Description

1 5 present invention relates to a storage cabinet having a drawer, and more particularly to a storage cabinet that can be easily taken out of a storage item that can be accommodated in a drawer. [Prior Art] In the kitchen utensils, there are many storage spaces for storing conditioning equipment, conditioning materials, tableware, etc. Therefore, it is common to set drawers, cabinet doors, etc. on the top plate (the countertop of the system kitchenware). In recent years, the research on the use of kitchen utensils has been continually being developed, and it is expected that the contents of the drawer and the shape of the partition plate can be used for convenience. Upgrade. As an example, a large drawer and a cabinet door which can be placed in a pot, etc., are provided in a kitchen cabinet having a tempering furnace, and a plurality of shallow drawers which can be placed in tableware and utensils are provided in a basic cabinet having a conditioning space. Ο However, in order to set the storage space under the top plate, the inevitable drawer is in a lower position. Therefore, the user must bend or squat to take out and put the contents. This kind of posture can cause a burden on the user when the situation is standing in front of the kitchen utensils for a long time, and the body becomes inflexible due to an old age. As a result, in the past, it has been discussed that the drawers that are placed at a lower position can be easily placed. Patent Document 1 discloses a kitchen cabinet structure of a lifting mechanism of a drawer. The feature of the patent document i can be lifted and lowered only in a state in which the drawer is completely pulled out, thereby preventing the collection, and setting the lower-loading drawer, etc., or the conditioning, etc., which will be imagined by the work.于, 抽抽-5- 201039773 The drawer and the kitchen cabinet body collided. [Patent Document 1] Japanese Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 2007-215678. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION In the structure disclosed in Patent Document 1, since the position of the drawer is increased, the stored object can be easily taken out, but the drawer must be made. Rotate all to raise it. However, the drawer is made of a wooden or metal front plate, a bottom plate, a side plate, etc., and has a considerable weight even if it is not contained. If you store all kinds of objects in the drawer, the power required to rotate them is much greater than that of bending each time. Here, although it is considered to assist the raising of the force by the cylinder, the electric motor, etc., the mechanism becomes complicated, the production cost of the kitchenware becomes high, and the mechanism suppresses the accommodating space and has the inversion of the present. On the other hand, among the articles stored in the drawer, articles frequently used in conditioning work are limited. That is, it is not necessary to raise the drawer to a higher position. Further, in the configuration disclosed in the above Patent Document 1, since it is excessively worried that it collides with the kitchen cabinet, it cannot be lifted until the drawer is not completely pulled out. In this way, the user working in front of the kitchen utensils must take a step back to pull the drawer completely out. If it is repeated many times, it may cause trouble. If the pull-out operation and the ascending operation are different actions, Inevitably, there must be two actions in the case of containment. As a result, the user's operation becomes cumbersome and may become unintended to take advantage of this unique feature. -6- 201039773 The purpose of the present invention is therefore to provide a storage cabinet which is simple and easy to operate, and which only needs necessary and sufficient storage items to be raised to enhance the ease of use of the drawer located at a lower position. Sex. In order to solve the above problems, the representative structure of the storage cabinet according to the present invention is a storage cabinet in which a drawer accommodating the storage object is slidably accommodated, and is characterized in that it is disposed in the drawer and can be placed inside. a mounting member to be stored, an arm connected from the mounting member toward the back side, a spring that biases the front side of the arm Q upward, a pulley provided on the back side of the arm, and a wall plate disposed in the storage cabinet A rail for guiding the pulley; the rail system has an inclined portion that rises from the back side of the cabinet toward the front side. According to the above configuration, the mounting member disposed inside the drawer can be moved up and down by the simple mechanism of the rail, the pulley, and the spring, and the stored object stored in the placing member can be lifted up for removal. At this time, the placing member is moved up and down with the operation of pulling the drawer out and pushing in, so that the operation is simple and easy. In addition, the ease of use of the lower position drawer can be improved by raising the stored object to the necessary and sufficient height to be removed without bending. The drawer may further include a support member for supporting the mounting member, and the mounting member is detachably attached to the support member. Thereby, since the mounting member is replaceable, the shape, the volume, the number of mountings, and the like can be selected. Further, since the mounting member can be removed, cleaning can be facilitated. A plurality of pulleys may be provided on the arm, and the plurality of pulleys may be arranged to hold the rails to maintain the arms in a substantially horizontal posture. Thereby, the arm can be moved up and down in a posture to move the placing member up and down in a substantially vertical direction. 