【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種用於書寫用之「原子筆」之新式樣設計。;【創作特點】;如圖所示，本創作「原子筆」之特徵在於筆殼之整體形狀。此創作為一附有可脫蓋筆帽之原子筆，由立體圖、前視圖觀之，筆帽上設有點狀孔洞，且由左側視圖觀之，筆帽之頂端為一弧狀平面，與筆帽接連之筆夾部為一彈夾橋面設計，筆夾面幅略呈細長弧線，頂端及尾端漸趨內縮並於尾端向夾部之另一面微翹。;整體而言，本創作線條流暢簡潔俐落、且式樣新穎具獨創性，實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容；理應明瞭，新式樣係就其整體形狀指定之。
