Abstract
Buluş; vinç üzerinde iç içe konumlu bomların elektrik ve sıralama valfi yardımıyla sıralı olarak uzatıp geri çeken hidrolik silindir düzeneğidir. Geliştirdiğimiz piston, piston bağlantı pimi ve piston bağlantı pimi üzerinde konumlandırılan sırlama valfi silindirlerin sıralı açmasını sağlamaktadır. Ayrıca geliştirilen bu parçalar sıralama işlemi yapılırken kullanılan fazladan tesisat borusunu da ortadan kaldırarak işçilik maliyetini düşürmektedir. Silindirlerin geri çekilmesi işlemi ise geliştirdiğimiz arka kapak ve arka kapağa montajlanan elektrikli valfle sorunsuz gerçekleştirilmektedir. Böylece sıralama valflerinde kaybedilen basınçtan dolayı yaşanan sorunlara teknik çözümler getirilmiştir. Ayrıca sıralama bozukluğundan kaynaklanan bomların taşıma kapasitesinin üzerinde yüke maruz kalması ihtimalide ortadan kaldırılmıştır. Silindirin geri çekme işlemi esnasında tesisat borularının yağı sondan başa doğru her silindirin içindeki yağı bir önceki sisteme boşaltarak kontrollü ve sıralı bir şekilde bomlar geri çekilmiş olur. Hidrolik yağın hem uzatma hemde geri çekme işlemi esnasında her silindir siteminin yağla tam olarak doldurulduktan veya boşaltıldıktan sonra diğerine geçmesi hem tam açılmama problemini ortadan kaldırmış hemde sürtünme yüzeyini azalttığından yağın kısa sürede ısınmasının önüne geçilmiş olmaktadır. During the retraction of the cylinder, the booms are retracted in a controlled and sequential manner by discharging the oil of the installation pipes from the end to the end of each cylinder into the previous system. The fact that each cylinder system passes to the other after filling or draining the oil completely during the extension and retraction process both eliminates the problem of not fully opening and reduces the friction surface and thus prevents the heating of the oil in a short time. In addition, the unintentional withdrawal of the cylinder in the working positions in the vertical position is eliminated by controlling the oil pressure.
