Abstract

A power module is used to receive an input electrical energy from an external power source, and transmits the minimum output power accordingly, the power module comprises the relative duty cycle control unit and work-time loss circuit; the relative duty cycle control unit is used to receive the input electric energy, and the relative duty cycle is set to a lower-limit relative duty cycle so as to output the original minimum output electric energy with high potential output at one startup working time during the operation cycle; the work-time loss circuit is electrically connected to the relative duty cycle control unit in order to receive the original minimum output electric energy , and delay the startup time, as such, a residual relative duty cycle smaller than the lower-limit relative duty cycle is utilized to output the minimum output electric energy; the present invention also discloses a power supply using the power module.
