Description
本發明關於申請專利範圍第1項的引文的一種骨板。
在美專利US 5,868,746 SARVER發表了一種此類骨板。此文獻公開了一種X形骨板,其四末端有四個孔。這種習知X形孔板的缺點在於:該四個孔沒有鎖合手段,以把要放入其中的骨螺絲用剛性及角度穩定的方式與骨板連接。
德國公開案DE-A 40 38 082 OJIMA發表了一種雙T形的骨板,它有四個具螺紋的板孔,它們可容納相關的螺紋頭螺絲(Gewindekopfschraube)。這種骨板的缺點為:它並非設計成X形。因此當彎曲或扭轉時,沿其縱軸的應力分佈情形很差,因此主要只能沿一方向受負荷(特別是壓力負荷)。
對此本發明爰提出對策。本發明的目的在提供一種骨板,它可將二個骨頭或骨片固定成各方面看都是穩定的方式。另一目的在於將對抗彎曲及旋轉的抵抗力以及對抗壓力負荷的抵抗力作最適當的組合,而傷害性(Invasivität)最小。
本發明係利用具有申請專利範圍第1項的特點的一種骨板達成此目的。
依本發明一種骨板,呈X形,具一上側、一朝向骨的下側、一中部、及一接到該中部的周圍區域,該周圍區域
包含該X形的四條臂,且該周圍區域中設有至少四個板孔,該四個板孔分別設在該X形的四條臂的末端,其中至少有一板孔具有鎖合手段,適用於把要放入其中的骨螺絲鎖合成剛性、角度穩定的方式,該X形的四條臂的末端的寬度為A,且利用寬度B的連接區域與該中部連接,其特徵在:連接區域的寬度B小於該X形的四條臂的末端在板孔區域所測的寬度A,且該至少一板孔的鎖合手段在板孔中有內螺紋,且該板孔向該朝向骨的下側方向呈錐形變窄。
利用本發明達到的優點主要在於:A)比起H形或雙T形骨板來,可達成更有利的應力分佈;B)藉著將螺絲以角度穩定的方式錨合在骨板中,可達成更高的及剛性的穩定性;C)可以將各二枚骨螺絲/每個骨頭或骨碎片或骨切開術伴隨物(Osteotomiepartner)放入,並因此得到防轉的穩定性。
在一特別實施例中,至少有一板孔的中心軸不是平行於的法線上豎立在中部(2)上者。如此,當骨板繞中軸之一彎曲時,可防止該放入板孔中的螺絲互相碰撞,特別是該具有錨合手段的板孔的中心軸不平行於法線豎立在中部上。因此其中一根角度穩定的螺絲可設成使它經過骨切開部(Osteotomie)或骨折部(Fraktur),這使二個骨碎片的連接的穩定性更高。因此,在不利的力量狀況,可防止骨板
彎曲。
在另一實施例中,該具有錨合手段的板孔的數目N為二、三或四(這些板孔的其中心軸不平行於法線豎立在中部上)。
這些板孔至少有一部分朝向該朝骨側的下側呈錐形變細窄,如此造成該錨合手段(它適用於將所要放入的骨螺絲以剛性及角度穩定的方式錨合)。但此錨合手段也可由一內螺紋構成。
在又一實施例中,四個板孔設在一長方形的四個角。如此可藉著將每個骨碎片放入各二枚螺絲使抗轉穩定性提高。
板孔的中心軸也可以不互相平行延伸。這種方式的優點為,可使用斜設的螺絲,它們傾斜成一角度放入骨板中,俾使骨切除部、骨折部或關節交叉,如此該穩定性也可來自螺絲本身,而不是由骨板與骨螺絲連接而產生。
板孔的中心軸也可在骨板之朝骨那一邊的下側下方互相收斂在一起。如此可避免該放入骨板的螺絲在骨板彎曲時互相碰撞。
板孔的中心軸也可相交在一點。如此該骨板可使用在各方向,而不需注意一特別的傾斜角。在骨板的中部的中心中的法線同樣地可通過此點。
在再一實施例中,該骨板在一平面中。它另外可有二個互相垂直的對稱面。
可將至少二枚骨螺絲與該骨板一齊使用,該骨螺絲設
