(一)物品用途：;電腦(二)創作特點：;本創作係一種電腦之新式樣，尤指一種如附所示之形狀者，係針對醫生對病患作診斷時，或者是於商業方面的使用，為了便利操作所做之設計，整體造型皆以矩形搭配圓弧方式呈現。;本創作係由兩種不同大小之矩形體來作為外觀造型之設計，其較大之矩形體於正面中央處設有一LCD面板，在周圍設有一矩形外框，而底部中間為一圓凸造型，其上設有五個圓形體按鍵；於較小之矩形體背面上方設置多數個散熱孔，中央並設有一矩形溝槽，以供裝設使用，且底部同時也設置電源及各式不同連接線之插槽孔洞，利用一ㄇ型表現方便使用者對各接線之操作，則在本體右側及頂部各以不同方式設計，其右側設有兩個大小不一之凹槽，並於較上位之凹槽配合設置一滑蓋，此凹槽可供讀卡機與光碟機對應放置；於頂部設有一插槽孔洞，讓本創作不管在醫療或是其他商業上的使用能夠更為多元。;整體造型於視覺上以簡單、大方的幾何圖形概念來設計，此外觀線條也較其他電腦來的柔和，使本創作予人一種容易親近的感覺，已符合新式樣專利之要件，爰依法提請新式樣專利。(I) Purpose of the item: Computer (II) Features of the creation: This creation is a new style of computer, especially one with the shape shown in the attached.
