Abstract
本發明提供一種光觸媒組合物及具有光觸媒組合物的空氣過濾結構,其中空氣過濾結構係將光觸媒組合物係平均分布於基材之表面,此外本發明之光觸媒組合物係以石墨烯做為載體利用二氧化鈦維修飾的結構,以將二氧化鈦之粒徑保持在奈米級,再利用光導材料的折射光及反射光特性,讓更多的紫外光或藍外光能照射至二氧化鈦,以提高光觸媒組合物的空氣淨化能力。
Description
本發明係為一光觸媒組合物,特別為使用於空氣過濾器之光觸媒組合物。
現有的生活中充斥著各種的空氣污然來源,除了外部因工業、交通等發展所產生的廢氣外,以有居家房屋內由家具、建材等所釋放之揮發性有機化合物或有毒氣體,如室內木質地板及磚牆塗漆內,可能還有游離甲醛,人體經長時間暴露或接觸時,除感到不適外,更嚴重者甚至引發刺痛、乾燥、過敏、紅腫等症狀,甚至提高罹癌的風險率。而是室內之空氣品質,目前皆多已加裝空氣清淨裝置而達到改善。
現有空氣清淨裝置中多以利用馬達將髒空氣、細菌、煙味、霉味等導入裝置中,再利用紫外光及光觸媒(TiO2)的搭配,以達到淨化空氣的效果。
然,根據研究指出,目前現有空氣清淨裝置中的光觸媒粒徑皆落於20~250nm(奈米)之間,此粒徑之光觸媒所含之比表面積過大,因而所發揮之淨化空氣的效果有限。
故,如何將上述缺失問題加以改進,乃為本案發明人所欲解決之技術困難點之所在。
有鑑於上述現有技藝之問題,本發明提供一種光觸媒組合物。
本發明提供一種光觸媒組合物,主要係以二氧化鈦、石墨烯以及光導材料,其中光導材料係為二氧化矽、石英、玻璃、導光塑膠或導光礦物。本發明之光觸媒組合物之組成比例係為二氧化鈦係佔60~70%重量比,石墨烯係佔15~20%重量比,以及光導材料係佔15~20%重量比。
本發明更進一步提供一種空氣過濾結構,係光觸媒組合物及基材,其中光觸媒組合物係設於基材表面。其中更進一步係以燒結、塗布或兩者之結合方式,設置於基材表面。基材為網狀結構,係可為絨布、海綿、金屬、聚合物、複合材料或不鏽鋼等。
本發明之光觸媒組合物係以石墨烯做為載體利用二氧化鈦維修飾的結構,以將二氧化鈦之粒徑保持在10nm(奈米)以下,更甚至7nm(奈米)以下,此外再利用光導材料的折射光及反射光特性,讓更多的紫外光或藍外光能照射至二氧化鈦,以提高光觸媒組合物的空氣淨化能力。
上列詳細說明係針對本發明之一可行實施例之具體說明,惟該實施例並非用以限制本發明之專利範圍,凡未脫離本發明技藝精
神所為之等效實施或變更,均應包含於本案之專利範圍中。
綜上所述,本案不但在空間型態上確屬創新,並能較習用物品增進上述多項功效,應已充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定發明專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件發明專利申請案,以勵發明,至感德便。

為利 貴審查委員了解本發明之技術特徵、內容與優點及其所能達到之功效,茲將本發明配合附圖,並以實施例之表達形式詳細說明如下,而其中所使用之圖式,其主旨僅為示意及輔助說明書之用,未必為本發明實施後之真實比例與精準配置,故不應就所附之圖式的比例與配置關係解讀、侷限本發明於實際實施上的權利範圍,合先敘明。
請參閱圖1及圖2,為空氣過濾結構之示意圖,主要包含以石墨烯做為載體利用二氧化鈦維修飾的結構之複合物100、光導材料200以及基材300,其中光導材料200係為二氧化矽、石英、玻璃、導光塑膠或導光礦物,基材300為網狀結構,如絨布、海綿、金屬、聚合物、複合材料或不鏽鋼,如圖所示,本發明之光觸媒組合物(包含複合物100、光
導材料200),平均分布於基材300之表面。如圖2所示,進一步為光觸媒組合物之剖面及紫外光(UV)照射之示意圖,其中以紫外光400照射於基材300之表面後,除直接透過基材300直接照射至複合物100外,亦有部份是藉由光導材料200將紫外光400反射或折射至複合物100以進行空氣的淨化。
其中複合物100之石墨烯係以強氧化劑將石墨層內之π鍵斷裂形成共價鍵,在施加外力將其凡德瓦爾力解離形成氧化石墨烯,再將二氧化鈦修飾於氧化石墨烯,形成複合物100。接著將複合物100及光導材料200依特定組成比例混合後,藉由介質(固態、液態、膠體)分部或散布於基材之表面後,進行燒結、烘烤、乾燥等步驟成形。
本發明之光觸媒組合物及空氣過濾結構,係透過低於400nm之紫外光波長,或特定紫外線波長(365nm或254nm),或藍外光對光觸媒組合物進行激發,當紫外光或藍外光照射在分布於基材表面之光觸媒組合物時,其中以石墨烯做為載體利用二氧化鈦維修飾的結構之複合物會產生電子洞對,而電子洞對則進一步與空氣中的氧氣及水產生氫氧自由基(OH),而此氫氧自由基則分解空氣中的有機物、無機物、臭味、細菌及病毒等,達成空氣淨化的功效。
綜上所述,本發明不僅於技術思想上確屬創新,並具備習用之傳統方法所不及之上述多項功效,已充分符合新穎性及進步性之法定發明專利要件,爰依法提出申請,懇請 貴局核准本件發明專利申請案,以勵發明,至感德便。
Claims (10)
- 一種光觸媒組合物,其中係包含二氧化鈦、石墨烯以及光導材料,其中二氧化鈦係佔60~70%重量比,石墨烯係佔15~20%重量比,以及光導材料係佔15~20%重量比。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光觸媒組合物,其中光導材料係為二氧化矽。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之光觸媒組合物,其中光導材料係為石英、玻璃、導光塑膠或導光礦物。
- 一種空氣過濾結構,係包含申請專利範圍第1項所述之光觸媒組合物及基材。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空氣過濾結構,其中光觸媒組合物係設於基材表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空氣過濾結構,其中基材係具有網狀結構。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空氣過濾結構,其中基材係為絨布、海綿、金屬、聚合物或複合材。
- 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之空氣過濾結構,其中基材係為不鏽鋼。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空氣過濾結構,其中係透過燒結將光觸媒組合物設於基材表面。
- 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之空氣過濾結構,其中係透過塗布將光觸媒組合物設於基材表面。
