Abstract
一種漿料立體光固化成型設備,在一機體設有一刮料平台,該刮料平台周圍的一側具有外側為開放端的凹口,在凹口併靠設置一受線性驅動器驅動升降的列印平台,於該機體設有一馬達及一投影裝置,該馬達驅動一刮刀以其刀刃旋轉掃過刮料平台與列印平台的表面,設有一朝向該刮料平台出料的漿料給料裝置;藉由旋轉的刮刀能將漿料循環地塗佈在逐次下降的列印平台形成多層的漿料層,並以投影裝置照射各漿料層使其部分固化為結構層,重複前述操作使結構層堆疊為成品,例如用於燒製為陶瓷的生胚,製造成品快速、精細且無需列印支撐結構。
Description
本發明涉及一種3D列印設備;尤其涉及一種漿料立體光固化成型設備。
現有列印陶瓷、金屬或複合材料的光固化3D列印設備,是在材料槽中倒入調配好的漿料,再以光源選擇性的照射在漿料表面的方式,於材料槽中可升降的列印平台上層層固化多個結構層,最終以多個結構層的堆疊形成成品。
上述現有光固化3D列印設備雖能用於列印陶瓷等材料,但列印過程中除了列印主體以外還需要列印支撐結構,而這些支撐結構的設計多需要有經驗者進行,及成品需要非常小心的移除;且用於攤平漿料表面的刮刀是以直線運動的方式刮平材料槽中相對高黏度的陶瓷漿料,而只能以較慢的速度鋪出層厚最佳只到0.1毫米的等級,使得列印較為費時以外,列印出的成品也不夠精緻。
有鑑於此,本發明之目的在於提供一種漿料立體光固化成型設備,藉由刮刀360度連續旋轉的方式,在平面的列印平台上循環地形成光固化的漿料層,列印時無需列印支撐結構且藉由厚度更薄的漿料層光固化為結構層的方式列印出精細的成品。
緣以達成上述目的,本發明提供一種漿料立體光固化成型設備,包括一機體、一漿料鋪平裝置、一列印平台位移裝置、一投影裝置,以及一漿料給料裝置。該機體具有一刮料平台,該刮料平台的頂面具有一刮料面並且周圍的一側具有一凹口,該凹口的外側是開放端並具有一開口。該漿料鋪平裝置於該機體設置一馬達,該馬達連結一旋轉軸,該旋轉軸結合一刀架,該刀架設置一刮刀,該刮刀的邊緣具有一刀刃,該刀刃鄰近或牴觸該刮料面,該刮刀旋轉時該刀刃作用的範圍定義為一刮料範圍,該凹口至少部分位於該刮料範圍內。該列印平台位移裝置於該凹口設置一列印平台,該列印平台位於該刮料範圍內的邊緣併靠於該凹口的邊緣,該列印平台受一線性驅動器的驅動而線性地升降,該線性驅動器設置於該機體。該投影裝置設置於該機體並具有一鏡頭,該鏡頭朝向該列印平台的方向。該漿料給料裝置具有一出料口,該出料口朝向該刮料範圍。
本發明運作時,該馬達會驅動該刮刀由該刮刀的初始位置開始沿同一方向旋轉,該漿料給料裝置在每次該刮刀旋轉一圈後,將漿料由該出料口輸出至該刮刀通過該列印平台後繼續前進方向的刮料面上,使該刮刀將出料口輸出的漿料及刮料面上的殘料,逐次地鋪層在刮料範圍的刮料面及列印平台的頂面。
當每次漿料被鋪層在該列印平台的表面時會形成一層漿料層,接著該列印平台下降相當於一層漿料層厚度的距離,以該投影裝置照射該漿料層使其部分固化為結構層,重複上述的鋪層漿料、列印平台下降以及投影裝置照射的過程,使逐次下降後的列印平台上分別形成多個結構層,藉由多個結構層堆疊為列印成品,例如用於燒製為陶瓷的生胚,在清洗得到生胚後可將生胚送入高溫燒結爐中燒製為陶瓷。
上述漿料在鋪層時有低的黏度,但在鋪完後其黏度可以而提高,這種漿料可以藉由添加入漿料中的可揮發性溶劑或對漿料加熱來達到。因為鋪層時的低黏度使可以同時達到較高的鋪層速度及鋪出更薄的層厚。鋪完的層可藉由溶劑的揮發或漿料冷卻而成為高的黏度,而這高黏度的漿料將可對成型中的工件進行支撐保護。也就是說,較高的鋪層速度可使列印時間縮短,更薄的層厚及漿料進行支撐保護可以列印出更精緻的成品。
