200394 _nj_ 五、發明説明（) (請先閱請背而之注意事項孙艰·!>:?本 本發明偽關於一種液體吸收物品，如生理帶、组尿布 、外科用墊、乳墊等，更詳而言之僳一種吸收性物品，其 吸收體之一部份或金部使用以塗佈呈點狀、線狀或曲線性 之粘著劑將賦與了吸液能力（保液能力）之吸收基材與吸收 聚合物弱固著所形成之吸收層。 以往如生理帶、紙尿布等吸收性物品之吸收髏主要是 由綿狀紙漿、吸收紙及吸收聚合物所構成，其中尤其是高 吸收聚合物具有吸牧容量大及可將液髏凝成膠狀，一且吸 收了之液體便不致二度外洩之特性，因此目前幾乎為所有 之吸收性物品所採用。 ’ 線< 但，吸收性聚合物在擁有此等待性之同時，相反的並 由於其形態為粉末狀，因此有①吸收聚合物容易脱落（吸 收聚合物由吸收物品洩出）之技術性問題，此外還有©更 進一步提高吸收聚合物原所擁有之吸收能力的要求。特別 是，吸收聚合物之脱落為含有吸收性之製品在性能上之致 命性問題，因此己有不少以防止吸收聚合物脱落（固定化） 為其目的之各種先行技術被提出來過。 經濟部中央榀準局A工消费合作社印製 以防止吸收聚合物脱落（固定化）為百的之先行技術是 以持定之方法接著與吸收聚合物組合之基材，其接著之方 法有： (1) 經由水分接箸吸收聚合物及基材者； (2) 在基材上塗佈接著劑，而以三明治狀接箸吸收聚合物 t (3) 使用具有熱融著性之纖維（不織布）或薄膜接著吸收聚 本紙尺度逍用中a B家標準（CNS) Ή規格（210X297公龙) 3 Λ () Η 6 200394 五、發明説明（) 合物。 (請先閲讀背而之注意肀項朴项艿夂，>) 上述之（1)有如待公昭59-2 64 7號公報、特公昭54-123 2 9 3號公報、特開昭54-141099號公報等相當多之前案，然 而像這種以水將吸收聚合物膨潤固著之前案，若令吸收聚 合物含有固著所需要之程度的充分之水，將膠賭软化後固 著，在固著時吸收聚合物將被壓潰，如此只不過會損及吸 收聚合物原有之吸收特性而，已或者在含水未能普及於吸收 聚合物層全體時，膠髏粘著力不足之部份吸收性聚合物群 將脱落....産生諸如此類之問題。 上述之（2)有如持開昭60-63043號公報等之前案，此 公報所掲示之技術係藉接著劑接著吸收聚合物及基材，因 此在防止吸收聚合物之脱落上當能逹於相當之程度，然而 卻存有以下問題，即： ① 由於接著劑不具充分之親水性，因此基材之吸收性顯著 減少，結果使吸收聚合物之特性降低；又， ② 由於吸收聚合物完全固著於基材上，因此在吸收時固著 點不會脱離，阻礙吸收聚合物之膨潤，結果吸收倍率乃 顯著下降。 經濟部中央櫺準局β工消#合作社印製 上述（3)之前案可舉特開昭54-158096號公報、特開昭 55- 14024號公報等為例，其等所掲示之技術與前述之（2) 相同，吸收聚合物特性有偏低之問題。 如上所述，在習知技術之範圍内仍期望能進一步獲得 能同時逹於不犧牲吸收聚合物本體之吸收持性及防止吸收 聚合物脱落之要求的技術。 本紙張尺度边用中B 8家《準(CNS) T4規格（210x297公*) Λ β Π 6 200394 五、發明説明（） 本發明之目的在提供一種能提高吸收特性及防止吸收 聚合物脱落之吸收性物品。 即，本發明藉提供一種具有透液性表面材、保液性吸 收體及不透液性防漏材.其中上述吸收體之一部份或全部 係藉點狀、直線狀或曲線狀塗佈之粘著劑而將吸收聚合物 固著於吸收基材所形成之吸收層構成者的吸收性物品逹成 上述目的。 依據本發明所構成之吸收性物品既可提高吸收特性又 可防止吸收聚合物脱落。 以下： 第1圖是本發明吸收層賁施例之要部概略斜視圖； 第2圖是用於測定吸牧聚合物之吸牧速度的測定裝置 之斷面圖。 本發明較佳實施例之吸收層A是如第1圔所示，在具 有適當吸液力（保掖力）之吸收基材（素材）1上以點狀、線 狀或曲線狀（螺旋狀等）塗佈適當密度之具有適度粘著力的 粘著劑3後，在其上散佈吸收聚合物2，進而叠合一吸收 基材1並壓縮一髏化....而得。 一 在壓縮一體化時可組合浮凸加工等各種後加工，藉此 並可控制吸收層之擴散方向、擴散速度等。 本發明中該具有適當吸液力（保液力）之吸收基材是發 揮吸收聚合物最大效果之重要構件，具有以下所示之特性 Ο (1)將吸收聚合物與液之接觭效率提昇至最大限度（以液充 (請先閲請背而之注意事項外艰寫本 裝.

