Abstract

A wireless sensing network of a drought pre-warning and monitor announcing system is disclosed. The system comprises a mobile user end, an ecological environment sensing terminal, an integrated service server and a smart drought decision system. The ecological environment sensing terminal collects the plant growth environment data, and then sends out and store at a backend database. Then, through setting up a drought forecast model of the smart drought decision system, process analysis and operation to finish drought forecast. In the mean time, an inference engine infers related knowledge suitable to current situation and then the drought forecast and emergency measure conclusion are given to the integrated service server. Besides, the integrated service server can also perform data collection, searching, classification, and process of a database or pre-warning tasks. The mobile user end receives the messages processed and integrated by the integrated service server through internet or a 3G cellular phone system, so the user can rapidly and exactly control real time information anytime and anywhere. Through this mode, the drought can be greatly reduced and let the ecological agriculture be complete developed.