本發明的功效在於,刮刀是以旋轉方式進行鋪層,節省刮刀回程之時間,並且由於漿料的殘料會附著於刮刀上,也能避免刮刀回程時漿料的殘料掉落於成型區域上而影響加工。此外,由於每次鋪層漿料的殘料位於刮刀再次旋轉時會通過的路徑上,使漿料的殘料能再度被利用,在製造生產上具有極佳的經濟效益。
漿料的配方可以包含揮發性溶劑,可讓漿料由給料裝置輸出時具有較高的流動性,有利於鋪層;當完成一次鋪層於列印平台後,溶劑揮發而使得漿料層流動性變差,兩者的黏度差可讓鋪層時前一層保有較高的結構性,不被刮刀上的漿料因剪切力而產生位移甚至破壞;同時,揮發後的漿料層因具有較高的結構性,而成為自然支撐,因此列印過程不需建立支撐結構。揮發後的漿料層由於體積變小,而成為固含量高的複合材料工件或生胚,而生胚在經過熱脫脂燒失樹脂與其他添加劑後及燒結後,可得緻密度高的工件。
漿料的配方可以在不同溫度有不同的流動性,可讓漿料由給料裝置輸出時加熱使具有較高的流動性,有利於鋪層;當完成一次鋪層於列印平台後,漿料在平台上冷卻而使得漿料層流動性變差,兩者的黏度差可讓鋪層時前一層保有較高的結構性,不被刮刀上的漿料因剪切力而產生位移甚至破壞;同時,冷卻後的漿料層因具有較高的結構性,而成為自然支撐,因此列印過程不需建立支撐結構。生胚在經過熱脫脂燒失樹脂與其他添加劑後及燒結後,可得緻密度高的工件。
為能更清楚地說明本發明,茲舉較佳實施例並配合圖式詳細說明如後。請參看圖1至圖6所示,為本發明一較佳實施例之漿料立體光固化成型設備100,包括一機體10,分別設置於該機體10的一漿料鋪平裝置20、一列印平台位移裝置30、一投影裝置40,以及一供料至該機體10的漿料給料裝置50,用以將漿料逐次鋪層而成的漿料層分次光固化為結構層並堆疊為成品,如以陶瓷漿料而列印成陶瓷的生坯。其中:
該機體10具有一刮料平台12,該刮料平台12的頂面具有一刮料面121,該刮料平台12周圍的一側朝該刮料平台12內凹入形成一凹口122,該凹口122的外側是開放端並具有一開口123,在本較佳實施例中該凹口122是內窄外寬的梯形凹口,在其他較佳實施例中該凹口122亦可以是扇形或邊緣為圓弧形的凹口。
該漿料鋪平裝置20具有一馬達22,該馬達22設置於該機體10,該馬達22透過一聯軸器221連結一旋轉軸24,該旋轉軸24結合一刀架26,該刀架26設置一刮刀28,該刮刀28位於該旋轉軸24周圍的一側,該刮刀28的邊緣具有一刀刃281,該刮刀28可以是軟材料或硬材料製成且該刀刃281鄰近或牴觸該刮料面121。請配合參看圖5及圖7至圖8A所示,該刮刀28旋轉時該刀刃281作用於該刮料面121的範圍定義為一刮料範圍A,該凹口122至少部分位於該刮料範圍A,例如在本較佳實施例中,該凹口122全部位於該刮料範圍A內。
該列印平台位移裝置30具有一列印平台32,該列印平台32以併靠的方式設置於該凹口122,該列印平台32位於該刮料範圍A內的邊緣併靠於該凹口122的邊緣,該列印平台32受一線性驅動器34的驅動而能夠沿上下方向線性地升降,該線性驅動器34設置於該機體10;當該列印平台32位於初始位置時,該列印平台32的頂面對齊該刮料面121,該列印平台32可受該線性驅動器34驅動而降至最低位置。
