Abstract

The invention is related to a high power LED light bar construction comprising a high power LED module, a suitable length heat radiating strip, and a circuit board. The high power LED light bar of the invention makes that the heat produced by the high power LED power transfers to the heat radiating strip directly to radiate the heat. Because the circuit board is hung in the air and placed in the containing area of the heat radiating strip, and the top and the bottom face of the circuit board don't touch the heat radiating strip, the produced heat source can radiate sufficiently by the top and the bottom space. Therefore, it can reduce harmful influence added mutually by the heat produced by the high power LED module and the heat produced by the electric element to increase the stability and the operating life of the high power LED light bar. Furthermore, the two ends of the circuit board base weld an A terminal base and a B terminal base separately for the same two light bar connecting mutually, so a user can combine in purpose by himself. Moreover, the invention also provides a simple fabricating method to replace an illuminant of the high power LED module, a transparent cover, a reflecting cover, a focusing lens, etc. for various using purpose. The present invention can not only increase the operating life and combine to the purpose length, but also replace an illuminant of the high power LED module, a transparent cover, a reflecting cover, a focusing lens easily. It provides a user with mobile and convenient combination.
