Abstract
The present invention provides an over-heat temperature-reduction device for refrigerant in an air conditioner, which has a water-collection dish to collect the condensed water in the evaporator, and a water tank for the condensed water in the water-collection dish to enter automatically by gravity, the refrigerant pipe between the compressor and the heat sink is dipped spirally into the water tank with a certain depth, then directly pulled out upward to connect to the inlet of the heat sink. The condensed water in the water tank reduces the temperature of high-temperature overheat refrigerant at the inlet end level-by-level sufficiently, so as to reduce the load of compressor effectively, and to increase the supercooling at the outlet of heat sink, and further enhance the cooling capability of the evaporator, thereby increasing the heat-exchange efficiency of air conditioner, and greatly increase the service life of compressor.
