Abstract
本發明提供一種層疊片材和成形容器。其中層疊片材具有氧阻隔性樹脂層和生物降解性樹脂層,該生物降解性樹脂層通过黏接層層疊於該氧阻隔性樹脂層的兩面,生物降解性樹脂層的質量百分率之和為片材整體的90%以上,並且各個生物降解性樹脂層的質量百分率為片材整體的10%以上,片材整體的氧滲透率為10cc/m2▪day以下。構成生物降解性樹脂層的生物降解性樹脂使用從聚乳酸、聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚己內酯、聚羥基烷酸、聚乙醇酸、改性聚乙烯醇、澱粉中選擇的至少一種。本發明的層疊片材同時具有優良的熱成形性、氧阻隔性,且通過堆肥時的微生物分解(生物降解)變為二氧化碳、水,能返回到自然。
Description
本發明涉及一種層疊片材,具體地,涉及完全分解型的生物降解性阻隔片材和將其熱成形而成的容器。
近年來,塑膠廢棄物增多成為大的社會問題。以往,高分子材料多數是以高性能和長期穩定性為目的開發、生產的,所以在自然環境中不容易分解。因此,如何處置、管理不要的大量塑膠廢棄物在世界規模上都成為社會問題。在這些塑膠廢棄物中,由聚乙烯、聚丙烯等聚烯烴類樹脂、聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)等聚酯類樹脂、聚氯乙烯樹脂等各種合成樹脂所形成的容器因為體積龐大,所以特別成為問題。
其中,在包裝業界由可再生資源製造的塑膠的需求提高。隨著與塑膠對環境帶來的影響有關的消費者意識提高,消費者要求包裝產品的容器由可再生資源製造。
其中,如以聚乳酸(PLA)為代表的生物降解性塑膠能作為各種各樣的包裝材料來利用,但是與聚烯烴相比氣體滲透性高,因此,不太適合在氧存在時劣化的產品的包裝。因此,要求賦予了如抑制氧滲透的功能性的材料。
例如在專利文獻1中對由聚乳酸和除氧劑構成的物
品進行了記載。該除氧劑選自下述組。
▪可氧化的化合物和過渡金屬催化劑
▪烯類不飽和烴和過渡金屬催化劑

另外,物品的形狀可以是膜、塗層、覆面層、其它的形式。
但是,關於在專利文獻1中提出的由PLA和除氧劑構成的物品,所謂除氧劑,一般是出於在具有有限的空間的密閉環境中製成去氧狀態的目的而使用的,對於進行熱成形來抑制來自大氣的氧滲透的用途有限。
另外,在專利文獻2中提出了如下生物降解性氧吸收性的塑膠:其包含生物降解性基材和還原鐵粒子,該還原鐵粒子在適當濃度下存在而吸收氧,並指定比鐵粒子不存在的情況下的變形溫度實際上降低的充分的濃度。
但是,作為專利文獻2記載的構成,提出了一種多
層層疊結構,其由箔層、黏接劑層、具有鐵基的氧吸收劑的PLA層以及密封材料層構成,容易預想到具有該結構的構成不具有完全分解型的分解度。

本發明是鑒於上述情況完成的,其目的在於提供如下層疊片材和將其熱成形而成的容器:該層疊片材同時具有優良的熱成形性、氧阻隔性,且通過堆肥時的微生物分解(生物降解)變為二氧化碳、水,能返回到自然。
本發明的層疊片材具有氧阻隔性樹脂層和生物降解性樹脂層,該生物降解性樹脂層通過黏接層層疊於該氧阻隔性樹脂層的兩面,該生物降解性樹脂層的質量百分率之和為片材整體的90%以上,並且各個生物降解性樹脂層的質量百分率為片材整體的10%以上,片材整體的氧滲透率為10cc/m2▪day以下。
另外,在上述的層疊片材中,構成該生物降解性樹脂層的生物降解性樹脂使用從聚乳酸、聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚己內酯、聚羥基烷酸、聚乙醇酸、改性聚乙烯醇、澱粉中選擇的至少一種。
另外,在上述的層疊片材中,優選所述生物降解性樹脂使用聚乳酸。
而且,在上述的層疊片材中,優選片材整體的厚度為200~1300μm,氧阻隔性樹脂層的厚度為10~50μm。
另一方面,本發明的成形容器是將上述的各種層疊片材熱成形而成的。
根據本發明的層疊片材和成形容器,同時具有優良的熱成形性、氧阻隔性,且通過堆肥時的微生物分解(生物降解)變為二氧化碳、水,能返回到自然。

第1圖,為本發明的實施方式所涉及的層疊片材的層疊結構的一例的概略縱側視截面圖。