201039773 A plurality of pulleys include: a pulley disposed on an upper side of the track near the upper side and a pulley disposed on a lower side of the track and a lower side of the front side, and the front side of the arm is biased upward by a spring to keep the arm substantially flat The posture is also possible. By arranging the pulleys in this way, the two pulleys can be guided up and down at the same time, and the interval between the two pulleys can be set, so that the level of the arms can be maintained. Further, with the two pulleys, the front side of the arm is in the upward direction of rotation, reaching the top dead center in a substantially horizontal position, but the front side of the arm is rotatable in the downward direction. Further, the support member is biased upward by the spring to fix the posture, whereby the sway of the support member can be absorbed, and a sense of rigidity and highness can be obtained. The spring 'can make the singular or plural springs detachable. Thereby, the force for raising the placing member can be adjusted, and the weight of the stored object assumed in accordance with the position and size of the drawer can be appropriately supported. On the front side of the rail than the inclined portion, there may be a horizontal portion that guides the front side of the pulley substantially horizontally. Thereby, in the state in which the drawer is pulled out, the weight of the placing member can be supported by the front horizontal portion, and the drawer can be prevented from being retracted. Further on the inner side of the inclined portion of the rail, the inner horizontal portion of the slider can be guided substantially horizontally. Thereby, before the drawer is completely accommodated, the placing member reaches the bottom dead center, and the stored object placed on the placing member can be prevented from colliding with the kitchen cabinet or the like above the drawer. According to the storage cabinet provided by the present invention, the operation is simple and easy, and only necessary and sufficient storage items are raised by the simple mechanism, and the ease of use of the drawer at the lower position can be improved. Kitchenware storage cabinet (synthetic resin (100 whole, conditioning space trough 1 16 and noodles, mainly storage cabinet is a package, corresponding to the 1 1 6 sink in the storage cabinet sink 1 1 6 and square, is the corresponding -9 - 201039773 A plurality of storage cabinets of the same height and depth are provided. Each storage cabinet is provided with drawers of various sizes in order to accommodate the objects to be stored. For example, the conditioning cabinet 1 20 'is provided at the upper part. The furnace rack 1 1 2a and the operation panel 1 1 2b of the conditioning furnace 1 1 2 are provided with small drawers (scented boxes 122) for storing small items such as seasonings on the side portions thereof, that is, in the central portion of the conditioning furnace cabinet 120, that is, A large drawer 124 is disposed below the hob U2a, and a large conditioning tool such as a pot or a pot can be accommodated. A drawer-type foot storage cabinet 1266 is disposed near the floor of the lower portion of the conditioning oven cabinet 120. Similarly, a plurality of small drawers 132, 134 and a foot storage cabinet 136 are provided in the basic cabinet 130. Further, the sink cabinet 140 is provided with a high front panel (extending from the foot storage cabinet 146 to the top panel 110) Drawer 144 ° A storage cabinet for explaining the features of the present embodiment is described. In the above-described conditioning oven kitchen cabinet 120, basic kitchen cabinet 130, and sink kitchen cabinet M0, a basic kitchen cabinet 130 is taken as an example. FIG. 2 is a basic kitchen cabinet 130. In the exploded perspective view, the third figure shows a state in which the mounting member 15 5 and the supporting member 160 are attached to the drawer 1 34. As described above, the basic kitchen cabinet 130 is slidably accommodated: the upper stage The drawer 1 3 2, the middle drawer 1 3 4, the lower leg storage cabinet 1 36. The middle drawer 134 is further provided with a mounting member I50' on which the object to be stored is placed. The lifting mechanism can be moved up and down. The lifting mechanism is composed of a supporting member 160 and a rail 1 94. The supporting member 160 is provided with: a sliding member 164, a beam 1 6 2 a, -10- 201039773 1 6 2 b, an arm 168 connected from the sliding member 164 toward the back side, a plurality of pulleys 170, 172 provided on the inner side of the arm 168. On the