【物品用途】;本設計係一種「飲料容器」之設計專利，其係一種內部可盛裝飲料，並供使用者隨身攜帶之器具。;【設計說明】;本設計係一種飲料容器，包括一主體及一蓋體，該主體之構型略呈圓柱狀，且其頂端及底端係朝內收縮，使該主體之外側壁能形成一弧形隆起之輪廓，該主體之外側面上之兩對應部位分別設有一盾形裝飾部，各該盾形裝飾部之面積為一顛倒且以弧角彎折之三角形，呈現出「方中有圓」的設計理念，並充分凸顯出該飲料容器充盈飽滿但堅實穩固的視覺觀感；該蓋體之底部構型係與該主體之頂部相匹配，其頂部則設有一把手，該把手之兩端係分別連接於該蓋體上之二對應部位，其中段部則呈弧形橫跨該蓋體上方，且該把手之頂面尚凹設有一凹槽，使該把手宛如一造型優美之拱橋，整體觀之，本創作之造型新穎獨特，以多變的構型設計塑造出宛如藝術品般的質感，完全合乎設計專利要件。
