Provided are a support system, a mobile terminal, and a support program for elevator entrapment rescue that allow for grasping the location of a car where an entrapment is occurring before entering a hoistway. A support system (1) includes a mobile terminal (13), a communication unit (22), a location calculation unit (25), and a presentation unit (21). The mobile terminal (13) is possessed by a passenger who boards a car (6) of an elevator (2). A first air pressure measurement unit (17) of the mobile terminal (13) measures a first air pressure inside the car (6). The mobile terminal (13) sends first air pressure information when an entrapment is occurring in the car (6).