作為本發明的一實施方式,如圖1所示,本發明的層疊片材是在氧阻隔性樹脂層(12)上通過黏接層(11a)在最表面層疊有成為表皮層的生物降解性樹脂層(10a),另外在該生物降解性樹脂層(10a)的相反側同樣通過黏接層(11b)層疊有成為皮下層的生物降解性樹脂層(10b)而成的。片材整體的厚度為200~1300μm,氧阻隔性樹脂層的厚度為10~50μm。
以下詳細地說明。
<層疊片材>
本發明的一實施方式所涉及的層疊片材的層構成如上所述,是生物降解性樹脂層/黏接層/氧阻隔性樹脂層/黏接層/生物降解性樹脂層,簡單地可表述為表皮層/黏接層/氧阻隔層/黏接
層/皮下層。也可以設為在皮下層新設有如下層的構成:該層是將在製造本發明的層疊片材、成形容器的工序中產生的碎屑不廢棄而細細地粉碎、或者在熱熔融後粒化而作為再生品回收的層。
另外,在皮下層側沒有特別限定,可以設為如下構成:通過例如直接印刷、將印刷的膜層疊的方法設有印刷面。
本發明中的層疊片材的片材整體的厚度優選200~1300μm。當不足200μm時,熱成形後的容器形成有厚度薄的部位,由此,由於被稱為壓曲強度的表示相對於壓縮、壓力的耐性的容器強度的降低,例如,由於在容器的裡面收納有內容物的狀態下搬運、保管時的振動、壓縮,有可能發生容器的變形、破損。另一方面,當片材整體的厚度超過1300μm時,難以在熱成形時在片材的厚度方向充分地傳導熱,有可能發生成形不良。
作為層疊片材的擠出成形的方法沒有特別限定,可列舉如下方法:例如,使用4台或者4台以上的單螺杆或者多螺杆擠出機熔融擠出各個原料樹脂,通過送料區塊和T形模具進行層疊的方法,或者使用多歧管模具進行層疊的方法。
<生物降解性樹脂層(10a、10b)>
作為生物降解性樹脂層的厚度,如果是生物降解性樹脂層的品質百分率之和相對於片材整體設為片材整體的90%以上的構成,則無論是將表皮層和皮下層設為相同厚度的上下對稱型還是設為不同厚度的上下不對稱型,哪一方都可以。在上下不對稱型的情況下,為了防止特別是由於進行深拉的容器成形時的
削薄導致的構成層的斷裂、破裂,優選各個生物降解性樹脂層的品質百分率為片材整體的10%以上。
作為構成本發明的生物降解性樹脂層的生物降解性樹脂,可以使用選自聚乳酸、聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚己內酯、聚羥基烷酸、聚乙醇酸、改性聚乙烯醇、澱粉的1種,也可以使用將選自這些生物降解性樹脂的2種以上混合的物質,關於混合2種以上時的配合比例沒有特別限定。另外,在使用選自這些生物降解性樹脂的1種的情況下,特別優選使用通用的聚乳酸。
一般,生物降解性樹脂大多結晶速率慢,所以有如下傾向:將假定了用於需要提高耐熱性的用途的結晶度提高,或者僅以生物降解性樹脂難以出現片材的硬度,所以不特別限定於此,也可以添加滑石、亞乙基雙硬脂酸醯胺(EBS)等改性劑。此外,作為這些改性劑的添加量,為了改質發揮較大的效果,優選相對于生物降解性樹脂設為0.1~30%。
本發明記載的生物降解性樹脂的熔體流動速率(Melt Flow Rate。以下僅稱為MFR)適用一般進行的如下方法:在一定溫度和載荷條件下,測定從通過活塞設置於氣缸底部的規定口徑的模具擠出10分鐘左右的樹脂量;本發明的測定條件為:溫度設定為190℃,載荷為2.16kgf。優選本發明記載的生物降解性樹脂的MFR為1.0~20g/10min.。若是不足1.0g/10min.,有可能片材擠出成形加工時的加工性降低。當超過20g/10min.時,有
可能在擠出成形時、容器成形時通過加熱使片材垂下的耐垂伸性變差,並且耐衝擊性也降低。
<氧阻隔性樹脂層(12)>
作為構成氧阻隔性樹脂層的氧阻隔性樹脂,代表性地可列舉例如乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物樹脂、聚醯胺樹脂、聚乙烯醇、聚偏二氯乙烯,但是並不限定於此。其中,在擠出成形性的方面優選乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物樹脂。
乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物樹脂通常是將乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物皂化而得到的,為了使其具備氧阻隔性、擠出成形性,乙烯含有量為10~65摩爾%,優選為20~50摩爾%,皂化度為90%以上,優選為95%以上。
另外,作為聚醯胺樹脂,可列舉己內醯胺、十二內醯胺等內醯胺聚合物、6-氨基己酸、11-氨基十一酸、12-氨基十二酸等氨基羧酸的聚合物、己二胺、葵二胺、十二甲撐二胺、2,2,4-或者2,4,4-三甲基六亞甲基二胺等脂肪族二胺、1,3-或者1,4-雙(氨基甲基)環己烷、雙(對-氨基環己基甲烷)等脂環族二胺、間苯二甲胺或者對-苯二甲胺等芳香族二胺等的二胺單元與己二酸、辛二酸、葵二酸等脂肪族二羧酸、環己烷二羧酸等脂環族二羧酸、對苯二甲酸、間苯二甲酸等芳香族二羧酸等的二羧酸單元的縮聚物、以及這些的共聚物等。
作為聚醯胺樹脂,具體地有尼龍6、尼龍9、尼龍11、尼龍12、尼龍66、尼龍610、尼龍611、尼龍612、尼龍6T、尼
龍6I、尼龍MXD6、尼龍6/66、尼龍6/610、尼龍6/6T、尼龍6I/6T等,其中尼龍6、尼龍MXD6較佳。
氧阻隔性樹脂層的厚度優選為10~50μm,更優選為20~40μm。當不足10μm時,在將片材熱成形後的容器中,氧阻隔性樹脂層的厚度極其薄,由此得不到可抑制由於收納於容器內的內容物氧化劣化導致的品質下降程度的氧阻隔性能,另外,當超過50μm時,有可能在熱成形後實施的容器的沖剪加工加工時產生被稱為所謂的須狀毛刺的外觀不良。
片材整體的氧滲透率为10cc/m2▪day以下,更優選為5cc/m2▪day以下。當超過10cc/m2▪day時,在熱成形容器的內容物氧化劣化的情況下,有可能不能出現充分抑制氧化劣化的功能。
<黏接層(11a、11b)>
作為構成黏接層的樹脂,優選改性聚烯烴類聚合物。作為構成黏接層的改性聚烯烴類聚合物,代表性地可列舉如下:將乙烯、丙烯、1-丁烯、3-甲基1-丁烯、1-戊烯、4-甲基1-戊烯、1-己烯、1-辛烯、1-十二碳烯等碳原子數為2~20程度的其它的聚烯烴、醋酸乙烯、氯乙烯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸酯、聚苯乙烯等與乙烯化合物的共聚物等聚烯烴類樹脂、乙烯-丙烯共聚物、乙烯-丙烯-二烯共聚物、乙烯-丁烯-1共聚物、丙烯-丁烯-1共聚物等聚烯烴類橡膠,用丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、丁烯酸、異丁烯酸、馬來酸、富馬
酸、衣康酸、檸康酸、四氫鄰苯二甲酸等不飽和羧酸或者其醯鹵、醯胺、醯亞胺、酐、酯等衍生物具體地為馬來醯氯、馬來醯亞胺、無水馬來酸、無水檸康酸、馬來酸單甲酯、馬來酸二甲酯、馬來酸縮水甘油酯等在接枝反應條件下改性所得的物質。
作為改性聚烯烴類聚合物,其中由不飽和二羧酸或者其酸酐、特別是馬來酸或者其酸酐改性的乙烯類樹脂、丙烯類樹脂、或者乙烯-丙烯或者丁烯-1共聚物橡膠較佳。
對於改性聚烯烴類聚合物層的厚度,哪個層都優選5~50μm,更優選為10~30μm。當不足5μm時,有可能得不到充分的層間的黏接強度,另外,當超過50μm時,有可能在熱成形後實施的容器的沖剪加工加工時發生被稱為所謂的須狀毛刺的外觀不良。
<成形容器>
本發明的成形容器是通過將本發明的層疊片材熱成形而成的。作為熱成形方法,可列舉如下方法等:一般的真空成形,壓空成形,作為這些的應用使柱塞與片材的單面接觸而進行成形的助壓模塞法,另外,使呈一對的凸凹模具與片材的兩面接觸而進行成形的被稱為所謂的合模(matched mould)的方法,但是並不限定於此。另外,作為在成形前使片材加熱軟化的方法,能適用如下等公知的片材加熱方法:通過非接觸加熱的紅外線加熱器等進行輻射加熱,使片材與加熱的熱盤直接接觸而使其軟化的熱盤加熱。
