For different workpieces, the position of the UV-curable resin is different, so the position where ultraviolet light irradiation is required is also different. However, the existing ultraviolet irradiation device usually fixes the ultraviolet light source at a certain position, and it is difficult to adjust the position of the ultraviolet light source according to the position of the ultraviolet curing resin coated on the workpiece, thereby causing uneven curing of the ultraviolet curing resin.
In view of this, it is necessary to provide an ultraviolet irradiation device that can adjust the position of the ultraviolet light source.
An ultraviolet irradiation device includes a base and a conveying mechanism and an illumination mechanism disposed on the base. The illumination mechanism includes at least one support and at least one ultraviolet light source secured to the support. The support includes a support post and a cross member connected to the support post. The support post is fixed to the base. The ultraviolet light source is coupled to the beam.
