Abstract

The present invention provides a structure for increasing the performance of a pneumatic motor. The pneumatic motor includes: a cylinder; a front cover; a rear cover; and a rotor having mobile blades; in which the rotor is pivotally installed at an eccentric position of the inner radius of the cylinder, in which an inlet opening and an outlet opening are separately installed on the corresponding two sides of the inner radius, in which the air flow path between the inlet opening and the outlet opening is installed with a pressure release aperture for producing a first air release pressure; which is characterized in that: a second pressure release aperture is installed on the rear cover, the front cover, or the cylinder; in which the first pressure release aperture is installed at an offset position passing the middle section of the forward rotary path of the rotor, the second pressure release aperture is installed at an offset position passing the middle section of the reverse rotary path of the rotor. Furthermore, a forward/reverse switching valve is installed so that the second pressure release aperture is sealed and the air current is guided to be discharged from the first pressure release aperture when the rotor is rotating in a forward direction; on the other hand, the first pressure release aperture is sealed and the air current is guided to be discharged from the second pressure release aperture when the rotor is rotating in a reverse direction. Through such a new design, the time for first pressure release is prolonged regardless of whether the rotor is rotating forwards or backwards. This increases the time of the pneumatic pressure acting on the blades, thereby increasing the output power and the practical benefit of the pneumatic motor performance.
