【物品用途】;本創作為有關鞋子的構造之一“鞋幫“，其可圍繞在足踝周圍，以達保護及舒適之用。【創作特點】;本創作有關「鞋幫」的部分，此處將鞋幫分為覆蓋腳背的前端以及鞋幫後端。此處鞋幫提供一蝴蝶狀的覆蓋區塊，構成一容納腳背的空間，鞋幫的兩邊前端固定於鞋墊上，其上提供一空處，可以使穿戴者將腳趾露出於外，使足踝具有舒適的空間，同時亦能兼具透氣的作用，維持鞋內的清爽，鞋幫後端向後延伸固定於後側鞋墊，可以增強足部在鞋幫內的穩定性；兩側鞋幫分別具有倒V型的孔洞設計，亦有助於氣體的流通。後端鞋幫為完全開放的設計，不侷限於穿鞋口的大小，便於穿脫使穿戴期間具有極佳的活動性能；此設計能使穿戴者方便穿脫，在行走時又能完全保護穿戴者的足踝而不致脫落，整體外形簡單大方又實用，實在是一件非常獨到之設計。
