【物品用途】;本創作係一種眼鏡，係可應用於保護眼睛、抗紫外線、美化外觀等，而其造型新穎、結構輕盈堅固、線條及曲線流暢，堪稱為一全新之獨特式樣創作。;【創作特點】;本創作之眼鏡鏡框，指兼具有創新與獨特之造型設計，堪稱為一首創之新式樣創作。請參閱如附圖所示，該眼鏡線條架構流暢，其整體造型呈現出型態穩固、轉折俐落、方正平衡卻不單調之獨特感受。該眼鏡包括鏡框及二鏡腳。鏡框之內側附軟料墊，其軟料墊與鏡框彼此具卡合結構並且可穿透出鏡框之中間部與左右側，同時穿透出的左右側軟料墊呈現出一平坦空間可供LOGO字樣設計安排。鏡腳採用軟硬料組裝設計，鏡腳軟料部分是於組裝此安全眼鏡時，運用鏡腳硬料之卡合原理，彼此吻合固定住，一方面增加使用者配戴時的舒適性及鏡腳彈性度，另一方面提升配戴時的穩固度。鏡腳入鞘與鏡框方正的設計，使其蘊含四平八穩之意象並增添眼鏡造型的活躍感並提升眼鏡整體呼應性。並其概念在同類產品未見，新穎之處已符合新式樣專利要件，依法提起專利申請，祈請 鈞局詳予審查並早日賜予專利為禱。
