As shown in FIG. 5A and FIG. 5B , the electronic device can be operated to control to turn on or off a bed exit detection switch displayed in the application program APP to instruct the control element 40 to control the pressure sensing element 20 to perform or stop performing pressure value detection.

When the pressure value sensed by the pressure sensing element 20 on the side of the bed as shown in FIG. 2 is greater than a first pressure threshold value (eg, zero value), and each pressure sensor located in the middle lying position When the pressure value of the measuring element 20 is less than a second pressure threshold value (same or different from the first pressure threshold value), the control element 40 as shown in FIG. 2 determines that the patient is sitting beside the bed. In this case, the control element 40 shown in FIG. 2 can transmit a detection message through the transmission element 50 (such as wireless transmission via Wifi) to the application program APP in the electronic device and display it, so as to warn the nursing care as shown in FIG. 5A . Stand, the patient may be ready to get out of bed.

Furthermore, when the pressure values of all the pressure sensing elements 20 change from non-zero values to zero values, the control element 40 determines that the patient has left the hospital bed accordingly. In this case, as shown in FIG. 5B , the detection message generated by the control element 40 can be displayed on the application program APP to warn the patient in the nursing station that the patient has run away, and hurry up to chase.

Please refer to FIG. 6 , which is a flow chart of the steps of a method for preventing bedsores and detecting getting out of bed according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 6 , the method for preventing human body from developing bedsores and detecting getting out of bed according to the embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps S101 - S113 , which can be performed by the bed for preventing human body from developing bedsores and detecting getting out of bed as shown in FIG. 2 . It should be understood that the present invention is not limited to the content and sequence of steps exemplified in this embodiment, and can be adjusted according to application requirements in practice.

In step S101, a plurality of pressure values are respectively sensed using a plurality of pressure sensing elements 20 disposed at different positions/sensing points of the bed board BD.

In step S103, the control module 40 is used to control the transmission module 50 to transmit the sensed pressure value and the position of the sensing point to the electronic device for display, such as display on the display interface of an application program APP or other display device.

S107。In step S105, the control module 40 is used to determine whether the pressure value of any one or more sensing points at the middle lying position of the bed board BD is continuously greater than a pressure threshold value (eg, zero value) for a time greater than a time threshold value ( e.g. two hours). If not, go back to step S101 to continuously sense and update the pressure value. If yes, go to step S107.

In step S107, the control module 40 is used to determine that the time for the patient's body parts to be fixed at the same position (eg, the first air bag 1021 ) has reached a time threshold, and the gas charging and discharging element 30 is controlled to the adjacent tubes (eg, the first air bag 1021 ). The second air bag 1022) is inflated, and/or the position where pressure is applied to the patient (eg, the first air bag 1021) is deflated, so as to change the pressure on this body part and promote blood circulation.

S111。In step S109, as described in the embodiments of FIGS. 5A and 5B, the control module 40 is used to determine whether the patient has left the bed according to the pressure values sensed by the pressure sensing elements 20 at the sensing points respectively. Or sit by the bed. If not, go back to step S101 to continuously sense and update the pressure value. If yes, go to step S111.

In step S111 , the control module 40 is used to output a detection message instructing the patient to leave the bed or sit beside the bed to an electronic device (such as but not limited to a mobile phone) held by family members or other persons for reminding.

In step S113, the control module 40 is used to output a detection message indicating that the patient leaves the bed or sits beside the bed to the electronic device of the nursing station for warning. In this way, before patients with dementia and lower limb mobility problems may fall out of bed, an alarm can be issued and the nursing station notified in time, so that the nursing staff can prevent it in time, and it can also prevent the patient from running out of the hospital bed when the medical staff does not pay attention. Accident.
