Abstract

A voice coil motor comprises a base plate, a magnetic-inducting set, and a coil bobbin. The base plate has a recession and a positioning hole which is located at a bottom center of the recession. The bottom portion of the magnetic-inducting set is substantially correspondingly to the positioning hole that the magnetic-inducting set can be inserted into the positioning hole and precisely positioned at the center of the recession. The coil bobbin having a coil is suitably suspended in the recession and aligned with the magnetic-inducting set. In operation, an electric current passes through the coil of the coil bobbin to magnetically induct with the magnetic-inducting set so that the coil bobbin can be relatively moved to the magnetic-inducting set in a longitudinal direction.