other hand, the 'track 194 is disposed in the basic kitchen cabinet 130 The inner wall 130a. The components of the support member 160 and the rail 194' are on the left and right sides of the drawer 134. The direction is a symmetrical structure, except for the beams 1 6 2 a, 1 6 2 b, which are respectively disposed on the left and right sides (mirror symmetry). In addition, the track mechanism for allowing the drawers 132, 134, and 136 to enter and exit is used. The general structure can be omitted. The fourth drawing is an explanatory view of the mounting member 150. The mounting member 150 is a box shape in which the top surface is open, and a so-called pocket is formed. )shape. In the present embodiment, a hook-shaped L-shaped portion 152 is formed on one side of the upper edge of the mounting member 150, and as shown in Fig. 3, the L-shaped portion 152 is suspended by the beam 162a of the supporting member. The member 150 is detachably attached to the support member 160. Thus, the mounting member 150 is replaceable, and the shape, the volume, the number of mountings, and the like can be selected. Further, since the mounting member 150 can be removed, cleaning can be facilitated. The slide member 1 64 is disposed on both sides of the drawer 134, and is connected by the two beams 162a, 162b to form a frame accommodating the mounting member 150. The lower beam 1 62b can increase the rigidity of the frame and support the rear of the mounting member 150 to prevent rotation thereof. The sliding member 164 is slidable in the vertical direction by the column member 166 fixed to the drawer 132. Thus, the entire support member 166 and the mounting member 150 can slide up and down with respect to the column member 166. The column member 166 is fixedly disposed behind the front plate 134a of the drawer 134. -11 - 201039773 Figure 5 is used to illustrate the sliding member 1 64 and the column member 1 66. Fig. 6 is a partial cross-sectional view showing the combination of the sliding member 1 64 and the column member 1 66. As shown in Fig. 5, the sliding member 164 includes a convex portion 164a that fits into the concave portion 166a of the column member 166, and a lower groove 164b that is inserted into the upper and lower rails 166b of the column member 166. The inside of the convex portion 164a is formed with a cavity to accommodate the spring 200. A spring engaging portion 164c for fixing the spring 200 is provided below the convex portion 164a. The upper and lower grooves 164b are grooves having a T-shaped cross section, so that they can slide up and down without falling off. Further, the sliding member 164 has beam connecting portions 165a and 165b for connecting the beams 162a and 162b. As shown in Fig. 5, the column member 166 is provided with the convex portion 164a of the sliding member 1 64 inserted in the vertical direction. The concave portion 166a guides the sliding member 164 in the vertical direction to the upper and lower rails 166b. Similarly to the combination of the upper and lower rails 16 6b and the upper and lower grooves 164b, the sliding member 164 is slidable in the vertical direction with respect to the column member 166 by combining the convex portion 164a and the concave portion 166a. A spring engaging portion 166c for fixing the upper end of the spring 200 is provided above the recess 1 66a. As shown in Fig. 6, the upper end of the spring 200 is coupled to the spring engaging portion 166c of the column member 166, and the lower end is coupled to the spring engaging portion 164c of the sliding member 164. In the present embodiment, the spring 200 is a tension spring. Thereby, the sliding member 164 is biased upward with respect to the column member 166. The spring 200 may have a structure in which the singular or plural springs 200 are detachable. Thereby, the force for raising the placing member can be adjusted, and the weight of the object to be stored assumed in accordance with the position and size of the drawer can be appropriately supported. In the present embodiment, two springs 200 can be mounted on each side of -12-201039773. Further, the column member 166 is provided with a fixing portion 166d for fixing to the front plate 134a of the drawer 134. After the column member 166 assembles the sliding member 164 and the spring 200, the column member 166 is fixed to the front plate 13 4a. According to this configuration, with respect to the drawer 134, the sliding member 164 is biased upward by the column member 166, and as a result, the placing member 150 is always biased in the ascending direction. ¢) Figure 7 is used to illustrate the arms 168, pulleys and tracks. As shown in Fig. 7(a), the arms 168 are connected so as to extend from the sliding member 164 toward the inner side. In the present embodiment, the arm 168 is composed of a resin portion 168a and a metal portion 168b, and a lower pulley 172 and a metal portion 168b are fixed to the front end of the resin portion 168a. The front end of the back side of the metal portion 168b is bent in an L shape upward to set the upper pulley 170 at a higher position. Further, the resin portion 168a and the metal portion 168b may be formed of an integral resin or metal. The track 194 shown in Fig. 7(b) is placed