該投影裝置40具有一鏡頭42,該鏡頭42朝向該列印平台32的方向照射,該投影裝置40可選用DLP (Digital Light Processing)或LCD (liquid crystal display)的投影機或雷射光掃描裝置,該投影裝置40具有高分辨率(FHD、4K 甚至 8K)可達到欲列印生胚尺寸的精度需求,該投影裝置40照射的光源可以是紫外光、近紫外光或可見光,將對應列印成品各層的層圖案以投影或掃描的方式照射在列印平台32上。
請配合參看圖1及圖8A所示,該漿料給料裝置50具有一出料口52,該出料口52朝向該刮料範圍A輸出漿料,將位於該出料口52正下方範圍的刮料面121定義為一放料區域B,由該出料口52輸出的漿料會落至該放料區域B的範圍。光固化成型所使用的漿料通常包括粉末、粘合劑和溶劑,其中粉末可為聚合物、陶瓷、金屬或複合材料的粉末,粉末的細緻程度可為奈米、微米等級;粘合劑是光固化樹脂;溶劑用於稀釋黏合劑,通常為醇基溶劑用以降低漿料的黏度並能更快揮發,亦可使用水來作為黏合劑的溶劑,同時輔以加熱來加速揮發,而達到成型區提高固含量及高黏度支撐性。當鋪層後的漿料層與由漿料給料裝置50所供給的漿料沒有相對較高的黏度差異度時,可降低漿料鋪平裝置20之刮刀28的旋轉速度,可達到減低剪切力效果。或例如在出料口52的周圍、刮料面121與列印平台32等處設置溫度控制裝置,藉由提高出料口52與刮料面121的溫度以降低漿料的黏度,並降低列印平台32的溫度以提高漿料層的黏度,達到使漿料與漿料層的黏度具有高差異度,如此亦可於漿料中不需使用溶劑作為稀釋劑。
在上述的較佳實施例中,該凹口122以及該放料區域B的位置係位於該刮料範圍A相反方向的兩側,該刮刀28還未開始旋轉的初始位置係位於該放料區域B與該列印平台32之間,當該刮刀28受該馬達22驅動開始旋轉時,是朝向該放料區域B的方向開始旋轉,且該刮刀28在旋轉的過程中都是沿同一方向旋轉,該刮刀28旋轉一圈的過程定義為一列印層結構週期。
當該漿料立體光固化成型設備100運作時,請參看圖1及圖7至圖8C所示的較佳實施例,該馬達22會驅動該刮刀28由初始位置開始沿同一方向旋轉,該漿料給料裝置50在每次該刮刀28旋轉一圈,也就是一次列印層結構週期後,將漿料由該出料口52輸出至該放料區域B上,接著旋轉通過該放料區域B的刮刀28會將剛輸出的漿料及前方刮料面121上殘留的殘料逐次地鋪層在刮料範圍A的刮料面121及列印平台32的頂面,鋪層在列印平台32頂面的漿料會形成一漿料層。
該列印平台32在每次的列印層結構週期中,在受刮刀28鋪層漿料後會下降相當於一層漿料層厚度的距離,接著該投影裝置40以成品的層圖案照射該漿料層使其部分固化為結構層。週而復始地重複上述漿料給料裝置50輸出漿料、以刮刀28鋪層漿料、列印平台32下降以及投影裝置40照射漿料層的過程,請參看圖9至圖10所示,使逐次下降至最低位置的列印平台32上形成多個結構層堆疊而成的精細列印成品,在清洗後得到列印成品。例如列印成品為陶瓷的生胚,可將生胚送入高溫燒結爐中燒製為陶瓷成品。
進一步說明上述較佳實施例的具體構造,請參看圖1至圖6所示,該機體10具有一框架14,該框架14是鏤空的框體構造,於該機體10的框架14設置一風扇支架16,該風扇支架16結合一風扇161,該風扇161持續朝向該列印平台32頂面的方向送風,如此使該漿料給料裝置50剛輸出的漿料可設為具有黏度較低、流動性較佳的漿料,而刮刀28鋪層在列印平台32頂面的漿料由於其中的溶劑揮發,或受風吹而加速揮發,或者在如圖11所示的另一較佳實施例中,係將該列印平台32設為金屬平台例如鋁板,並且於列印平台32的底側設有一接觸該列印平台32的溫度控制裝置37,透過溫度控制裝置37對該列印平台32加熱而使漿料內的溶劑揮發,使漿料乾燥成為黏度較高、流動性較低的漿料層,適合受投影裝置40照射成為結構層。