Abstract

The present invention relates to a stick string assembly for a rotiseere. A movable left threaded expansion rod is provided at one side of the main body of the rotisserie, upon which a clamping assembly adjustable with the thickness of roast stuff is provided. The clamping assembly consists of an upper and lower clamping members combined by a plurality of pivoting pieces, fasteners and pivoting shafts. A distance adjustable stick pushing assembly is provided on the other side of the main body. The stick pushing assembly consists of a cylinder disposed within the main body and connected to a linkage. A right threaded rod with a disc has one end threaded into the linkage and another end combined with a side block, side plate and mounting plate in order. A vertical cylinder and micro switch are respectively set in a position related to a pressing rod in the main body.
