Bulus %4 ila %20 arasinda bir martensit içerigine sahip, baskin olarak ferrit-martensit mikro-yapisi olan bir yüksek mukavemetli çelik serit veya çelik levha ile ilgilidir, burada çelik serit veya çekil levha Fe ve eritme isleminden gelen safsizliklarin yaninda,(agirlikça % olarak) %0.05-0.2 C,=<%1.0 Si, %0.8-2.0 Mn,=<%0.1 P,=<%0.015 S,%0.02-0.4 Al,=<%0.005 N, %0.25-1.0 Cr,%0.002-0.01 B içerir. Tercihen, martensit içerigi baskin olarak martensit-ferrit mikro-yapisinin yaklasik olarak %5 ila % 20'sidir. Bu tip çift-fazli çelikten yapilmis yüksek mukavemetli çelik serit veya çelik levha bir asiri yaslandirma islemi içeren bir tavlama islemine tabi tutulduktan sonra bile iyi mekanik/teknolojik özelliklerine sahiptir.Ayrica, bulus bulusa göre çelik serit veya çelik levhanin üretimi için bir yöntem ile ilgilidir.
