Abstract

Buluş, inşaat sektöründe yapı malzemesi olarak kullanılan, normal Portland klinkernin modifier kullanılarak, özel bir öğütme teknolojisiyle (öğütme sırasındaki rejim ısısı, nem oranı ve öğütme süresi gibi önemli parametrelerin öngörülen esaslara uygun olması) üretilen çimento partiküllerinin mekanik-kimyasal özelliklerinin modifiye edilmesi sonucu mevcut standartlardaki sınıfların üstünde (örneğin YPÇ 62,5 gibi) yüksek performanslı çimento (YPÇ) üretimi ile ilgilidir. Aynı zamanda kompozit çimentoların üretimi için cinslerine göre düşük oranlarda klinker kullanımı ve buna bağlı olarak değişik oranlarda tras, cüruf, kalker, kum ve uçucu kül vs kullanarak mevcut dayanım sınıflarında çimento üretiminde dayanım ve performansın artırılması için aynı tekniğin uygulanması ile de ilgilidir. Buluş ayrıca yüksek performanslı çimentonun (YPÇ) üretim prosesi ve üretim üniteleri ile ilgilidir.
