The present invention provides an audio/video (A/V) signal sharing device. An A/V signal receiving unit is employed to receive the A/V signal. Then, after transmitting the A/V signal to the data processing unit for signal processing, the A/V signal is outputted to the playing device through the A/V signal output unit, and the same or different A/V signals are processed with the signal processing through the data processing unit based on the remote requirement for being sent to the network processing unit. The network is employed to transmit the signals to the remote site. Alternatively, a remote A/V signal is received from the remote site through the network, and the remote A/V signal is transmitted to the data processing unit for signal processing. Then, the signal is transmitted to the A/V signal output unit for output to the playing device. Thus, the present invention provides an A/V signal sharing device, which allows the users located at two different locations to share A/V signal with each other.
