To solve the problem, on a circuit board 11 to which a fluorescent discharge lamp lighting circuit has been attached, insertion sites 14, 18 for inserting lamp lead wires 9 extended from the fluorescent lamps 7 into the circuit board 11 are formed by being communicated with insertion locking parts 16 of the lamp lead wires 9 via the guide grooves 17.
