Abstract

一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、收容於所述絕緣本體內之端子模組,包覆於所述絕緣本體外之遮蔽殼體,所述端子模組包括收容於所述絕緣本體內之若干導電端子,固定所述導電端子之塑膠塊,設置於塑膠塊上方之電路板,所述絕緣本體包括收容所述塑膠塊前端之限位槽,所述遮蔽殼體局部向內彎折形成與所述塑膠塊後端相抵持之抵持臂,所述抵持臂設置於所述塑膠塊與所述電路板之間。

Description

電連接器
本發明關於一種電連接器,尤其涉及具有電路板之電連接器。
先前技術請參中國大陸專利第CN103457093A號揭露的一種固定於電路板上的電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、收容於所述絕緣本體內的端子模組及包覆於所述絕緣本體外的遮蔽殼體,所述端子模組僅前端收容於所述絕緣本體內,當端子模組體積較大時,因端子模組的後端未固定,在使用過程中,可能會出現端頭現象。
因此,有必要設計一種新的結構穩定之電連接器。
本發明所要解決之技術問題係提供一種結構穩定的電連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明提供一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、收容於所述絕緣本體內之端子模組,包覆於所述絕緣本體外之遮蔽殼體,所述端子模組包括收容於所述絕緣本體內之若干導電端子,固定所述導電端子之塑膠塊,設置於塑膠塊上方之電路板,所述絕緣本體包括收容所述塑膠塊前端之限位槽,所述遮蔽殼體局部向內彎折形成與所述塑膠塊後端相抵持之抵持臂,所述抵持臂設置於所述塑膠塊與所述電路板之間。
進一步的,所述塑膠塊包括位於前端之第一限位部及位於後端之第二限位部,所述第一限位部收容於所述限位槽內,所述抵持臂收容於第二限位部內。
進一步的,所述絕緣本體還包括位於所述限位槽下方之擋止部及位於所述限位槽上方之卡位槽,所述端子模組包括與所述卡位槽相互限位之卡位凸塊。
進一步的,所述電路板之前端設有退位缺口,所述退位缺口位於所述第一限位部之上方。
進一步的,所述電連接器還包括組裝於所述絕緣本體內之發光元件,所述發光元件包括沿橫向擺放之發光區。
進一步的,所述發光元件還包括組裝於所述發光區後端之連接區及自所述連接區彎折向下延伸之焊接區,所述焊接區與所述發光區的延伸方向相互垂直。
進一步的,所述抵持臂與所述電路板相抵持實現電性接觸。
進一步的,所述遮蔽殼體包括左、右兩側壁,所述抵持臂自所述側壁局部向內彎折形成。
進一步的,所述抵持臂為彈片。
進一步的,所述絕緣本體包括上壁,所述上壁局部向內凹陷形成一開孔及位於所述開孔四周之固持內壁,所述遮蔽殼體包括包覆於所述上壁外的上殼,所述上殼自所述開孔處向內翻折形成若干加強壁及由所述加強壁圍設而成之卡口,所述加強壁包覆於所述固持內壁上。
相對先前技術,本發明通過特殊的結構設計,對端子模組前端與後端分別進行定位,使得整個電連接器結構穩定。
請參第一圖至第七圖,其所示為符合本發明之一種電連接器100,其包括絕緣本體1、收容於所述絕緣本體1內之端子模組2、收容於所述絕緣本體1內之發光元件3及包覆於所述絕緣本體1外之遮蔽殼體4。本發明中,涉及方向均以第一圖為參照,第一圖中電連接器100之對接方向為前後方向,與對接方向垂直之左右方向為橫向,與對接方向垂直之上下方向為縱向。 請參第一圖至第六圖,端子模組2包括收容於絕緣本體1內之導電端子21、固定導電端子21之塑膠塊22及設置於所述塑膠塊22上方之電路板23。導電端子21包括彈性接觸部211,固定於所述塑膠塊22內之固定部212及連接所述接觸部211與固定部212之連接部213。在最佳實施例中,固定部212所在平面垂直於電路板23所在平面,連接部213所在平面與電路板23所在平面平行,接觸部211傾斜向上延伸,接觸部211與連接部213之夾角為銳角。塑膠塊22自其前端面局部向外凸出形成兩個定位部227。
端子模組2包括位於前端之第一限位部221及位於後端之第二限位部222。本實施例中,第一限位部221位於塑膠塊22前端,第二限位部222位於塑膠塊22之後端。電路板23前端自兩側向內凹陷形成退讓缺口231,同時,塑膠塊22位於退讓缺口231下方之部分暴露於外部形成所述之第一限位部221。第一限位元部221上表面局部向上突起形成卡位元凸塊2210。第二限位部222為塑膠塊22後端之上表面局部向內凹陷形成之收容缺口。第一限位部221與絕緣本體1相互限位,第二限位部222與遮蔽殼體4相互限位。在其他實施例中,第一限位部221也可以僅位於電路板23前端或者整個端子模組2前端。電路板23組裝於所述塑膠塊22上,其上設有與限位柱224相配合之限位孔232、供所述固定部212之尾部穿出之固定孔234、若干線圈233及與遮蔽殼體4電性連接之導電片235。