另一較佳實施例的其餘構造與使用方式皆與本較佳實施例相同。藉由上述風扇161或溫度控制裝置37的設置可提高該漿料給料裝置50供給漿料的流動性,使刮刀28將漿料鋪層於列印平台32頂面時能減低剪切刀造成的位移影響,保有工件的尺寸正確性。溶劑揮發後的漿料層因體積減少而有高的粉末固含量。如列印件為高固含量的生坯,在生胚經過熱脫脂燒失樹脂與其他添加劑後及燒結後,可得緻密度高、強度高的最終工件。
在本較佳實施例中該線性驅動器34是電動伸縮桿且頂端具有一輸出端341,該輸出端341結合一列印平台托架36,該列印平台托架36與該機體10的框架14之間結合一線性滑軌361,該線性滑軌361用於導引該列印平台托架36能受該線性驅動器34驅動而穩定地升降動作,該列印平台托架36的頂面具有一軌道362,該列印平台32的底部具有一與該軌道362配合的滑動溝321。該列印平台32朝向該凹口122的部分可由該刮料平台12的開口123移入該凹口122,當該列印平台32朝向該凹口122的部分由該開口123移入該凹口122的過程中,該列印平台32的滑動溝321係沿著該軌道362進入,最終使該列印平台32設置於該列印平台托架36上。請參看圖11所示,在上述的另一較佳實施例中,該溫度控制裝置37的具體位置係設置於該列印平台托架36的頂部,使該溫度控制裝置37能接觸設置於該列印平台托架36上的列印平台32,並對該列印平台32進行加熱或冷卻的溫度控制。
該機體10的框架14以相反兩側的橫樑141形成一列印平台托架142,該刮料平台12可拆卸地設置於該列印平台托架142上,該刮料平台12於對應該刮料範圍A中心的位置形成一轉軸穿孔124。該漿料鋪平裝置20的馬達22位於該刮料平台12的下方,且該旋轉軸24向上樞穿該刮料平台12的轉軸穿孔124。該旋轉軸24的頂端面具有一剖溝241,該剖溝241貫穿該旋轉軸24的軸心及其周面相反的兩側,該剖溝241的底面具有一固定螺孔242,該刀架26具有內、外兩端部,該刀架26的內端部具有一固定貫穿孔261,該刀架26的內端部插入該剖溝241,配合該固定貫穿孔261設有一固定件21,該固定件21具有一頭部211以及一連接於該頭部211的螺桿212,該頭部211是握把的形狀,該螺桿212穿過該固定貫穿孔261而螺鎖於該固定螺孔242,將該刀架26的內端部結合固定於該旋轉軸24。
為了避免刮刀28鋪層漿料的過程中,漿料會飛濺在刮料平台12的周圍不容易收集殘料或者弄髒周圍的環境,於該刮料面121位於該刮料範圍A外的部分設置一第一圍欄18,在本較佳實施例中該第一圍欄18是C形具有缺口的隔板,該第一圍欄18相異的兩端伸抵該開口123的相反兩側,於該列印平台32頂面位於該刮料範圍A外的部分設置一第二圍欄38,該第二圍欄38是配合該第一圍欄18缺口的隔板,第一圍欄18的兩端與第二圍欄38的兩端併靠為環繞於該刮料範圍A周圍的圓環形,用於避免漿料向外飛濺。在其他的較佳實施例中,該第一圍欄18與該第二圍欄38亦可環繞為方形、多角形或其他環繞的形狀。
