配合一結合件穿入該活動擋片的 軸孔,使得該第一鉚釘與該結合件結合;將一第二鉚釘穿入該固定鎖片與管體結合固定,一定位彈簧設置在管體內,該定位彈簧所設置之固定彈頭穿出組裝孔;該固定鎖片被前述的第一鉚釘、第二鉚釘加以固定;該固定鎖片具有對應該止擋片造型的對接部;該活動擋片藉由該結合件可以產生樞轉的功效,並且透過該固定彈頭穿入該定位孔使得該活動擋片可固定位置;當要使用時,按壓該固定彈頭,使得該固定彈頭脫離該定位孔。
透過上述的說明,本發明可獲得的優點與功效如下:
1.本案主要的製作方式以沖壓成形為主,可以理解到,活動擋片的生產速度快、無須準備特製的刀具與治具,達到降低成本、提高生產量的優點。
2.本案能在活動擋片的中段形成圓弧狀的補強部,主要透過沖壓成形製造而成,金屬板材不需要特地預留胚料,可以減少材料成本。
3.透過本案所製作出的攜車連桿強度高,不容易產生斷裂的情況發生。

為使貴 審查委員能對本發明之特徵與其特點有更進一步之了解與認同,茲列舉以下較佳之實施例並配合圖式說明如下:請參閱第三圖,本發明之攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法,主要包含有:步驟一S1至步驟四S4所構成。
步驟一S1:準備一長條狀的金屬板材1,該金屬板材1的厚度範圍在0.6~1.3公分。
步驟二S2:如第三至五圖,將前述的金屬板材1置放在一第一沖壓模具2中,接著透過沖床加壓成型,形成一第一半成品1A,該第一半成品1A包含有:一長圓形的前段11、一具有彎折的中段12、以及一長圓形的後段13;該前段11設有一連接孔111,該中段12設有一定位孔121,以及該後段13設置一軸孔131。
步驟三S3:如第六圖所示,準備一第二沖壓模具3,該第二沖壓模具3設有一對應該中段12之圓槽31,如第七圖所示,將該第一半成品1A置放在該第二沖壓模具3中,透過沖床加壓成型構成一第二半成品1B,藉由該第二沖壓模具3,對該第一半成品1A沖壓,如第八圖所示,該第二半成品之中段12透過該第二沖壓模具3之圓槽31,形成一上、下增厚的圓弧狀的補強部122,並且以該定位孔121為中心,形成一圓形並凹陷的按壓區123;同時對該定位孔121沖壓,形成一錐形的定位孔121A,並將該連接孔111、該定位孔121以及該軸孔131在步驟二S2所產生的毛邊加以去除。在步驟三S3後,可對第二半成品1B進行表面處理,例如在表面烤漆、防鏽處理。
步驟四S4:如第九圖所示,將該第二半成品1B放入一塑膠模具4中,透過該塑膠模具4射出塑料包覆於該前段11以及該連接孔111,形成L形的止擋片112,如第十圖所示,從塑膠模具4取出即可獲得一活動擋片10。
如第十一圖所示,將第十圖所製造的活動擋片10安裝在一攜車連桿100,該攜車連桿100還包含有:一可伸縮的管體20、二組外形呈J字形的固定鎖片30。
如第十二圖所示,由於兩側的安裝方式都一樣,因此,圖式只繪製出一側的分解圖;請繼續參閱第十一圖、第十二圖,該管體20的兩端分別設一軸接孔201以及一組裝孔202,將一第一鉚釘401穿入該固定鎖片30、該軸接孔201後,配合一結合件402穿入該活動擋片10的軸孔131,使得該第一鉚釘401與該結合件402結合; 一第二鉚釘403穿入該固定鎖片30與該管體20結合固定,一定位彈簧404設置在管體20內,該定位彈簧404所設置之固定彈頭405穿出組裝孔202;該固定鎖片30被前述的第一鉚釘401、第二鉚釘403加以固定;該固定鎖片30具有對應該止擋片112造型的對接部301;該活動擋片10藉由該結合件402可以產生樞轉的功效,並且透過該固定彈頭405穿入該定位孔121,使得該活動擋片10可固定位置;當要使用時,按壓該固定彈頭405,使得該固定彈頭405脫離該定位孔121,即可讓活動擋片10可以樞轉。