絕緣本體1包括設有收容腔10之基部15及自基部15向後延伸之組裝部16。基部15包括上壁151、下壁152、左壁153、右壁154、自上壁151局部向下凹陷形成之開孔1511、位於開孔1511四周之固持內壁1512、自左壁153及右壁154分別向內凹陷形成之燈槽13及收容導電端子21之端子槽12。組裝部16包括自上壁151向後延伸形成之頂壁161、自頂壁161兩端向下延伸形成之兩側壁163、由所述頂壁161及兩側壁163圍繞形成之組裝空間160、收容第一限位部221之限位槽14、位於限位槽下方之擋止部141及位於限位槽14上方之卡位槽142。卡位凸塊2210收容於所述卡位槽142以與之相卡位。燈槽13包括位於收容腔10上方之橫向燈槽131及位於豎直方向上之豎向燈槽132。絕緣本體1之組裝部16之前內壁設有收容所述定位部227之定位孔167。
遮蔽殼體4包括上殼41、自上殼41兩側向下彎折延伸形成之兩側殼42、自上殼41向前彎折延伸形成之前殼43及連接兩側殼42後端之後殼44。前殼43上設有一開口431及供發光元件3穿出之燈孔432。上殼41上設有與開口431連通之卡口411及位於卡口411四周之加強壁412。加強壁412包覆於固持內壁1512外,起到加強耐插拔力之作用。遮蔽殼體4還包括若干豎直向下延伸形之限位腳423及由側殼42局部向內彎折形成抵持臂421。所述抵持臂421設置於所述電路板23與塑膠塊22之間,且收容於第二限位部222內。
發光元件3包括發光區31、垂直於所述發光區31之焊接區32及連接所述發光區31與焊接區32之連接區33。發光區31沿橫向擺放,連接區33組裝於發光區31後端,連接區33之延伸方向平行於發光區31之延伸方向。焊接區32之延伸方向垂直於所述發光區31之延伸方向且平行於左壁153及右壁154之延伸方向。發光區31與連接區33收容於左壁153與右壁154內之橫向燈槽131,焊接區32收容於左壁153與右壁154內之豎向燈槽132。
請參第一圖至第六圖,組裝時,端子模組2自後向前組裝入絕緣本體1中,端子模組2之第一限位部221收容於絕緣本體1內之限位槽14內,導電端子21收容於絕緣本體1中之端子槽12中,塑膠塊22之前端面與絕緣本體1之組裝部16之前內壁相配合,定位部227插入定位孔167內,發光元件3收容於燈槽13中。組裝遮蔽殼體4前,遮蔽殼體4之抵持臂421為自側殼42局部向下垂直延伸之彈片,將具有垂直向下彈片之遮蔽殼體4套設於絕緣本體1外,再將彈片向內彎折形成抵持臂421,抵持臂421塞入電路板23與塑膠塊22之間,抵持臂421與電路板23抵持接觸實現接地。彎折後之抵持臂421收容於第二限位部222內,抵持臂421設置於塑膠塊22與電路板23之間,且與電路板23過盈抵持實現接地。
本發明中,端子模組2同時設置位於前端之第一限位部221與位於後端之第二限位部222,在端子模組2之前端,第一限位部221與絕緣本體1上之限位槽14相互限位,在端子模組2之後端,第二限位部222與遮蔽殼體4相互限位,整個電連接器100整體結構穩固,有效防止斷頭。不僅如此,遮蔽殼體4通過與電路板23抵持接觸實現接地,不需要焊接,抵持臂421為彈片,彎折後,抵持臂421設置於塑膠塊22與電路板23之間,且過盈抵持電路板23,實現穩定接地。整個組裝過程簡單,無焊接之方式,方便零件之二次利用,有利於環保。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種電連接器,其包括絕緣本體、收容於所述絕緣本體內之端子模組,包覆於所述絕緣本體外之遮蔽殼體,所述端子模組包括收容於所述絕緣本體內之若干導電端子,固定所述導電端子之塑膠塊,設置於塑膠塊上方之電路板,其中所述絕緣本體包括收容所述塑膠塊前端之限位槽,所述遮蔽殼體局部向內彎折形成與所述塑膠塊後端相抵持之抵持臂,所述抵持臂設置於所述塑膠塊與所述電路板之間。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述塑膠塊包括位於前端之第一限位部及位於後端之第二限位部,所述第一限位部收容於所述限位槽內,所述抵持臂收容於第二限位部內。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中所述絕緣本體還包括位於所述限位槽下方之擋止部及位於所述限位槽上方之卡位槽,所述端子模組包括與所述卡位槽相互限位之卡位凸塊。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之電連接器,其中所述電路板之前端設有退位缺口,所述退位缺口位於所述第一限位部之上方。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述電連接器還包括組裝於所述絕緣本體內之發光元件,所述發光元件包括沿橫向擺放之發光區。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電連接器,其中所述發光元件還包括組裝於所述發光區後端之連接區及自所述連接區彎折向下延伸之焊接區,所述焊接區與所述發光區之延伸方向相互垂直。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述抵持臂與所述電路板相抵持實現電性接觸。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述遮蔽殼體包括左、右兩側壁,所述抵持臂自所述側壁局部向內彎折形成。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電連接器,其中所述抵持臂為彈片。
