Abstract

The purpose of this invention is to provide a pusher of a packaging apparatus which is capable of preventing deformation of a packaged body. An air-supply port 53 is formed in a front face 46 of a head part 36 of a pusher 1 used for the packaging apparatus, and an air-suction port 52 is formed in a side part 43. The air-supply port 53 can cause the inside and the outside of a bag 2b to be an air-communicating state when the front end part of the pusher 1 is located inside the bag 2b. The air-suction port 52 acts such that a gusset 57 is formed at an opening end part by sucking air inside the bag 2b when the front end part of the pusher 1 moves inside the bag 2b in a direction to come out of the bag 2b.

Description

The first The aforementioned front part of either of these has: When the inside of the front pocket is inside, The inside and the outside of the -8 - 201002577 of the bag can be made into an air supply port in a ventilated state via the first plate.  One of the embodiments of the second invention, The second plate and the third plate are attached to the rear of the head portion. Formed as one.  also, One of the embodiments of the second invention, From the aforementioned air supply port,  Pressurized air can be supplied to the inside of the aforementioned bag.  [Effect of the Invention] The pusher of the first invention of the present invention, Since there is an air supply port at the end before the head portion, Air suction port on both sides, Therefore, When the head portion is pushed out of the bag by the pushing of the package body, Even if air is sucked into the inside of the open end from the air suction port for forming the gusset at the open end of the bag, The central portion of the bag that has been pushed into the packaged body is not easily decompressed. It is possible to prevent deformation of the packaged body caused by the formation of the pleats.  A pusher according to a second invention of the present invention, Since the head portion has the first and second plates overlapping each other, Or when the first plate and the second plate and the third plate aposing the first plate are finished, when the pushing operation of the package is completed, Make the second board, Or after the second and third plates are withdrawn from the bag, Use only the first board, Come to form a pleat in the bag. So even when pushed into the package, The bag is in close contact with the head portion. When the pleat is formed, the bag does not adhere to the head portion. Therefore, Even if the groove used to form the pleats of the first plate is deep, The bag also easily enters the groove and becomes shaped like a groove. It is possible to quickly obtain the pleats of the same shape.  [Embodiment] Hereinafter, the pusher of the present invention relating to -9 - 201002577 used in a packaging apparatus will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.  Figure 1 shows a pusher 1 of the present invention (see Figure 2). 3) The object of the object 2 And the package to be packaged in the bag 2, which is, A diagram of an aggregate 15 formed of a plurality of sanitary napkin individual packages 3. The bag 2 is for example soft, a non-ventilated plastic film formed by have: Forming a closed end portion 4 of the heat seal portion 2d; And the open end 5 of the opposite end of the closed end portion 4. Between the closed end portion 4 and the open end portion 5, there is formed a side surface portion 7 of the side pleats 6. The individual package 3 is sealed with a sanitary napkin (not shown) to a plastic film. Individual bags 3a formed of a soft sheet material such as non-woven fabric, The predetermined number of packages to be packaged in the bag 2 are neatly arranged in the machine direction A (--refer to FIG. 2) and the cross direction B orthogonal to the direction A, Thereby, the aggregate 15 is formed.  Fig. 2 is a side view of a packaging device 1A using the pusher 1 of the present invention. The packaging device 10 comprises: a first supply process 1 1 for intermittently supplying the bag 2; a second supply process 1 2 for intermittently supplying the aggregates 15 formed by the individual packages 3; And a bagging process 13 for obtaining the package 14 composed of the bag 2 and the assembly 15 (see Fig. 3).  