Claims (6)

  1. 一種塗佈外觀缺點經改善之抗靜電塗佈組成物,其含有:傳導性高分子樹脂100重量份;水分散性聚胺基甲酸酯樹脂100重量份~1000重量份,其具有選自羥基、胺基、烷基及羧基所構成之群中至少1種官能基;交聯劑樹脂100重量份~1000重量份,其選自異氰酸酯系、羰基醯亞胺系、噁唑啉系、環氧系及三聚氰胺系所構成之群中任意1種,以及;氟樹脂10重量份~100重量份,並且相對於該組成物100重量份添加有矽烷系界面活性劑0.001重量份~1重量份,而使其充分滿足如下所述之物性:1)每1m2檢查面積觀察到由塗佈組成物內之微細氣泡所致的塗佈外觀缺點為0~1個;2)該抗靜電聚酯膜與由聚酯基材及丙烯酸酯黏著劑構成之膠帶(NITTO # 31B)的剝離力為300g/in以上;3)與由紙材質之基材及丙烯酸酯黏著劑構成之膠帶(3M # 244)的剝離力為100g/18mm以上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗靜電塗佈組成物,其中該氟樹脂為選自聚四氟乙烯、聚三氟乙烯、六氟丙烯-乙烯共聚物、聚氯三氟乙烯、聚四氟乙烯共聚物、氯三氟乙烯、聚氟乙烯及聚偏二氟乙烯所構成之群中至少1種。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1項之抗靜電塗佈組成物,其中該抗靜電塗佈組成物內之固體成分含量為0.5重量%~10.0重量%。
  4. 一種塗佈外觀缺點經改善之抗靜電聚酯膜,其於聚酯膜之一面或兩面上具有抗靜電層,該抗靜電層係藉由線上塗佈方式塗佈如申請專利範圍第1項之抗靜電塗佈組成物而成者。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之塗佈外觀缺點經改善之抗靜電聚酯膜,其維持著如以下之抗靜電性,即用選自乙醇、甲基乙基酮、甲苯及乙酸乙酯所構成之群中任意1種有機溶劑進行清洗該抗靜電聚酯膜表面時,清洗前之表面電阻值及清洗後之表面電阻值未滿1×1011Ω/sq。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項之塗佈外觀缺點經改善之抗靜電聚酯膜,其中抗靜電聚酯膜之水接觸角為90°以上。
