Abstract

【物品用途】本創作的物品係椅子，通常提供為人員坐著。【創作特點】從各視圖觀之，主要特徵為：本物品下半部之椅腳，係為中間一根可上、下調整高度之圓形支撐桿，於下端周邊具有五根呈放射狀伸出之支撐腳，且該些支撐腳端部，各裝設一個可隨意滑動之輪子，而中間之支撐桿上端安裝椅座調整固定部；再者，椅座兩邊分別伸出一根向上彎折之兩段式倒「L」形扶手，彎折弧形椅背則為規則細長網格狀形態，且周邊之框形體下方兩側內縮，並延伸至椅座底部兩邊，與座椅下方之調整固定部連接，而椅背前面覆蓋一塊椅背靠墊與椅座相呼應；使用時，椅座可依據需要調整高度，椅背並可適當傾斜；該整體造型新穎的設計，為本物品之創作特點。