In the third supply process of Figure 2, Forming a pocket 2 with side pleats 6, The opening end portion 5 is provided forward and intermittently supplied from the left side of the drawing. In the bag 2,  The upper and lower sides of the bag 2 9 (refer to the figure) is opened by the pair of upper and lower expansion suction plates 16 and the open end 5 is expanded as shown in the figure. The suction plate 16 is formed by covering the hopper 21a of the plurality of buckets 21 with the opening end 5 which is horizontally moved in the direction of the arrow c and expanded. It is separated from the open end 5 and returned to the position shown. The hopper 2 1 is maintained in a state in which the end portion 5 of the opening -10- 201002577 has been expanded. In the picture, The bag 2 covering the hopper 21a in the hopper 21 is displayed as a bag 2a of an imaginary line. also, The hopper 21 is attached to the disk 22 that intermittently rotates clockwise or counterclockwise. The bag 2a covering the hopper 21a is moved downward from the top of the figure by being rotated 180° with the disk 22. In Figure 2, The bag 2a thus moved is displayed as a bag 2b of an imaginary line. The hopper 2 1 a is shown as a hopper 2 1 b.  In the second supply process 12 of Fig. 2, The assembly 15 is carried by the conveyor 17 and then moved in the direction of the arrow D. It is transferred to the elevator 18 included in the conveyor 17. The lift 18 is capable of moving up and down, The aggregate 15 carried thereon can be moved upward as indicated by an arrow e. In the picture, The aggregate 1 5 thus moved is displayed as an aggregate 15 5 a. Furthermore,  The conveyor belt 1 7 'the plurality of pins 1 7b are attached to the endless belt i 7a intermittently moving in the direction of the arrow 以 at a constant interval, Pin 7b from the right side of the figure, That is, 'pressing from the front D direction, Slidably carried on the conveyor I? An assembly 15 of support platforms (not shown), The aggregate 15 is moved in the direction of the arrow D.  Figure 2 of the bagging process 1 3 series contains: Pusher 1 ; a pair of upper and lower suppression plates 31; Up and down - to the sealing plate 32; And an endless belt 33. The pusher 1 has a head portion 36 to the left of the machine direction A, The lever portion 37 on the right side is connected to a drive mechanism (not shown) for reciprocating the pusher 丨 in the machine direction a. The illustrated pusher 1 is in a retracted position. In the bagging process 1 3 , In the bag 2b,  The hopper 2lb covered by the bag 2b, The assembly moving upwards and -11 - 201002577 The pusher 1 is neatly arranged in the mechanical direction A. The pusher 1 is advanced toward the left of the machine direction A. The head portion 36 is crimped to the assembly 15a' and the assembly 15 5a is pushed into the inside of the hopper 2'b. The head portion 36 is further advanced to push the assembly 15a into the bag 2b. then, The bag 2b is pushed to the left via the assembly 15a to be detached from the hopper 21b. It is loaded onto the endless belt 33. then, The head portion 36 is retracted toward the right of the machine direction a to thereby withdraw from the bag 2 b. at this time, The pair of restraining plates 3 1 are moved so as to approach 'in the up and down direction to prevent the bag 21 from moving to the right. When the head portion 36 is withdrawn from the bag 2b, A pair of heated sealing plates 32 approach the opening end 5 of the holding pocket 2b in the up and down direction, Thereby, the heat seal portion 2e is formed (refer to Fig. 3). Then 'when a pair of sealing plates 32 return to the state shown,  A package 14 containing the aggregate 15 is obtained. The package 14 is conveyed to the left by the endless belt 3 3 '.  Figure 3 is a view showing in detail the bagging process 13; However, the illustration of the elevator 18 and the disk 22 is omitted from the drawing. In Figure 3(a), In: a hopper 21b covered with a bag 2b, Aggregate 15a, And the pusher 1 is in a state of being aligned neatly in the machine direction a. The head portion 36 of the pusher 1 has a front end portion 4 1 , And the opposite end portion 42' between the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42, Forming a pair of side portions 43' and a pair of upper and lower portions 44, 45.  