熱成形時的成形溫度是考慮到樹脂的熔點等而適當設定的,但是當片材加熱溫度過低時,加熱成形後的容器的賦型狀態不充分,反之,當片材加熱溫度過高時,有可能發生引起熱盤熔化等不良情況,所以優選設定為適當的溫度。
【實施例】
以下列舉實施例和比較例更具體地說明本發明,但是本發明完全不限定於實施例等的內容。
在實施例中使用的樹脂原料如下。
(1)生物降解性樹脂
①聚乳酸“4032D”
(美國NatureWorks公司製造,密度:1.24g/cm3、MFR:4.0g/10min.(190℃,2.16kgf))
②聚乳酸“GH501H”
(湖北光合生物科技有限公司製造,密度:1.24g/cm3,MFR:4.5g/10min.(190℃,2.16kgf))
③聚乳酸“REVODE 190”
(浙江海正生物材料股份有限公司製造,密度:1.24g/cm3,MFR:2.5g/10min.(190℃,2.16kgf))
④聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯樹脂“FD92”
(三菱化學株式會社製造,密度:1.24g/cm3,MFR:4.0g/10min.(190℃,2.16kgf))
(2)氧阻隔性樹脂
乙烯-乙烯基醇共聚物(EVOH)“eval J171B”
(可樂麗(Kuraray)株式會社製造,密度:1.18g/cm3,MFR:1.7g/10min.(190℃,2.16kgf),乙烯含量32mol
%)
(3)黏接層用樹脂
①改性聚酯類聚合物“frimalloy GK320”
(三菱化學株式會社製造,密度:1.03g/cm3,MFR:10g/10min.(230℃,2.16kgf))
②改性聚烯烴類聚合物(改性PO)“MODIC F563”
(三菱化學株式會社製造,密度:1.03g/cm3,MFR:3.0g/10min.(190℃,2.16kgf))
<實施例1>
通過使用送料區塊的擠出成形加工,在表皮層和皮下層使用作為①的聚乳酸“4032D”作為生物降解性樹脂,使用①的改性聚酯類聚合物“FRIMALLOY GK320”作為黏接層用樹脂,得到如下多層層疊片材:其具有成為生物降解性樹脂層(10a)140μm/黏接層(11a)15μm/氧阻隔性樹脂層(12)30μm/黏接層(11b)15μm/生物降解性樹脂層(10b)700μm的層構成,總厚度為900μm,生物降解性樹脂層的品質百分率成為片材整體的94%。
<實施例2>
除了使用②的改性聚烯烴類聚合物“MODIC F563”作為黏接層用樹脂以外,得到與實施例1同樣的多層層疊片材。
<實施例3>
除了在表皮層和皮下層使用②的聚乳酸“GH501H”作為生物降解性樹脂以外,得到與實施例1同樣的多層層疊片材。
<實施例4>
除了在表皮層和皮下層使用③的聚乳酸“REVODE 190”作為生物降解性樹脂以外,得到與實施例1同樣的多層層疊片材。
<實施例5>
除了將為百分之95品質的樹脂①的聚乳酸“4032D”和百分之5品質的樹脂④的聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯樹脂“FD92”混合作為生物降解性樹脂以外,得到與實施例1同樣的多層的層疊片材。
<比較例1>
通過使用送料區塊的擠出成形加工,在表皮層和皮下層使用①的聚乳酸“4032D”作為生物降解性樹脂,得到如下多層層疊片材:其具有成為生物降解性樹脂層(10a)30μm/黏接層(11a)15μm/氧阻隔性樹脂層(12)30μm/黏接層(11b)15μm/生物降解性樹脂層(10b)110μm的層構成,總厚度為200μm,生物降解性樹脂層的品質百分率之和成為片材整體的72%。
<比較例2>
使用1台單螺杆擠出機,使用①的聚乳酸“4032D”作為生物降解性樹脂,得到總厚度為700μm的單層片材。
另一方面,以下說明本發明記載的層疊片材的氧滲透率的測定方法。
用以下方法測定片材整體的氧滲透率。氧滲透率測定是在向以下高溫高濕環境下投入前後進行測定的。
〔測定方法〕依據GB/T 1038
使用設備:濟南蘭光機電技術有限公司製造VAC-V1
測定條件:23℃×65%R.H.
