Abstract

An active device array substrate is provided. The pixel units are disposed in the display region on the substrate, and the scan lines and data lines are used to control pixel units. The inner short includes a first segment, a second segment and a connecting segment jointing the first and the second segments. The gates and sources of the first active device and the second active device connect with the first segment and the second segment respectively, and the drains connect with the connecting segment. The gates and sources of some third active devices connect with the first segment, and the drains connect with those odd scan lines. The gates and sources of other third active devices connect with the second segment, and the drains connect with those even scan lines. The gates of the fourth active devices connect with connecting lines, and the sources connect with the data testing lines, and the drains connect with those odd and even scan lines respectively.
