Abstract

【物品用途】;本創作之眼鏡係為是經由在框架內的透鏡鏡片、戴在眼睛前方以改善視力、保護眼睛或作裝飾用途之工具。;【創作特點】;本創作之眼鏡包括一主框架、兩鼻墊片、兩耳架與兩透鏡鏡片。主框架係主要由似矩型狀之兩曲型框所構成，並且於主框架之兩L型側邊部上分別具有一L型開縫。兩透鏡鏡片係分別結合於兩曲型框之上。兩鼻墊片係以對稱且呈外八字狀而設置在兩曲型框間之似V型區域。具有斷面漸縮之兩耳架係分別連接於主框架之兩L型側邊部。於耳架連接於主框架之L型側邊部之區域上係具有兩長型開縫、相互並列之三個似橢圓型凸塊與兩曲型樞接部。三個似橢圓型凸塊與兩曲型樞接部分別位在耳架之外側表面與內側表面，其中，由兩長型開縫所區分之三個分叉部係分別並列且連接於三個似橢圓型凸塊，而兩曲型樞接部則是相互間隔且凸出於較外側之兩分叉部之上。由此可知，本創作之眼鏡無疑是一種極具新穎造型且巧思之外觀設計。;如上所述，本創作之樸實的外觀造型設計，使本創作不僅獨具創意，亦深具美感，誠為符合新式樣專利要件的創新設計。
