【物品用途】;本創作係一種眼鏡鏡腳的新造型設計，為整體眼鏡之一部分，與眼鏡鏡框組裝後可供配戴於人體頭部。;【設計說明】;本創作之眼鏡鏡腳，係由硬性材料與軟性材質互相結合而成。主要創作特點在於兩者間之造型組成，由軟性材質完整包覆作為骨幹之硬性材料，於使用者配戴時提供與皮膚接觸的舒適度與不易滑動之穩定度；鏡腳前段之硬性材質有如箭簇般銳利之外露設計，於外觀上賦予動感的視覺造型，中段開始則由軟性材料完整包覆鏡腳，外側延續前段之箭簇特徵，輔以不規則視窗開孔增添造型變化；內側則加入規律之斜線內凹曲面陣列，除加強配戴時的安定度與舒適度，並可有效削除厚度以增加鏡腳彈性。此創作之造型流暢、接合俐落且不落俗套，確實與眾不同，其獨特、新穎之處已符合新式樣專利要件，爰依法提起專利申請，祈請鈞局詳予審查並早日賜予專利為禱。[Item Usage];This creation is a new design of the eyeglass leg, which is a part of the whole eyeglass. Starting from the middle section, the temple is completely covered by a soft material, and the outer side continues the arrowhead feature of the front section, supplemented by irregular window openings to increase the shape variation. The inner side adds a regular array of oblique concave curves, which not only enhances the stability and comfort when worn, but also effectively reduces the thickness to increase the elasticity of the temple. This creation is smooth in shape, neatly connected and unconventional, which is indeed different from others. Its uniqueness and novelty have met the patent requirements for new styles.
