Abstract
A sort of torque closed circuit control method for conversion of power motor to a non-stage gear output feature, having a control command comaputing unit, a torque command conversion unit, a torque controller, a power grade, a permanent-magnetic motor, a torque calculator, an RPM calculator, a magnetic pole sensor, an input current sensor, where the computing unit is used for calculation of opening of the throttle and brake input volume of motorcycles together with a protection signal being multiplied by a proper weight for a driving command; when the torque conversion unit determines the output torque command for the non-stage gear based on the driving command and the rpm; the torque command shall be transferred to the torque controller and with a pulse width modulation and with power to drive the motor and the magnetic sensor on the motor shall be detecting the motor magnetic position and through the speed calculator, rpm is obtained and be sent back to the rpm command conversion unit for calculation of the rpm command, which is sent to the torque controller; the input current detector in connection with power shall send the detected current to the torque detector for detection of the torque and the detected output torque back to the torque controller to form the torque closed circuit controller; this is to have the torque controller receive the torque command value sent out by the torque command conversion unit and the torque calculation made by the torque calculator, for creation of a proper pulse width modulation for adjustment of output of the motor according to the power; thus the design makes the torque of the motor have an output of speed as an non-stage gear.