'.'I 五、發明説叫（)J… ' 潤時所産生之膠滞導致吸收不良或使粘箸剤無法固定之吸 收聚合物發生漏洩之危險性。 以下説明固著上述吸收基材與上逑吸牧聚合物之钻著 劑。 本發明中之粘著劑，為防止在裂造層狀物時發生吸收 聚合物飛散及脱落之現象，須具有適度粘著性，發揮固著 吸收聚合物之功效；為在吸液時免於阻礙吸液之擴散.須 能使液餒充分濡濕吸液聚合物；又，為不阻礙吸液聚合物 膨潤時之吸液聚合物的膨潤，須能解放其固著。 為表現上逑機能，首先須能藉吸收聚合物之膨潤壓解 放吸收聚合物與吸牧基材間因钻#劑所産生之固著，一種 可剝除之適度粘著力的設計是非常重用的。為獲得此種持 性，粘著劑宜具有180°剝離粘箸力（JIS C21Q7)500g以上 、4 0 0 0 g以下。又，為在不損及吸收基材所具有之濡濕性 及擴散性下固定吸收聚合物，粘著劑並不以面狀塗佈於吸 牧基材上，須以點狀、線狀或曲線狀塗佈，又，此對在發 揮吸收聚合物最大性能上一件很重要的事是，以10%以上 、70 %以下範圍绐密地塗佈粘著劑，以免吸收聚合物脱 具有上述範圍之物性的具體粘箸劑有：丙烯酸酯共聚 合物、醋酸乙酯-丙烯酸酯共聚合物、乙烯-烯煜共聚合 物、乙烯-丁二烯共聚合物、石油糸粘箸樹脂等各種钻箸 劑，尤以熱融钻著劑為佳。熱融钻箸劑舉例言之有：東洋 本紙張尺度边用中as家榀毕(CNS)〒4規格（210x297公龙） 8 200394 經济部屮央標準而只工消"合作社印製 五、發明説叫（) Petrolite P-618B(商品名）、鐘纺 NCS(株）MQ-916C商品名 )、新田捷拉貞（Kitta Gelatin)(株）HT-400ZB(商品名）等 只要能滿足上述物性，並無持殊之限制。 又，本發明之吸收物品只要吸收體之一部份或全部以 上述吸收層携成即可。 本發明之吸收物品藉使用完全合於吸收基材、吸收聚 合物、粘著劑3者之持性的吸收層，可更進一步發揮優異 之效果。 可令吸收聚合物膨潤之最大限度之琛境以吸收液髏之 濡濕可遍及吸收聚合物周邊，且液髏朝吸收聚合物移動之 阻力小之狀態為佳。實際上吸收物品中液體之移動經路是 苜先由初期速度較大之吸收基材進行儲液，並徐徐濡濕及 擴展至吸收聚合物周邊，再以吸收基材之毛細管作用力及 吸收聚合物滲透壓之差壓ΛΡ為驅力，使液體朝吸收聚合 物刨移動，進收吸收聚合物之吸收作用。 因此，吸收基材除須具有能充分濡濕吸收聚合物之液 體擴散能力外，其構造體之毛細管作用力並以愈小愈佳。 職是之故，為發揮吸收聚合物最大限度之效果，吸收聚合 物與趿牧基材間滲透壓（毛細管作用力）之平衡乃非常重 要。 在此兩者間必然存在有一可發揮雙方最大限度之效果 的物性範圍，本發明即確定了此物理特性，即，為使液體 之擴散充分，吸收初期每單位時間之擴散量，以庫連吸收 度為間接之尺度，須在2QmiB/(l分後）以上。 (請先閲-背而之注意肀項札项窵本， 裝· 訂_ 線· 本紙張尺度逍用中8國家標华(CNS)T4規格(210x297公：¢) 9