樣品設置:基本上鑒定容器成形後的實用性,在氧從片材樣品的皮下層側滲透的方向上設置樣品。
用以下方法評價片材的生物降解性。
〔基於土壤埋設試驗的層疊片材的品質變化〕
在微生物活性的土壤中將片材埋設180天,通過外觀觀察、品質測定等計算分解度。
〔生物降解性的評價方法〕
在培養溫度設為58℃±2℃的堆肥條件下保管180天后,用依據ISO14855的方法評價生物降解性。此外,如果分解度為90%以上,則評價為完全分解。
在表1中歸納出各實施例和比較例的相對於層疊片材的氧滲透率的測定和生物降解性的評價結果。
此外,在上述實施例1~4中,使用聚乳酸作為生物降解性樹脂,在實施例5中,使用將聚乳酸和聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯混合的物質作為生物降解性樹脂,但是不特別限定於此,在上述實施例1~4中,也可以使用選自聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚己內酯、聚羥基烷酸、聚乙醇酸、改性聚乙烯醇、澱粉的1種作為生物降解性樹脂,或者也可以使用將選自選自聚乳酸、聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚己內酯、聚羥基烷酸、聚乙
醇酸、改性聚乙烯醇、澱粉的2種以上混合的物質作為生物降解性樹脂。在該情況下,能得到與上述各實施例相同的效果。
根據上述表1的結果,在實施例1至5中氧滲透率均被控制得較低,另外,生物降解度為90%以上,為完全分解,與此相對,在比較例1中,氧滲透率雖低,但是其分解度為70%,為不充分分解,在另一個比較例2中分解度为100%,關於生物降
解性沒有問題,但是氧滲透率為350cc/m2▪day,非常高,因而其受到氧成分影響的氧化劣化的抑制效果低。
因此,通過設為由本發明的實施例記載的構成樹脂構成的多層片材,能提供如下完全分解型生物降解性阻隔片材和將其熱成形而成的容器:該完全分解型生物降解性阻隔片材同時具有優良的熱成形性、氧阻隔性,且通過堆肥時的微生物分解(生物降解)變為二氧化碳、水,能返回到自然。

Claims (5)
- 一種層疊片材,其具有氧阻隔性樹脂層和生物降解性樹脂層,該生物降解性樹脂層通過黏接層層疊於該氧阻隔性樹脂層的兩面,該生物降解性樹脂層的質量百分率之和為片材整體的90%以上,並且各個生物降解性樹脂層的質量百分率為片材整體的10%以上,片材整體的氧滲透率為10cc/m2▪day以下。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之層疊片材,其中,構成該生物降解性樹脂層的生物降解性樹脂使用從聚乳酸、聚琥珀酸丁二醇酯、聚羥基丁酸酯、聚己內酯、聚羥基烷酸、聚乙醇酸、改性聚乙烯醇、澱粉中選擇的至少一種。
- 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之層疊片材,其中,該生物降解性樹脂使用聚乳酸。
- 如申請專利範圍第1至3項中任一項所述之層疊片材,其中,片材整體的厚度為200~1300μm,該氧阻隔性樹脂層的厚度為10~50μm。
- 一種成形容器,其為將如申請專利範圍第1至4項中任一項所述之層疊片材熱成形而成。
