此處保持力之敎,係將成形為㈠咖厚度並進行紫 外線交聯化的粘著片背面貼& 38 "pET膜後,使用川Z 0237規疋之sus板,以面積2〇mmX 20mm進行接著。於4〇 °C環境沿SUS板面施以4·9Ν荷重2小時後,測定其應變長 度。 若保持力的應變長度不滿丨· 0mm,其凝集力大,積層 相異板封之積層體時’無法吸收冷熱試驗中線膨脹係數的 1343409 差異,會發生翹起、剝離、破裂。應變長度超過—其 凝集力小,積層板可能會移位分離,或產生㈣片發泡外 mπ Μ ιίί較佳為調整在5〜1()襲的範圍内,積層後之 耐久性會最令人滿意。 、,請求項5的發明,係將上述透明點著片作為中間層, 並於至〆單面上積層透明玻璃板或合成樹脂板所形成之積 習知夹層玻璃之透明積層體’係使用2片玻璃板及敎 塑性樹脂或液狀接著劑來製#,而本發明則利用可於室溫 環境接著之柔軟粘著片來製作。 例如,可使用前述透明枯著片,積層至少2片玻璃板 彼此、玻璃板與合成樹脂板、或至少2片合成樹脂板彼此 ,來形成透明積層體。2片以上之積層體結構 板/合成樹脂板/玻璃板、人,料A " 13成树舳板/玻璃板/合成樹脂板 等交互積層。透明積層體式僅古 僧媸次僅有早面為透明板之積層體具 有良好透明性。例如,若—方為透‘板,則另—方可為不 透明,屬板或藝術板,x,不限於板,亦可為模或片材。 又’右不需單面設置透明板時’亦可使用本發明透明枯著 劑,製成金屬板/金屬板之積層體。 積層體之製作方法有很多種,不使用蒸壓爸而積層之 方法例如有以下的方法。 首先,在構成積層體的 透明粘著片,再透過粘著劑 合並積層。 一板狀體上’事先貼附本發明 ’在真空化後將另一板狀體壓 1343409 面將亂泡壓出—面 或是’先在構成積層體的一板狀體上,事先貼附本發 明透明枯著片’以透過粘著劑面在軋輥間才開始接觸另— 板狀體的方式搬入軋輥間,再以輥壓 使兩方的板連續積層的方法。 以上,說明本發明實施形態,但本發明不限於上述實 施形態’在本發明要旨的範圍内可作各種改變與修飾。 (實施例) 以下說明實施例。但本發明不限定於該等。 (實施例1) 對丙稀酸酯系共聚物100重量份,添加二苯甲酮〇. i 重量份作為奪氫型光起始劑,進行熔融攪拌形成透明粘著 片,將其夾在厚度75#m及ΙΟΟαπ!之離型PET間,並實施 熱炫成形而製得厚度0. 5mm之片狀物,再以高壓水銀燈以 單面累計光量360mJ/cni2穿透過離型PET對該片狀物進行 表裏照射,得到透明粘著片。累計光量,係於歐克製作所 製UV-M10之UV3t感測器上安裝X19濾鏡測定。 使用之丙烯酸酯共聚物,係將正丁基丙烯酸酯78. 4重 里/«、2~乙基己基丙晞酸酯19.6重量%、丙烯酸2.0重量% 進行共聚合而成者,Tg為-40°C、13(TC熔融粘度為25萬 (mPa . s)。 以上述粘著片作為中間膜形成用片材,依以下所示方 法製作透明積層體。製作溫度條件係於室溫(2(rc )。 製作方法,係將事先於80 乾燥好之市售聚碳酸酯 (PC)板(厚度5_、寬度3〇〇mm、長度6〇〇m)與單面離型膜已 11 ^43409 剝離之中間膜用粘著片,以在兩輥間才開始接觸的方式搬 ^軋輥與驅動輥間。並以線壓力9 8N/cm、速度5m/分貼附 後’剝除殘留的離型膜。 ’ 其-人,將已貼合上述粘著片之PC板,隔粘著片對向於 市售浮式玻璃(厚度3mm、寬度3〇〇mm、長度6〇〇m)但不接 觸,將2片板的端部以在軋輥與驅動輥間才開始接觸的方 式送入兩輥間,並以軋輥(線壓力294N/cm、速度〇5‘分) 壓合得到透明積層體。 (實施例2) 對實施例1使用之丙烯酸酯系共聚物i 〇〇重量份,添 加汽巴特殊化學品公司製之依魯加奇爾500 (奪氫型起始 劑二苯甲酮/裂解型光起始劑依魯加奇爾1 84=50/50混合品 )0.15重量份作為光起始劑,進行熔融攪拌形成透明粘著 片,將其夾在厚度75/z m及100# m之離型pET間,進行熱 熔成形而製得厚度0.5關之片狀物,再用高壓水銀燈以^ 面累計光量3600mj/cm2穿透過離型pET對該片狀物進行表 裏照射,得到透明粘著片。其他條件與實施例丨以同 式進行。 7 使用依此得到之透明粘著片以與實施例丨同樣的方法 ’可得到透明積層體^ / (實施例3) 、對丙烯酸酯組成比與實施例丨相同、且熔融粘度調製 為40萬(mpa . s)之甲基丙烯酸酯系共聚物1〇〇重量份,添 力一苯甲酮0 · 1重量份並熔融攪拌後,以與實施例1以同 樣方式得到透明粘著片及透明積層體。 12 ^43409 (比較例1) 對實施例1使用之丙烯酸酯系共聚物1 00重量份,添 加1. 〇重量份汽巴特殊化學品公司製之裂解型光起始劑依 鲁力奇爾18 4作為光起始劑’並炼融撲拌後,與實施例1 以同樣方式得到透明粘著片及透明積層體。 (比較例2 ) 對實施例1使用之丙烯酸酯系共聚物1 〇〇重量份,添 加1. 2重量份之汽巴特殊化學品公司製依魯加奇爾5〇〇作 為光起始劑,並熔融攪拌後,與實施例1以同樣方式得到 透明粘著片及透明積層體。 (比較例3) 對實施例1使用之丙烯酸酯系共聚物1 〇〇重量份,添 加0.008重量份之汽巴特殊化學品公司製依魯加奇爾5〇〇 作為光起始劑,並熔融攪拌後,與實施例丨以同樣方式得 到透明粘著片及透明積層體。 (比較例4 ) 以丙烯酸酯共聚物組成比為正丁基丙烯酸酯重量% 、2-乙基己基丙烯酸酯5重量%、丙烯酸25重量%進行共聚 合,調製成Tg為-1〇。〇、13〇。(:熔融粘度為15萬(mPa · s) 之丙烯酸酯系共聚物1 〇〇重量份,添加〇· 8重量份之依魯 加奇爾500作為光起始劑,並熔融攪拌後,與實施例工以 同樣方式得到透明粘著片及透明積層體。 (比較例5) 對丙稀酸S旨組成比與實施例1相同、且熔融枯度調製 13 上州409 為4萬(mPa · s)之丙烯酸酯系共聚物ι〇〇重量份,添加 1 · 0重量伤之依‘|、加奇爾_,並熔㈣拌後,與實施例丄 以同樣方式得到透明粘著片及透明積層體。 (試驗與評價) 以刖述測疋方法對製作之粘著片測定40t保持力,並 對透明積層體’以、2MQt熱(4循環/a)循環試驗2週後 ,積層體進行外觀觀察,結果示於表i。關於外觀觀察的 平價以滿有發泡、沒有剝離、沒有板移位等全部侔 件者為〇。 1保 表1