Further, a front surface 46 (refer to FIG. 4) that is in contact with the assembly 15a is formed at the front end portion 41'. And at the rear end 42, The rear face 47 of the connectable rod portion 3 7 is formed. A V-shaped groove 51 extending from the front end portion 4 1 toward the rear end portion 4 2 is formed in the side surface portion 4 3 ', An air suction port 52 is formed at the bottom of the V-shaped groove 51. The air suction port 52 is connected to an air suction source such as a vacuum pump (not shown in 201002577), and can be in a predetermined period of the bagging process 13, The air of the bag 2b is attracted. Again’ in front 46, An air supply port 53 is formed (refer to Fig. 4). The air supply port 5 3 is in a state of being opened to the atmosphere via a pipe (not shown) extending inside the head portion 36. Alternatively, it is connected to a pressurized air supply source (not shown) such as a compressor. The piping is opened between the front end portion 41 and the rear end portion 42 of the head portion 36 when it is opened to the atmosphere. Back end portion 42, One of the portions rearward of the rear end portion 42 has an open end.  Moving forward in head section 36 of Figure 3(b), Pushing the assembly 15a into the inner side of the hopper-like hopper 2 1 b and pushing it further into the bag 2 b, The bag 2b is detached from the hopper 21b.  In Figure 3(c), The head portion 36 of Fig. 3(b) is retracted from the pocket 2b and the pair of restraining plates 31 are approaching. also, The suction of the air suction port 52 is started at the head portion 3 6 ', The side surface portion 7 of the bag 2b is deformed in the vicinity of the opening end portion 5 in a manner similar to the shape of the V-shaped groove 5. The side pleats 57 are formed (see Fig. 3(e)). The head portion 3 6 when the front end portion 41 is located inside the bag 2b Due to the air supply port 5 3, In frequent opening & In the state of the atmosphere, Or when the head portion 36 is retracted, pressurized air can be supplied to the inside of the bag 2b. The inside and the outside of the bag 2b can be made to be ventilated. Therefore, It is possible to prevent the back movement of the head portion 36,  Vacuum suction, The central portion of the bag 2b is brought into a reduced pressure state. In the central part of it, the assembly 15 is pushed in. Furthermore, When it is contained in the individual package 3, the sanitary napkin has elastic compressive resilience, Aggregate 1 5 will advance as pusher 1 pushes and presses Being compressed and getting smaller,  -13- 201002577 And when the pusher 1 moves backwards, Then, the pressure is released and the volume becomes large. The bag 2b may become decompressed. but, It is possible to prevent the decompressed state from being caused by the air supply port 5 3 ' of the pusher 1 .  In Figure 3(d), The bag 2b after the head portion 36 has been withdrawn, A pair of heated sealing plates 3 2 are close to each other, Further, a heat seal portion 2e is formed at the opening end portion 5 (see Fig. 3(e)).  Figure 3 (e) shows the package 14 obtained in the bagging process 13.  In the package 14, In addition to the heat seal 2d, A heat seal portion 2e is also formed. At the side portion 7 of the bag 2 of the package 14, In the heat seal part 2 d, 2 e nearby,  Forming a pleat 56, 57.  Figure 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along line IV - 1V of the head portion 36 shown in Figure 3 (a). In Fig. 4, a portion of the front face 46 of the head portion 36 of the pusher 1 and a V-shaped groove 51 of the side portion 43 are shown. An air supply port 53 is formed in the front face 46. The V-shaped groove 5 1 is divided into a horizontal V shape. There is an air suction port 52 at the bottom. a bag 2b shown by an imaginary line along the V-shaped groove 5 1 , Being deformed by the vacuum pressure acting through the air suction port 52, The state in which the pleats 57 are formed is started. but, In the pusher 1 of the present invention, Even