【物品用途】本創作係提供一種泳鏡，特別是指一種外觀造形新穎獨特，頗具視覺美感之泳鏡的造形新設計。【創作特點】本創作泳鏡係為一種比賽型的泳鏡，其穿戴後左、右框體會罩於眉毛下方的眼窩處，可向臉部貼近而減少過度突出於臉部的外輪廓，有利於降低水阻的功效。請參閱各圖式所示，本創作之泳鏡的左、右框體藉中間的連接件連接，從頂視圖及俯視圖可清楚看出左、右鏡框係作斷層式的結合，其靠臉部的一側設有輪廓面積很小的護墊，往外為左、右鏡框本體，最外側則為鏡片，是以，本創作之左、右鏡框在斷層式的配置下不但頗具有分割的層次感，且，在該護墊小巧的搭配下，更令整副泳鏡顯的輕巧。實際穿戴上因為以不同軟硬材質作斷層式的結合，因此，靠近臉部一側的柔軟材質將提供穿戴者不論在眼窩或是鼻粱皆能夠具有舒適感，且供頭戴穿引的左、右鏡框本體則因硬材質提供免於受穿戴時頭帶的拉引影響。;再者，本創作泳鏡之連接件作向下小彎弧的設計，串接於左、右鏡框之間，更是將整副泳鏡柔合輕巧展現無遺，而更能夠呈現視感上脫俗創新與別出一格之感。;綜上所述，本創作泳鏡之造形予人輕巧柔合之視感，確為新穎首創，符合新式樣專利要件，爰依法提出專利申請。[Item Usage] This creation provides a kind of swimming goggles, especially a new design of swimming goggles with novel and unique appearance and visual beauty.