on the wall 130a of the basic kitchen cabinet 130 to guide the pulleys 170, 172. The rail 194 has an inclined portion 1 94b that rises toward the front side at a central portion thereof. On the front side of the inclined portion 1 94b, the front side horizontal portion i 94c of the pulleys 1 70, 1 72 is guided substantially horizontally. On the back side of the inclined portion 1 94b, the inner side horizontal portion 194a of the pulley 170' 172 is guided substantially horizontally. In the present embodiment, the back side horizontal portion 1 94a, the inclined portion 1 94b, and the front side horizontal portion 194c are substantially linear, and their intersections (bending points) are arcuate. The radius of curvature of the arc should be larger than the radius of the pulleys 1 70, 1 72 (curvature and gentle). However, the following case is not excluded: the inclined portion 1 94b - 13 - 201039773 is made into a smoother curve like the S-shape, so that the inner side horizontal portion 1 94a and the front side horizontal portion 1 9 4 c are inclined, bent, and even bent. Case. A plurality of pulleys 17A and 172 are arranged to hold the rails 194 to maintain the arms 168 substantially horizontal. In detail, the upper pulley 170 is disposed on the upper side and the inner side near the rail 194, and the lower pulley 172 is disposed on the lower side and the front side of the rail 194. The interval D1 in the horizontal direction of the upper pulley 1 70 and the lower pulley 1 72 is substantially equal to the width W1 of the inclined portion of the rail 194 in the horizontal direction. The interval D2 in the height direction of the upper pulley 170 and the lower pulley 172 is substantially equal to the width W2 in the height direction of the rear horizontal portion 1 94a or the front horizontal portion 194c of the rail 1 94. The arrangement and shape of the pulleys 17A, 1?2 and the rails 194 are configured in such a manner that the two pulleys can be guided up and down at the same time, and the level of the arm 168 can be maintained and raised and lowered. Further, by the combination of the pulleys 1 70, 1 72 and the arm 1 68, the front side of the arm 168 reaches the top dead center (the upper end of the movable range) in a substantially horizontal position in the direction of the upward rotation, the arm 1 6 8 The front side is rotatable in the direction of downward rotation (but the rotation is restricted by the sliding member 1 64 and the column member 1 66 sliding up and down). Further, the support member 160 is biased upward by the spring 200 to be in a fixed posture, whereby the shaking of the support member 160 can be absorbed, and a sexy and high-grade feeling can be obtained. Further, in order to maintain the level of the arm 168, the horizontal distance D1 between the pulleys 170 and 172 is preferably made large, and correspondingly, the width W1 of the inclined portion 194b of the rail 194 is also wide. In this case, as shown in Figs. 2 and 7, the inclined portion 94b can be a hollow parallel track. This reduces the weight and material cost of the track 194. -14- 201039773 Here, the weight of the sliding member 164, the placing member 150, and the objects stored therein are supported by both the spring 200 and the link mechanism (composed of 170, 172 and the rail 194). In detail, the tubes are lifted by pulleys 170, 172 and rails 194, and the springs 200 have the effect of reducing weight. When the spring 200 is not provided, the weight on the front side of the 168 becomes large and the inclination is generated, and the sliding friction between the column member 166 and the slide 164 becomes high, which may hinder the smooth lifting operation. Q, in order to perform a correct operation, the spring 200 plays an important role in selecting the number and strength of the springs 200 in accordance with the amount of objects to be stored in accordance with the position and size of the drawer. Next, according to the basic kitchen cabinet 130 of the above configuration, the operation of the placing member 150 in the case of pushing in and pulling out 1 34 is pulled out. Fig. 8 is a view for explaining the operation of the placing member when the drawer is pulled out. In the configuration, the spring 200 is hardly observed from the appearance, but in the eighth and ninth drawings, the spring 200 is drawn for convenience of explanation. 〇 Section 8 ( a ) shows the state in which the drawer 1 3 4 is stored. At this time, the wheels 170, 172 are located on the inner side horizontal portion 194a of the rail 194. At this time, the support member 160 (sliding member 164 or the like) is pressed upward by the spring 200, but since the lower pulley 172 is positioned on the lower side of the inner side horizontal portion of the rail 194, the position in the height direction is restricted, and the placing member is placed. Become the most declining state. Fig. 8(b) shows a state in which the drawer 134 is slightly pulled out. The wheel 170 is located at the intersection of the inner horizontal portion 194a of the rail 194 and the inclined portion (rising starting point), and the lower pulley 172 is also a pulley located on the rail 194. The palm has a heavy drawer and the above In the