【物品用途】本創作的物品是一種照明用發光元件模組，被搭載在以發光元件的SMD(表面安裝元件)為光源的照明器具上的卡片型照明用發光元件模組。【創作特點】該模組係具有一薄型的矩形高熱傳導基板，在該基板上印製複數個小矩形狀的電源供給端子，且在基板的單面如以斜線表示透光性之立體圖所示，矩陣狀配置數個透明且具半圓狀的表面安裝零件型LED，同時該些可同色或異色發光，意圖在設計上以新素材達到薄型且具平面型發光的效果，藉以產生與眾不同的視覺創意性。