當需要清洗刮刀28時,是轉動拆卸該固定件21,接著從該旋轉軸24取下該刀架26與該刮刀28,即可取走該刮刀28清洗。當需要清洗回收該刮料平台12上的殘料時,是繼拆卸該刀架26與該刮刀28後,由該列印平台托架142向上提起該刮料平台12,使該刮料平台12脫離該旋轉軸24,接著傾斜該刮料平台12使其能由該框架14的鏤空處取出清洗。由於該第一圍欄18與該第二圍欄38攔住向外飛濺的漿料,因此漿料的材料都會殘留在該刮料平台12上,當清洗該刮料平台12時能回收漿料中的粉末,能藉由回收殘料的方式避免材料的浪費,降低製造的成本。
該漿料給料裝置50具有一個、數個或多個攪拌槽54,在本較佳實施例中該漿料給料裝置50係設有兩攪拌槽54,配合各攪拌槽54設有一蠕動泵56,各蠕動泵56穿置一矽膠管561,各矽膠管561的一端伸入各攪拌槽54,另一端則匯集於該出料口52,藉由上述漿料給料裝置50具有兩攪拌槽54的設置,可將不同攪拌槽54內的原料混合調製為漿料於同一出料口52輸出。在其他較佳實施例中,當該漿料給料裝置50僅設置一攪拌槽54時,該矽膠管561未伸入該攪拌槽54的另一端即為該出料口52,由此出料口52向外輸出該攪拌槽54內的漿料。
該列印平台32在每次的列印層結構週期中,在受刮刀28鋪層漿料後會下降相當於一層漿料層厚度的距離,但該列印平台32下降時由於該漿料層與該刮料面121邊緣的漿料會沾黏,因此具體驅動該列印平台32下降的方式,請配合參看圖9及圖10所示,是以該線性驅動器34驅動該列印平台32先下降超過一層漿料層厚度的距離,使該線性驅動器34頂面周圍的漿料層與該刮料面121邊緣的漿料斷開後,再度驅動該列印平台32上升至相當於下降一層漿料層厚度的距離。
本發明的漿料立體光固化成型設備100除上述說明是用於分次製造列印成品以外,由於該列印平台32朝向該凹口122的部分可由該刮料平台12的開口123移入該凹口122,因此本發明的漿料立體光固化成型設備100可配合自動化設備進行連續的生產製造。連續的生產製造開始時,是以自動化設備(圖中未繪示)將一個列印平台32放置於該列印平台托架36上,接著風扇161啟動朝該列印平台32頂面的方向持續吹風,配合該漿料給料裝置50在多個列印層結構週期中依次輸出漿料,以及該漿料鋪平裝置20在多個列印層結構週期的鋪層漿料的過程中,以刮刀28旋轉將漿料鋪層至該列印平台32的頂面,該列印平台32在每次受刮刀28鋪層漿料後,會下降相當於一層漿料層厚度的距離,接著該投影裝置40以列印成品的層圖案照射該漿料層使漿料層的部分固化為結構層。
當線性驅動器34依次帶動該列印平台托架36及該列印平台32降至最低位置,且該列印平台32上的列印成品也列印完成後,自動化設備可由該列印平台托架36上取出列印平台32及其上的列印成品,例如陶瓷的生胚後送至清洗設備清洗並將生胚燒製成型。在此同時,該線性驅動器34帶動該列印平台托架36上升至初始位置,該自動化設備再將新的一個列印平台32放置於列印平台托架36上,開啟新一輪的列印成品程序週而復始,使本發明可以連續3D列印產品或生胚,無需在列印出一個列印成品後就中斷。
上述本發明的漿料給料裝置50將漿料擠出至刮料平台12的刮料面121上、線性驅動器34驅動該列印平台32依次下降,以及投影裝置40照射漿料層等程序的動作過程時間,分別與圓周旋轉的刮刀28將漿料攤舖在刮料面121及列印平台32的動作過程時間重疊,每次列印層結構週期的時間相當於刮刀28旋轉一圈的時間。如此一來,漿料給料裝置50、線性驅動器34及投影裝置40等裝置的動作與刮刀28旋轉的過程同時進行不需要相互等待,可節省生產製造的時間。
以上所述僅為本發明較佳可行實施例而已,舉凡應用本發明說明書及申請專利範圍所為之等效變化,理應包含在本發明之專利範圍內。

Claims (11)