if the vacuum suction function for forming the side pleats 57 in the bag 2 starts to occur, The central portion of the bag 2 can also be opened to the atmosphere by the air supply port 53 at the head portion 36. Or in the state of supplying pressurized air, Will not become a decompression state. Therefore, Forming individual packages 3 of the assembly 15, There is no case where the shape is skewed by the pressure in the bag under decompression. also, Since the package 14 itself is not skewed, Therefore, When packing or displaying a plurality of individual packages 14 Easy to stack. At the pusher 1, Through the air suction port 52 -14 - 201002577 The beginning and end of the air suction, And control of the start and end of the supply of pressurized air via the air supply port 533, This can be done by providing a control mechanism (not shown) for these periods to the packaging device 10. Furthermore, At the pusher 1, The V-shaped groove 51 of the illustrated example can also be used as a u-shaped groove. Or other concave grooves, etc.  Fig. 5 is a view similar to Fig. 3(a) showing an example of the use form of the pusher 1 of the present invention. The bag 2b of Fig. 5 is an open end portion 5 covering the hopper 21b, The closed end portion 4 enters the inside of the hopper 21b from the left of the machine direction A. The closed end portion 4 is in a state in which the inner surface thereof is exposed. Opposite the aggregate 15a. The aggregate 15a is pushed by the pusher 1 to enter the hopper 21b. It is in contact with the inner surface of the closed end portion 4 of the bag 2b. With the pusher 1 going forward, The assembly 15a enters the bag 2b, Eventually it becomes the state of Figure 3(b). In order to make the bag 2b into the state of FIG. 5, After the open end 5 is covered by the hopper 21 b, The pressurized air is sprayed from the outside of the closed end portion 4 toward the bag 2b, The closed end portion 4 is brought into the hopper 2 1 b from the left side of the figure.  In the form of Figure 5, When the pusher 1 is used to bring the aggregate 5 a into the bag 2b, 'before the assembly 15a, The air will not be sealed in the bag 2b. A compact package 14 can be obtained.  The pusher 1 illustrated so far and the packaging device 10' including the pusher are suitable for sanitary napkins, Packaging of soft and easily deformable items such as disposable diapers. but, It can also be used for items that are not easily deformed.  Fig. 6 is a view showing a pusher 1〇1 of an example of the pusher of the present invention (refer to Fig. -15-201002577, see Fig. 7, 8) The bag of the object to be used 2 An assembly of physiological tampon individual packages 3 of the packaged body to be packaged in the bag 2, And a package 14 in which the assembly 15 is packaged and in a state in which the bag 2 is closed. The bag 2 is formed of, for example, a soft and non-air permeable plastic film having a closed end portion 4 formed with a heat seal portion 2d, The open end 5 is opposite the end of the closed end 4. Between the closed end 4 and the open end 5, There is one pair of side portions 7 formed with side pleats 6. The individual package 3 is sealed with a sanitary napkin (not shown) to a plastic film, Individual bags 3a formed of a flexible sheet material such as non-woven fabric, The predetermined number of packages packed in the bag 2 are aligned neatly in the machine direction A (--refer to Fig. 7) and the cross direction B orthogonal to the direction A, Thereby, the aggregate 15 is formed.  Fig. 7 is a side view of a packaging device 11A using the pusher 1〇1 of the present invention. The packaging device 1 10 includes a first supply process for intermittently supplying the bag 2, And a second supply process 12 for intermittently supplying the aggregate 15 formed by the individual packages 3, And a bagging process 13 for obtaining a package 14 (see Fig. 6) composed of the bag 2 and the assembly 15.  