【物品用途】;本新式樣物品，係橫亙在長型座椅中間之座椅用扶手，是一種扶手同時也是一種靠墊，藉由其特殊的造型以凸顯出商品特色及營造出視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種座椅用扶手的裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「座椅用扶手」之新式樣。本新式樣座椅用扶手，外觀主要特徵包括一個由第一方向之第一構件和第二方向之第二構件垂直相交所構成的主體，該第一構件和第二構件之橫斷面方向呈微傾斜的四方形，平面方向形成一L字形狀；又，從該第一構件和第二構件之自由端的端部下方分別向下伸設一個略成梯形狀的支腳，該對支腳各具有與第一構件和第二構件一致的傾斜角度。該主體內部包含例如舒適的軟性填充材料等，使用時該主體係橫亙在一長型座椅的中間或預定點上，該第一構件跨越過長型座椅與其寬度方向一致，該第二構件與長型座椅的長度方向一致沿其邊緣配置著，該對支腳則一前、一後地將長型座椅夾持在兩者之間等，整體觀之形成一種非常特別的視覺效應。;如上述之「座椅用扶手」表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，整體造型予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。
