【物品用途】;本創作係一種關於四透鏡鏡頭之新式樣設計，造形美觀大方，通常用於投射、照明器具上使用，達到適當提高照射效果之目的。;【創作特點】;從各視圖觀之，主要特徵為：本創作大致為四方形體，係由無色透明合成樹脂所成形，略分為前後兩部分，其前半部以四個半圓形體，成四方連接形態，而後半部圓角修飾之四方圓形體內，並開設一個與外周相似之淺四方圓凹槽，且於上下方中間，各突出一個橫長方形體，且於突出部後方，再突出一根小圓柱形體；使用時，將本創作安置於裝設有 LED等光源產品之前面，並利用背面上、下兩個小圓柱形體固定卡合，便能將光源，集中於特定之範圍內，達到有效照射效果之目的；整體觀之，出色又獨特，是一種具有新穎性及創作性，且富於視覺美感之設計。