The process 1 is supplied to the table 1 in FIG. The bag 2 in which the side measures 6 are formed has the opening end portion 5 provided in front and intermittently supplied from the left side of the drawing. In the bag 2, The upper and lower sides of the bag 2 9 (refer to Fig. 6) is attracted by the pair of upper and lower expansions with the suction plate 16 The open end portion 5 is brought into an expanded state as shown in FIG. The suction plate 16 is horizontally moved in the direction of the arrow C to be in an expanded state, and the opening end portion 5 covers the hopper 2丨a in the plurality of hoppers 21, Separated from the open end 5, Return to the location shown. The hopper 2 is used to maintain the open end 5 in an expanded state. In the picture, Covered in the hopper 2丨 -16- 201002577 The bag 2 of the hopper 21a is displayed as a bag 2a of an imaginary line. The hopper 21 is also a disk 22 that is intermittently rotated in the clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction of the wearer. The bag that covers the hopper 21a is moved downward from the top of the figure by rotating 180' with the disk 22. The bag 2a thus moved in Fig. 7 is displayed as a bag 2b of an imaginary line, The hopper 2 1 a is shown as a hopper 2 1 b.  In the second supply process 12 of FIG. 7, The assembly 15 is carried by the conveyor 17 and moves in the direction of the arrow D. It is transferred to the elevator 18 included in the conveyor 17. The lift 18 is movable up and down, The aggregate 15 carried on the upper side can be moved upward as indicated by the arrow e. In the picture, The aggregate 15 thus moved is displayed as the aggregate 15a. Furthermore, At the conveyor 17,7 The plurality of pins 7b are attached to the endless belt 17a intermittently moving in the direction of the arrow 以 at a certain interval, The pin 17b slidably rides the assembly 15 of the support table (not shown) of the conveyor 17 from the right to the left of the figure, that is, Press in the direction of arrow D, The assembly 15 is moved toward the elevator 18.  The bagging process 13 of Fig. 7 includes a pusher ι〇1. And up and down - against the board 3 1 With a pair of upper and lower sealing plates 3 2 And the endless belt 3 3 . The pusher 101 has a head portion 136 to the left of the machine direction A, And on the right side has a rod portion 137, The lever portion 137 is connected to a drive mechanism (not shown) that reciprocates the pusher ifn in the mechanical direction A for the forward motion and the backward motion. The illustrated pusher 101 is located at a position that has been retracted. The bagging process 13' is in the bag 2b, The hopper 21b covered by the bag 2b, Aggregate 15a moving upward, And the pusher 101 is aligned in the mechanical direction a -17-201002577 state. The pusher 101 advances to the left of the machine direction A, The head portion 136 is crimped to the assembly 15a, The aggregate 15a is pushed into the inside of the hopper 21b. Head portion 1 3 6 further advances 'together 丨5 & Pushing into the bag 2b 'and then' pushing the bag 2b to the left via the assembly 15a, It is detached from the hopper 21b and carried on the endless belt 33. The head portion 136' after the end of the pushing operation of the assembly l5a enters the bag 2b as a part of the assembly 15a. Therefore, The head portion 136 is retracted to the right of the machine direction a to thereby withdraw from the bag 2 b. at this time, The pair of suppression plates 31 are moved so as to approach in the vertical direction, and the stopper bag 2b is moved to the right. When the head portion 1 3 完全 is completely withdrawn from the bag 2 b, a pair of heated sealing plates 32 approach in the up and down direction, While holding the open end 5 of the bag 2b, The heat seal portion 2e is formed (see Fig. 8). then, When the pair of sealing plates 3 2 are restored to the illustrated state, The package 14 in a state in which the bag 2b is in close contact with the assembly 15a is obtained. The package 14 is conveyed to the left by the endless belt 33.  