【物品用途】;本創作係有關於一種供書寫用之「原子筆」之新式樣設計。;【創作特點】;如圖所示,本創作「原子筆」之筆桿概呈長形圓柱狀,其上段有連接一筆夾部,筆夾部呈長形狀且略有弧度,筆桿上端凸設一帽部,筆桿中段略內縮,筆桿下段有數個類似長橢圓形狀之設計且呈圍繞狀,筆桿末端略呈「V」形。;整體而言,本創作線條流暢簡潔俐落、且式樣新穎具獨創性,實為一特殊且實用之新式樣設計。;上述說明僅供輔助瞭解本創作而非用以限制其內容;理應明瞭,新式樣專利範圍係以圖面所示者為準。