有一頭及一幹軸,其中至少一骨螺絲的頭有錨合手段,以在板孔中造成角度穩定的剛性連接。該至少一骨螺絲的頭宜設計成錐形。該骨螺絲的頭也可帶有外螺紋。該至少一螺絲的頭也可由比在板孔區域之骨板(在板孔區域)更硬的材料構成,其該頭具有一外螺紋,它在旋入板孔中時切入造成一相關的內螺紋。
此螺絲頭的所有三個實施例(錐形、外螺紋、較硬材紋)所示之手段都能使之以剛性及角度穩定的方式錨合在板孔中。
該由板孔張成的四角形的高宜為10~40mm,寬為10~40mm。
由該X的四條臂所形成的角部的至少一部分可修成圓滑狀俾藉著將應力的尖鋒削平而造成較佳的應力分佈。
在另一個實施例中,該骨板在板孔的區域的厚度比起在板孔之間的區域更厚。如此該骨板的傷害性還更小。反之,在繞板孔的區域,由於該錐形螺絲頭之故,因此不會低於某一最小值。另一優點在於,當骨板彎曲時,該板孔不會變形或者只會作最小的變形。
在又一個實施例中,該骨板的X字的四條臂可相對於中部彎曲,因此它可配合骨的輪廓。
本發明與本發明的進一步特色在以下利用數個實施例的部分示意圖式詳細說明。
第1及第2圖所示的骨板(1)包含一上側(8)、一個朝
向骨的下側(9)、一中部(2)、及一接到該中部的周圍區域(3),在該周圍區域中設有四個板孔,此四個板孔(4)具有鎖合手段(5),適用於將要放入其中的骨螺絲(10)以剛性及角度穩定的方式鎖合。此鎖合手段(5)的特點在於該板孔(4)向骨側的下側(9)呈錐形變細窄。如此,具有對應之錐形設計之頭(11)的骨螺絲可用剛性及角度穩定的方式與骨板(1)連接。
如第3圖所示,該鎖合手段(5)可另外包一內螺紋(14)。
骨板(1)呈一X字形狀,其中周圍區域(3)包含X字的四條臂。此四個板孔(4)設在X字的四條臂末端在一假想的長方形的四個角。由此X字的四條臂構成的角被修圓成圓滑狀。
該四個板孔(4)的中心軸(4)在朝向骨側的下側(9)下方會聚,且大致相交於一點(7)。在骨板(1)中部(2)的中心的法線通過點(7)(第3圖)。因此骨板(1)有二個互相垂直的對稱平面。
如第3圖所示,該骨板(1)可容納四枚骨螺絲(10)(第4圖),它們設有一頭(11)及一幹軸(12),其中,頭(11)具有鎖合手段(13),呈錐形外螺紋形式,它可以在板孔(4)中鎖合成剛性及角度穩定的方式。
骨板(1)位於一平面中,且可由使用者依需要作彎曲。但它也可做成既成之彎曲形狀提供使用者使用。

Claims (22)
- 一種骨板(1),呈X形,具一上側(8)、一朝向骨的下側(9)、一中部(2)、及一接到該中部(2)的周圍區域(3),該周圍區域包含該X形的四條臂,且該周圍區域中設有至少四個板孔(4),該四個板孔(4)分別設在該X形的四條臂的末端,其中至少有一板孔(4)具有鎖合手段(5),適用於把要放入其中的骨螺絲(10)鎖合成剛性、角度穩定的方式,該X形的四條臂的末端的寬度為A,且利用寬度B的連接區域與該中部(2)連接,其特徵在:連接區域的寬度B小於該X形的四條臂的末端在板孔(4)區域所測的寬度A,且該至少一板孔(4)的鎖合手段(5)在板孔(4)中有內螺紋,且該板孔向該朝向骨的下側(9)方向呈錐形變窄。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項之骨板,其中:至少有一板孔(4)的中心軸不平行於法線豎立在該中部(2)上。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項之骨板,其中:至少有一具有鎖合手段(5)的板孔(4)具有一中心軸(6),該中心軸不平行於法線豎立在中部(2)上。
- 如申請專利範圍第3項之骨板,其中:有N個具有鎖合手段(5)的板孔(4)其中心軸(6)不平行於法線豎立在中部(2)上,N為二、三或四。