Figure 8, Figure 8, The 9 series shows the oblique view of the pusher 1 〇丨 shown in the figure, And the cut surface of the IX-1X line of Fig. 8. Furthermore, In Figure 9, Displayed as an imaginary line: The bag 2b in the state where the pusher 1 〇1 has entered, And the upper sub-plate 1 5 2 and the lower sub-plate 1 5 3 are withdrawn, and the bag 2b' of the side pleats 6 1 (see Fig. 1A) is formed at the bag 2 b. In Figure 8, The head portion 136 of the pusher 1〇1 has a horizontal reciprocating direction that is consistent with the mechanical direction A, Width direction which is orthogonal to the intersecting direction B orthogonal to the mechanical direction A, And with these reciprocal movements, The width direction is an orthogonal height direction T. In the height direction, the head portion 136 is divided into the main board 151 as the first board, Sandwich the main board 1 5 1 into a sandwich shape as the second The upper sub plate of the third plate 1 5 2 Next -18 - 201002577 Square board 1 5 3 of 3 boards. Motherboard 1 5 1, The upper sub-plate 1 52 and the lower sub-plate 153 are independent and can reciprocate in the mechanical direction A, On the rear end face of the main board 1 5 1 1 5 1 b, A main rod 137 capable of reciprocating motion is mounted. On the side plate 1 52b of the upper sub-plate 1 52, Mounted with a secondary rod for reciprocating motion 1 3 8, On the side panel 1 5 3 b of the lower sub-plate 1 5 3, A sub-rod 139 for reciprocating motion is mounted. Main rod 137 and these auxiliary rods 138, 1 3 9 is connected to a drive source (not shown) such as a piston.  The main board 15 1 and each sub board 152, The 1S3 system has a main front portion 1 51 a and a front front portion 152a of the front portion 1 4 1 of the pusher 101. 153a. These main front portions 151a and sub front portions 152a, 153a is when the pusher 101 is advanced, Interacting with each other to crimp the portion of the assembly 15, In order to prevent the pressure at this time from being concentrated on the portion of the aggregate 15,  And these front parts 151a, 152a, The shape of the front portion 141 of the pusher 101 formed integrally with the 153a is formed as follows: The shape of the portion 19 of the aggregate 15 facing the front portion 141 is substantially the same, Or slightly smaller. which is, The maximum dimension of the intersecting direction B and the height direction T of the front portion 141, The intersection direction B of the portion 19 of the assembly 15 and the assembly 15 is substantially the same as the maximum dimension of the height direction T, Or slightly smaller.  also, The pusher 101 has a side portion 42 that is symmetrical in the intersecting direction B. The side portion 42 includes a main side portion 1 5 1 c of the main plate 151. Sub board 1 5 2. 1 5 3 side side part 1 5 2 c, 1 5 3 c, And in the main side portion 1 5 1 c,  A groove 156 having a V-shaped cross section extending from the front portion 1 5 1 a toward the machine direction A is formed, A suction port 157 is formed in the groove 156. The suction port 157 is connected to an air suction source (not shown) such as a vacuum pump. Sub side section -19- 201002577 152c, 153c is formed into a smooth shape. The main f in the front part i4l shown in Fig. 9! The U face 1 5 1 a ' is formed with an air supply port 1 5 8 . The air supply port 1 5 8 is connected to the air intake port 159 formed at the main rear portion 1 5 of the main plate 丨 5 1 and is in an open state.  Figure 10 is a diagram showing in detail the bagging process 13, However, the illustration of the elevator 18 and the disk 22 is omitted on the way. In Figure i (a), In the hopper 21b covered by the bag 2b, Aggregate 15a, And the state in which the pusher ι〇1 is neatly arranged in the machine direction A, The portion 1 9 of the assembly 1 5a faces the front portion 1 4 1 of the pusher 1 0 1 .  In Figure 10(b), After the head portion 136 advances and is pressed against substantially the entire portion of the portion I 9 of the assembly I5a, Pushing the assembly i 5a into the inside of the tunnel-shaped hopper 2 1 b, Then push it into the bag 2 b, The bag 2 b is detached from the hopper 21b. When the assembly 15 & When pushed into the bag 2b, A portion of the head portion 136 enters the bag 2b.  In Figure 10 (c), The main board 1 5 1 is in a stationary state. In addition, The upper sub-plate 1 52 and the lower sub-plate 1 5 3 are moved by the sub-rod 1 38 and the sub-rod 1 3 9 to retreat and further withdraw from the open end 5 of the bag 2 b. When the upper sub-plate 1 5 2 and the lower sub-plate 1 5 3 start to retreat, a pair of suppression plates 31 are close to the bag 2b,  The bag 2 b is suppressed from moving.  