是13〜16mm左右的寬度更佳,若肩帶寬過小,使加在肩 上的壓力往寬方向分散而呈面狀加壓的功能有降低的傾向 ,將無法充分發揮其肩酸痛防止功能。若帶寬過大,會減 低使加在肩上的壓力分散於寬方向的功能。又肩帶並非直 直的帶狀,當沿肩帶長邊方向其寬度有粗細變化、或是邊 緣帶有凸凹等之肩帶寬沿長邊方向有變化時,其肩帶寬, 係在肩帶的長邊方向每隔lcm的間隔之各位置測定其寬, 取其平均値當成帶寬。 以上所說明的存在於長邊方向上的複數個各孔間之間 隔、孔寬、孔長、肩帶寬等種種的說明事項,都可適用於 其他的實施形態。 以上所得的肩帶,一般是以該肩帶之孔2存在側成爲 該衣物的前及後中心側之方式,亦即以長邊方向的束緊力( 伸縮力)變弱側位於穿著者的頸側之方式,來安裝肩帶,藉 此,使穿著狀態之肩帶的寬方向壓力分佈差,比未穿孔之 以往的肩帶爲小,且藉由使穿著狀態之加於肩帶寬方向之 較弱的材質所製成’而另一側的領域則是使用束緊力比較 強的材料所製成’在束緊力較弱的領域’是孔的長邊方向 中心線位置的存在側。 圖5所示的肩帶1,與引用圖1等已說明過的肩帶相 同,在肩帶1的長邊方向有伸縮性。在肩帶的長邊方向設 有複數個孔2、2…。各孔的長邊方向中心線3位置’都比 肩帶的長邊方向中心線5還要偏向一側(以此圖的話是比肩 帶的長邊方向中心線5還要左側)。在圖5所示的實施形態 ,與引用圖1等已說明過的肩帶相同,各孔的長邊方向中 心線3的位置比肩帶的長邊方向中心線5還要偏向一側’ 且孔整體比肩帶的長邊方向中心線5還要偏向左側。而此 肩帶與圖1所示的不同點,係肩帶的孔2,2,2…的長邊 方向中心線的位置存在側(長邊方向一側)之領域20是由伸 縮力比較弱的材質所製成,另一側的領域21則是由伸縮力 比較強的材質所製成。22則是由伸縮力比較弱的材質所製 的寬Wb之比,最好爲Wa : Wb=l : 1〜5,更好是Wa : Wb=l : 1.5〜2.5,又,女口圖5的實施侈!1是Wa : Wb=l : 2。 若伸縮力比較弱的材質所製成的領域20的寬Wa、和伸縮 力比較強的材質所製成的領域21寬Wb相比過小時,伸縮 力比較弱的材質所製成的20領域便失去其意義,亦即,使 肩帶穿著時在寬方向所施加之力的分佈差更少、肩帶寬方 向所施加的力分佈更爲均等化、將不致有特別強的施力僅 集中於一側的現象、如此一來肩帶的幅寬便可有效的活用 ’因而達到有效減輕肩膀酸痛的作用等等將無法充分的發 揮,反而有降低的傾向。 若伸縮力比較弱的材質所製成的領域20的寬Wa與伸 縮力比較強的材質所製成的領域21寬Wb相比過大時,肩 帶之防止衣物滑落等、將衣物保持在既定位置、防止變形 等等之肩帶原有功能會降低的傾向。 Wb之比値等之因素而產生變化,雖難以一槪規定,但最 好是伸縮力較弱的材料所製成之伸縮力爲200mN〜600mN ,而伸縮力較強的材料所製成之伸縮力爲500mN〜 1000mN,當然上述範圍中,伸縮力比較弱的材質之束緊力 <伸縮力比較強的材質之束緊力。 若伸縮力比較弱的材質的伸縮力過小或過大就會失去 其存在意義,當穿上裝有本發明的肩帶之衣物時,使肩帶 寬方向之壓力分佈不均減少的功能會降低。另一方面,若 伸縮力比較強的材質的伸縮力過小,肩帶之防止衣物滑落 等、將衣物保持在既定位置、防止變形等等之肩帶原有功 能會降低的傾向。又,肩帶有易從肩部滑落的傾向,若伸 縮力比較強的材質的伸縮力過大,伸縮力強的材料所加的 壓力會增加,其肩部酸痛防止功能會降低。 如此般,使肩帶之長邊方向一側領域由伸縮力較弱的 材質製成、另一側領域由伸縮力較強的材質所製成、而賦 可。(2)不改變所使用彈性紗支數密度,只改變彈性紗粗度 ’與束緊力較弱的材質的彈性紗相比較,增加伸縮力較強 材質的彈性紗粗度之方法。(3)改變彈性紗的使用支數密度 與彈性紗粗度兩者,以形成束緊力較弱材質所構成的領域 及束緊力較強材質所構成的領域。(4)改變針織組織或梭織 組織,以形成束緊力較弱材質所構成的領域及束緊力較強 材質所構成的領域等方法。