A fuel cell with chelating agent comprises an anode electricity collection layer, a cathode electricity collection layer and a membrane electrode assembly layer. The anode electricity collection layer comprises at least an anode electricity collection circuit. The cathode electricity collection layer comprises at least a cathode electricity collection circuit. The membrane electrode assembly layer is sandwiched between the anode electricity collection layer and the cathode electricity collection layer. The chelating agent is used to react with metal ions generated due to corrosion of metal, which forms component of the fuel cell, for forming stable complex compound.