In Figure 10(d), The main board 151 of Fig. 10(c) starts to retreat in order to exit from the bag 2b. In addition, A pair of suppression plates 31 are further adjacent to the bag 2b.  Further, at the main plate 1 5 1 'sucking port 1 5 7 the inner air of the bag 2b starts to be sucked. The side surface portion 7 of the bag 2b is deformed into the shape of the emulation groove 156 in the vicinity of the opening end portion 5, Thereby, the side pleats 61 are formed (refer to Fig. 10 (f)) -20-201002577. The front part 1 5 1 a of the main board 1 5 1 is located on the inner side of the bag 2b, and the main board 1 5 1 Since the air supply port 158 (refer to Fig. 9) has been opened to the atmosphere, The inner side and the outer side of the bag 2b can be made ventilated, so that the main board 1 5 1 can be prevented. Sub board 1 5 2 The retracting action of 1 5 3 or the attraction of the suction port 157 of the main plate 151 causes the central portion of the bag 2b to become depressurized. With this, It is possible to prevent the aggregate 15 that has been pushed into the center portion from being deformed by the suction action. Furthermore, When the sanitary napkin contained in the individual package 3 has elastic compressive resilience, Aggregate 1 5 will be pressed when the current pusher is pressed. Being compressed and getting smaller, When the pusher 101 retreats, It is liberated from the compressed state and becomes larger in size. Although the bag 2b may become decompressed, but, By the pusher 101, there is an air supply port 1 5 8, It can be prevented from becoming the decompressed state.  In Figure 10 (e), For the bag 2b after the main board 1 5 1 is withdrawn, A pair of heated sealing plates 3 2 are close to each other, Further, a heat seal portion 2e is formed at the opening end portion 5 (see Fig. 10(f)). Furthermore, Although not shown, After the back of the motherboard 151, Upper sub-plate 152 and lower plate 153, The position of these plates is automatically adjusted. Front portion 151a, 152a, 153a becomes the state shown in Fig. 8.  Figure 10 (f) shows the package 14 obtained in the bagging process 13. In the package 14, Except for the heat seal portion 2d of Fig. 6, A heat seal portion 2e is also formed. The heat seal portion 2e' is in the up and down direction of the figure, It is formed substantially at the center of the end surface portion 62 of the package 14. At the side portion 7 of the bag 2 of the package 14, In the heat seal part 2 d, 2 e nearby, Forming edge pleats 6, 61.  Furthermore, In Figure 10 (d), Forming the edge near the opening end 5 -21 - 201002577 When the pleats 6 1 , Also shown in Figure 9. The V-shaped groove 156 of the main plate 151 of the head portion 136 is formed with a suction port 157'. The bag 2b shown by the imaginary line is formed by the vacuum pressure applied through the suction port 157 to form the hem 6 1 . but, In Figure 1, 〇, After the sub-plate 1 5 2 and the lower sub-plate 1 53 are removed from the bag 2b, which is shown in FIG. Edge pleats 6 1 are formed. At the ditch 156 at this time, Vacuum pressure works, When the bag 2b is deformed in accordance with the groove 156,  Up to now with the upper sub-board 152, When the lower sub-plate 153 is in contact and becomes a tension state, it becomes a relaxed state. This deformation is easily caused by the action of the bag 2b. therefore, At the pusher 101, Even when pushing into the assembly 15,  The bag 2b is in close contact with the head portion 1 3 6, The side pleats 61 can also be easily obtained.  in this way, According to this head part 1 3 6, Can achieve the following effects, which is,  Will not cause damage to the aggregate 1 5a, The bag 2 can be deformed as an imaginary line along the groove 156. The effect of making the work of the side pleats 6 1 is easy. Such a head portion 〖3 6 is intended to make the opening angle α of the groove 1 5 6 of the main plate 1 5 1 extremely small, When the depth of the side pleats 6 1 formed by the main board 151 is extremely deep, Can improve the excellent effect.  