Abstract
A wastewater treatment device, which is a device for treatment of electrochemical wastewater and comprises collecting the treatment water, which has been subjected to the electrolysis reaction between the anode plate 2 and the cathode plate 3, in a collection device 7, followed by undergoing impurities removal and dehydration etc.; which is mainly characterized in comprising: installing a runner channel 20 on the anode plate 2 which goes through the anode plate in which the runner channel is installed on a restriction device 8 so that the restriction plate locates the anode plate 2 above the cathode plate 3 driven by a rotation device 5 so as to space them at fixed interval so that the anode plate 2 only can freely move in the up-and-down direction and is restricted in movement in the horizontal direction, in which the lower section of the cathode plate 3 is installed with a collection device 6, in which the collection device 6 comprises a funnel 60 and a damper 61 installed below the exit of small end 602 of the funnel; such that the gap between cathode plate 3 is used as the electrolysis reaction area in order to allow the wastewater to spontaneously distribute from the anode runner channel 20 through the reaction area and the bubbles generated by the anode reaction in this area flowing through the rotating cathode plate 3 so as to achieve homogeneous reaction of wastewater in this area, in which the large end of the funnel 60 is used to store the electrolysis-treated wastewater and the treated wastewater is merged through the small end 602 to the receiver device 7 for impurity removal in order to achieve nearly complete electrolysis reaction effects without considering the sealing installation of the reaction tank.