- 一種漿料立體光固化成型設備,包括: 一機體,具有一刮料平台,該刮料平台的頂面具有一刮料面並且周圍的一側具有一凹口,該凹口的外側是開放端並具有一開口; 一漿料鋪平裝置,於該機體設置一馬達,該馬達連結一旋轉軸,該旋轉軸結合一刀架,該刀架設置一刮刀,該刮刀的邊緣具有一刀刃,該刀刃鄰近或牴觸該刮料面,該刮刀旋轉時該刀刃作用的範圍定義為一刮料範圍,該凹口至少部分位於該刮料範圍內; 一列印平台位移裝置,於該凹口設置一列印平台,該列印平台位於該刮料範圍內的邊緣併靠於該凹口的邊緣,該列印平台受一線性驅動器的驅動而線性地升降,該線性驅動器設置於該機體; 一投影裝置,設置於該機體並具有一鏡頭,該鏡頭朝向該列印平台的方向;以及 一漿料給料裝置,具有一出料口,該出料口朝向該刮料範圍。
- 如請求項1所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該旋轉軸的端面具有一剖溝,該剖溝貫穿該旋轉軸的軸心並且底面具有一固定螺孔,該刀架具有內、外兩端部,該刀架的內端部具有一固定貫穿孔,且該刀架的內端部插入該剖槽,配合該固定貫穿孔設有一固定件,該固定件具有一頭部以及一連接於該頭部的螺桿,該螺桿穿過該固定貫穿孔而螺鎖於該固定螺孔。
- 如請求項2所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該機體具有一框架,該框架具有一列印平台托架,該刮料平台可拆卸地設置於該列印平台托架上。
- 如請求項3所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該刮料平台於對應該刮料範圍中心的位置形成一轉軸穿孔,該馬達位於該刮料平台的下方,且該旋轉軸向上樞穿該轉軸穿孔。
- 如請求項1所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該列印平台可由該開口移入或移出該凹口,該線性驅動器具有一輸出端,該輸出端結合一列印平台托架,該列印平台可拆卸地設置於該列印平台托架上。
- 如請求項5所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該列印平台托架與該機體之間結合一線性滑軌。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中於該機體設置一風扇支架,該風扇支架結合一風扇。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該刮料面位於該刮料範圍外的部分設置一第一圍欄,該列印平台頂面位於該刮料範圍外的部分設置一第二圍欄,該第一圍欄的兩端與該第二圍欄的兩端併靠為環形並環繞於該刮料範圍的周圍。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該漿料給料裝置具有一攪拌槽,配合該攪拌槽設有一蠕動泵,該蠕動泵穿置一矽膠管,該矽膠管的一端伸入該攪拌槽,另一端形成該出料口。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該漿料給料裝置具有數個攪拌槽,配合各攪拌槽設有一蠕動泵,各蠕動泵穿置一矽膠管,各矽膠管的一端伸入各攪拌槽,另一端匯集於該出料口。
- 如請求項1至6中任一項所述之漿料立體光固化成型設備,其中該列印平台的底側設有一接觸該列印平台的溫度控制裝置,並且於該出料口的周圍設置另一溫度控制裝置。