also, In the pusher 101 of the present invention, Even if it is used for the attraction of the bag 2 in the formation of the bag 2, Since the central portion of the bag 2 is open to the atmosphere via the air supply port 58 of the head portion 136, Therefore, It will not become a decompression state. therefore, Forming individual packages 3 of the assembly 15  It will not be deformed by the bag under pressure and will be distorted. also, Since the package 14 itself does not distort, Therefore, It is easy to bundle a plurality of individual packages 1 4 , Overlap when displaying. The air supply port for the function 1 5 8 is used for the air inlet port 5 5 except that it is disposed at the rear portion 1 5 1 b of the main -22-201002577 plate 1 5 1 as shown in FIG. It may also be disposed between the main front portion 1 51 a and the main rear portion 151b. Or it is placed at a position further rearward than the main rear portion 151b. also, Air intake 159, It can also be connected to a pressurized air supply source such as a compressor. It is used to supply pressurized air to the bag 2b. At the pusher 1 〇 1 , The beginning and end of the air attraction through the suction port 1 57, And the control of the start and end of the supply of pressurized air through the air supply port 158, A control mechanism (not shown) that controls these periods can be provided in the packaging device 110. Furthermore, At the pusher 101, It is also possible to replace the groove 1 5 6 of the illustrated example with a U-shaped groove, Other concave grooves and the like.  also, At the pusher 1〇1, It is also possible to advance the upper sub-board 152, The lower sub-plate 1 53 is provided with an air supply port for the bag 2b, Can prevent these sub-boards 1 52, When the 1 53 is retracted, the bag 2b is in a decompressed state. Such an air supply port, It is not necessary to be set on the main board 151 as shown in the example. You can also consider the bag 2b and the assembly 1 5 The size of the head portion 1 3 6 , Set on the motherboard 1 5 1, Upper sub-board 1 52, Any of the lower sub-plates 1 53.  In the present invention, The head portion 136 of the pusher 101, As shown in the example, Divided into 3 points' plate 151 having three sheets in the height direction T, 152,  153 are better. but, Upper sub-board 152 and lower sub-board 153, Alternatively, instead of being different from each other in the example of the figure, the head unit 136 may be connected to each other in the rear. Two boards 1 5 2 1 5 3 can advance at the same time, The way to go back. And, In the present invention, It is also possible not to use one of the upper sub-plate 1 5 2 or the lower 畐 ij plate 153, It is replaced with a head portion 136 which is divided into a thickness direction by a main plate 151 which is one piece and a sub plate 152 or 153 which is one piece.  Fig. 1 is a view similar to Fig. 1(a) showing an example of the use of the pusher 1 〇 1 of the present invention - -23 - 201002577. The bag 2b of Fig. 11 has an open end portion 5 which is covered by the hopper 2lb. In addition, The closed end portion 4 enters the inside of the hopper 2B from the left of the machine direction A. The closed end portion 4 is in a state where its inner surface is exposed, and is opposed to the aggregate 15a. When the aggregate 15a is pushed by the pusher 1〇1 and enters the hopper 21b, It comes into contact with the inner face of the closed end portion 4 of the bag 2b. With the pusher 1〇1 advance, The aggregate 15a enters the bag 2b' and finally becomes the state of Fig. 1 (b). In order to cover the bag 2 b as the state of Fig. 11 with the open end 5 covering the hopper 2 1 b, Spraying pressurized air from the outside of the closed end portion 4 toward the bag 2b, The closed end portion 4 is brought into the hopper 2 1 b from the left side of the figure.  In the form of Figure 11, When the pusher 101 is used to bring the assembly 15a into the bag 2b, In front of the aggregate 15a, The air is not sealed in the bag 2b' to obtain a compact package 14.  Figure 12, 13 is a cross-sectional view of the same portion of FIG. 9 showing an example of the head portion 136 of the pusher 1〇1 of the present invention, And a perspective view of the package 14 obtained using the head portion 136.