本發明的肩帶雖可採用這些方 法,但肩帶平放於平面時,爲儘量減少本來應該形成直帶 狀的肩帶之彎曲,以較容易得到直帶狀的肩帶,(1)的方法 是最好。雖無特別規定,但束緊力比較弱的材質(a)與束緊 力較強的材質(b)的部分,並非使(a)與(b)個別形用帶狀, 再使其等在長邊方向的緣部互相並排接合,而通常是利用 上述的手法邊付予束緊力的強弱,邊將(a)與(b)部分以形成 一條帶狀物的方式同時進行針織或梭織。 要測定其束緊力時,係進行以下的拉伸試驗。 以材料的經向(Wale向)成爲試驗片的長方向之方式製 作寬l.OcmX長16.0cm的試驗片,將長度方向的上方兩端 用夾頭夾住。以上部的夾處長度爲2.5cm、下部爲3.5cm、 其間隔爲10.0cm的方式安裝在萬能拉伸試驗機((股)東洋寶 德溫製UTM-4-100〔U-555〕),以30±2cm/分的速度將試 定成可以自動記錄其得出的値,又拉伸力與束緊力都是利 用這些資料求出2個試驗片的平均値而得。 此所謂的延伸率(%),係拉伸狀態之拉伸方向的材料長 度爲d,拉伸前的試料原有長度(或夾頭間隔)爲e,如下述 方式表示。 延伸率(%)=〔(d-e)/e〕X100 如果無法採得既定長度的試驗片時,不得不使用比較 短的試料。又無法採得既定的寬(1.0cm)試驗片時,不得不 使用比較窄的試料,而此時拉伸前的試驗片寬爲W(單位 cm)時,因寬比l.〇cm還短,故其拉伸力與束緊力,係拉伸 試驗機所得的拉伸力、束緊力之値乘上1.0/W倍者。 又若試驗片只能採到比既定大的東西還小時,儘量採 用愈大者越好。 接著在圖6顯示本發明的肩帶之別的實施形態裡的部 分俯視圖。此形態的肩帶,肩帶的長邊方向一側領域係由 束緊力較弱的材質製成,另一側的領域則是由伸縮力較強 的間隔測定各位置的寬度,取其平均値爲幅寬,其寬度爲 17mm,但並不以上述那樣的測定方法來限定肩帶的寬,同 樣的方法測定出的肩帶之由伸縮力較弱的材質製成之領域 20的寬Wa(8mm)與用伸縮力較強的材質所製成之領域21 的寬 Wb(9mm)之比爲 Wa : Wb=約 1 : 1.1。 伸縮力較弱的材質製成之領域20的材料的長邊方向的 束緊力爲343mN,伸縮力較強的材質製成的領域21的長 邊方向的束緊力爲833mN。該肩帶是用尼龍纖維71重量% 和聚氨酯纖維重量%所製成,該伸縮力較強的材質及伸縮 力較弱的材質都是由尼龍多纖紗之78dtex的羊毛尼龍紗、 llOdtex的羊毛尼龍紗、ll5dtex的尼龍紗、ll〇dtex的羊 毛尼龍的2股捻紗,及彈性紗之在940dtex的聚氨酯纖維 -------LS___________ 本紙張尺度適用中國國家標準(CNS)A4規格(210 X 傾斜之肩形)之乳房大小爲D75罩杯的女性假人、與大致具 有相同體型之3名女性穿著,在她們的肩膀裝上壓力感測 器(株式會社AMI科技製造的接觸壓測定器「氣袋式」)來 測定幅寬方向的壓力分佈。又乳房大小相當於D75罩杯之 聳肩形女性3人也同時穿用祖同的胸罩,同樣作了幅寬方 向的壓力部分佈測定,其結果如表1所示,表1中的女性 之測定値均是此3女性的平均値。 利用上述壓力感測器之測定,是把寬度2mm、長度 很多。若使用本發明的肩帶,加在幅寬方向外側的壓力雖 比內側的壓力大’但其差變小。亦即,一般的肩形時,在 肩帶的幅寬方向整體都有壓力,而可確認出能以更廣的面 貼合肩部,又由於稍外側(肩之滑落肩)的穿壓變大,可得 知兼具有肩帶不容易滑落的效果。 又聳肩的情形,以往的肩帶是外側要比內側的穿壓還 大,且相差的很大。可推定出由於肩形狀的不同導致外側 要比內側的穿壓還要大,而使用本發明的肩帶時,雖然內 側比外側的穿壓稍大,但相差極小。所以聳肩的狀況也是 在肩帶的幅寬方向整體都有壓力,而可確認出能以更廣的 面貼合肩部, 由以上可得知’無論是聳肩形、一般肩形,若使用本 發明肩帶,和使用以往的一般肩帶相比較,其加在肩上的 壓力差會變小,因此也理解到,可緩和加在任一側的強大 壓力,能使穿壓作更均一的分散,而能有效地防止肩部酸 痛。 接著針對具備本發明肩帶之具有罩杯的女性用衣物的