如第八圖所示,在該活動擋片10的後端設有一導滑面124,當活動擋片10扣合於該固定彈頭405時,藉由該導滑面124能夠滑順下壓該固定彈頭405,能達到流暢扣合定位的動作。另外,可在步驟二S2、或者步驟三S3的製造流程中,在第一沖壓模具2或第二沖壓模具3設置有可成形該導滑面124的部位,使得該活動擋片10在製造的過程中形成導滑面124。
透過上述說明,本發明具有下列優點與功效:
1.本案之活動擋片10主要的製作方式以沖壓成形為主,可以理解到,活動擋片10的生產速度快、無須準備特製的刀具與治具,達到降低成本、提高生產量的優點。
2.本案能在活動擋片10的中段12形成圓弧狀的補強部122,主要透過沖壓成形製造而成,金屬板材1不需要特地預留胚料,可以減少材料成本。
3.透過本案所製作出的攜車連桿100強度高,不容易產生斷裂的情況發生。
綜上所述,本發明構成結構均未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用,誠符合發明專利申請要件,懇請 鈞局明鑑,早日准予專利,至為感禱。

  1. 一種攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法,主要包含有:步驟一:準備一長條狀的金屬板材;步驟二:將前述的金屬板材置放在一第一沖壓模具中,接著透過沖床加壓成型,形成一第一半成品,該第一半成品包含有:一長圓形的前段、一具有彎折的中段、以及一長圓形的後段;該前段設有一連接孔,該中段設有一定位孔,以及該後段設置一軸孔;步驟三:準備一第二沖壓模具,該第二沖壓模具設有一對應該中段之圓槽,將該第一半成品置放在該第二沖壓模具中,透過沖床加壓成型構成一第二半成品,藉由該第二沖壓模具,對該第一半成品沖壓,該中段透過該第二沖壓模具之圓槽,形成一上、下增厚的圓弧狀的補強部,並且以該定位孔為中心,形成一圓形並凹陷的按壓區;同時對該定位孔沖壓,形成一錐形的定位孔,並將該連接孔、該定位孔以及該軸孔在步驟二所產生的毛邊加以去除;步驟四:將該第二半成品放入一塑膠模具中,透過該塑膠模具射出塑料包覆於該前段以及該連接孔,形成L形的止擋片,即可獲得一活動擋片。
  2. 如請求項1所述攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法,其中,前述的步驟三與步驟四之間,將該第二半成品進行表面處理。
  3. 如請求項1所述攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法,其中,在前述的步驟二或者步驟三中,該第一沖壓模具或者該第二沖壓模具 設置有成形一導滑面的部位,該導滑面的位置設置在該按壓區的對面,使得該活動擋片在製造的過程中形成導滑面。
  4. 一種依據請求項1所述攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法所製造的攜車連桿,其包含有:二組以前述製造方法所製作的活動擋片、一可伸縮的管體、二組外形呈J字形的固定鎖片所構成;該管體的兩端分別設一軸接孔以及一組裝孔,將一第一鉚釘穿入該固定鎖片、該軸接孔後,配合一結合件穿入該活動擋片的軸孔,使得該第一鉚釘與該結合件結合;一第二鉚釘穿入該固定鎖片與管體20結合固定;一定位彈簧設置在管體內,該定位彈簧所設置之固定彈頭穿出組裝孔;該固定鎖片被前述的第一鉚釘、第二鉚釘加以固定;該固定鎖片具有對應該止擋片造型的對接部;該活動擋片藉由該結合件可以產生樞轉的功效,並且透過該固定彈頭穿入該定位孔使得該活動擋片可固定位置;當要使用時,按壓該固定彈頭,使得該固定彈頭脫離該定位孔。
  5. 如請求項4所述攜車連桿的活動擋片製造方法所製造的攜車連桿,其中,該活動擋片在相對該按壓區的對面,設有一導滑面,該活動擋片欲扣合於該固定彈頭時,藉由該導滑面滑順下壓該固定彈頭,能達到流暢扣合定位的動作。