figure, the slip is the intersection (lower corner) of the side horizontal portion 194a and the inclined portion 194b of the -15-201039773 of the upper slide 194b of the upper slide 194b. Thus, if the drawer 134 is further pulled out, the support member 160 starts to rise. Fig. 9(a) shows a state in which the drawer 134 is further pulled out. Since the upper pulley 170 and the lower pulley 172 are located in the inclined portion 194b, the arm 168 is raised as the drawer 134 is pulled out, and the support member 160 and the placing member 150 are also raised. That is, the force that pulls out the drawer 134 is converted into a force that causes the mounting member 150 to rise. In addition, the force that the spring 200 pulls up the support member 160 can be divided into an upward component force and a component of the direction in which the drawer is pushed out while the rollers 170, 172 are positioned in the inclined portion 194b. This helps to pull the drawer out of the force and makes it easier to pull out. Fig. 9(b) shows a state in which the drawer 134 is almost completely pulled out. At this time, the pulleys 170, 172 are located on the front horizontal portion 194c of the rail 194. As described above, in the state in which the drawer 134 is pulled out, the weight of the placing member 150 is supported by the front horizontal portion 194c, and the drawer 134 can be prevented from being retracted. At this time, with respect to the column member 166, the movement limit of the support member 164 or the narrowing limit of the spring 200 is made, and thus the height of the sliding member 164 reaches the upper limit. Thus, even if the lower pulley 1 72 protrudes more than the front side front end of the rail 1 94, it does not cause an obstacle. Further, the front surface of the front side front side of the front side horizontal portion 1 94c has a smooth inclined surface. So the current pulley 1 ? 2 from the track! 94 When you return to the rear, it is easy to enter the lower side of the track 1 94. Further, it is conceivable that the total weight of the stored object and the mounting member 150 and the supporting member exceeds the elastic pressure of the spring 200. In this case, the sliding member 1 64 is guided in the up and down direction by the column member 1 66 in a non-rotatable manner-16-201039773, and the upper pulley 170 is supported by the upper surface of the front horizontal portion 1 9 4 c Therefore, the mounting member 150 does not fall. Further, in the case where the spring pressure of the spring 200 is larger than the total weight, the upper pulley 170 supports the weight of the rear end of the arm 168 only on the upper surface of the front side horizontal portion 194c. In the case where the drawer 134 is to be housed in the basic kitchen cabinet 130, the opposite operation to the above is performed. When the drawer 134 is pushed inward from the pulled-out state, the pulleys 170, 172 as shown in Fig. 9(a) reach the inclined portion 194b. Thus, the pulleys 170, 172 are guided by the inclined portion 194b to descend, so that the arm 168 can be lowered in a horizontal posture. Thereby, the support member 160 can be lowered and the mounting member 150 can be lowered simply by the operation of pushing the drawer 134. When the drawer 1 34 is further pushed in, the pulleys 170 and 172 are brought to the rising starting point as shown in Fig. 8(b), and the point mounting member 150 is in the most lowered state at this time. In this manner, before the drawer 134 is completely accommodated, the placing member 150 reaches the bottom dead center (the lower end of the movable range), and the stored object and the upper drawer 132 which are placed on the carrier member 150 can be prevented. Collisions such as wall surfaces. As described above, according to the structure of the storage cabinet according to the present embodiment, the mounting member 150 disposed inside the drawer 134 can be moved up and down by the simple mechanism of the rail 194 and the pulleys 170 and 172 and the spring 200, and the storage member 150 can be stored. The object to be placed on the placing member 150 is raised to facilitate removal. At this time, the loading member 150 is moved up and down along with the operation of pulling in and pulling out the drawer 134, so that the operation is simple and easy. In addition, the necessary and sufficient height can be removed by raising the stored object to the point where it can be taken out without bending. -17- 201039773 The ease of use of the lower position drawer. Further, although the above embodiment has been described with respect to the basic kitchen cabinet 1 3 0 1 3 4, the mounting member 150 may be placed in the other drawers 1 3 2 or the foot side, or in other storage cabinets ( The drawer of the conditioning oven kitchen cabinet sink cabinet 140) may be provided with the mounting member 150. The preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, but the invention is not limited thereto. Those skilled in the art will be able to devise various modifications and alterations within the scope of the invention as described in the appended claims. The present invention is applicable to a storage cabinet having a drawer such as a kitchen utensil.
